The instructions say to apply Dermalane Gel for 15 minutes and then wash it off, which is supposed to help with sebum control. While I didn't feel an immediate dramatic reduction in oiliness, I noticed it seemed to speed up the healing process for my blemishes. Though I didn't see major changes in the short term, I'm hopeful about the potential benefits with consistent use.
ConsThe sulfur smell might be a bit off-putting for some people!
TipWhen your skin feels super dry, it's recommended to mix it with aloe gel. I've actually tried this method myself, and personally, I find this approach works even better.

As I have combination dehydrated skin that's super sensitive, I was worried that letting it dry completely might cause more blemishes. So, the first time I used it, I washed it off when it started to feel dry. The next time, I mixed it with a moisturizer in a 7:3 ratio, applied it all over, left it on, and then washed it off. It definitely helps in drawing out sebum! I think with consistent use, the results will be even better. It had a refreshing mint scent that gave a cooling sensation on the skin, which I really enjoyed!
ConsThose with sensitive skin should be cautious about using this too frequently, as it might have the opposite effect. If not used correctly, the process of applying and letting it dry could potentially trigger blemishes.

I don't recall seeing many products on the market specifically focused on dermatological care for blemish-prone skin, but this one seems well-formulated both in terms of ingredients and functionality for a home skincare routine. While it's difficult to claim definitive results after just two weeks of use, I can say that it noticeably reduces excess oil immediately after application.
ConsAs this is a relatively unfamiliar product, it would have been helpful if they had included a pamphlet with information about its features, product description, and usage instructions. It's a bit disappointing that they relied solely on YouTube for this, adding an extra step for the consumer.

It's a convenient product that helps manage blemishes and blackheads. I noticed that blemishes matured faster, and blackheads gradually faded with continued use. While others found it irritating, I didn't experience any irritation. (It does dry quickly when applied, which might feel like it's tightening the skin.) I definitely saw a reduction in sebum production with continued use. This helped me as excess sebum was causing more blemishes and blackheads to appear.
ConsThe slightly unpleasant scent, which reminds me of a chemical odor probably due to the sulfur content, was a bit disappointing.
TipDon't expect to see results too quickly! I recommend using it for an extended period, applying it every other day to areas with blemishes or blackheads for the best results.

I think it would be great for those with severe acne to use as part of their acne care routine.
ConsHowever, my skin is super sensitive, so I experienced some tingling irritation. Because of that, I probably won't reach for it often. Those with sensitive skin should keep this in mind.

It had better calming effects than other soothing masks I've tried, and it seemed to help control excess sebum, which was nice.
ConsFirst of all, it stung so much for me. Maybe because I have super sensitive skin, but it was so painful to apply that I had to wash it off after enduring for about 2 minutes. Also, it doesn't really eliminate sebum, it just feels like it's suppressing it from coming up. The scent isn't particularly pleasant either.
TipI've been using it as a mask by mixing it with any soothing cream I have at home in a 7:3 ratio.
