It visibly calms down red blemishes when applied! That's why I find it particularly useful during seasonal changes when my skin acts up or when I get a couple of spots. I've even mixed it with my moisturizer for a mask-like treatment! The tube packaging is also convenient, allowing you to easily squeeze out the product.
ConsIt really stings. It's so intense it makes you clench your fists involuntarily. Also, while it's supposed to be usable as a mask, when mixed with a hydrating cream, the texture seems to break apart into little grains.
TipYou can apply it before bed and wash it off during your morning cleanse for good results.

It seems to dry quickly, and although I don't use it daily, I've noticed gradual improvements with consistent use. Rather than feeling like it's melting sebum, it's more like it's drawing out deep-seated impurities. (Red blemishes either surfaced or subsided, about 50/50). The after photo in my before-and-after comparison does have slightly better lighting, but you can still see that many of the inflamed blemishes have calmed down. It also has exfoliating properties, so I didn't need to use a separate exfoliator, which can be harsh on my skin. It definitely prevents flaking, but if you don't moisturize before applying the gel, your skin might feel very dry. (As mentioned in the instructions, this step is truly essential. Without it, your skin dries out quickly and feels tight - I could only tolerate it for about 5 minutes!) The blackheads that kept recurring in the same spots are noticeably fading! It seems to be particularly effective for blackheads. I'll need to keep using it for a while to see long-term results. I'll continue using it for blackheads, and I'll apply it consistently on areas with closed comedones when they're particularly bad.
ConsAs a student, I found the price a bit steep, and the texture felt more medicinal than gel-like. Maybe it's just my sensitive skin, but I'm not sure if everyone experiences this - it stung a bit when applied to red blemishes or random areas. (Though it did seem to help bring impurities to the surface or calm inflammation.) It's slightly inconvenient to smooth out the gel at the end, but the warmth feels nice. That's why I only use it as part of my nighttime routine.

I love that it's free from synthetic additives, artificial fragrances, and artificial colors. Using EWG green-rated ingredients and natural components gives me peace of mind. ★ Effective for blemishes! I dabbed it on areas with blemishes, left it for 15-30 minutes, gently wiped it off, and applied my regular cream. It's amazing how well it calmed my skin!
Cons☆ I was surprised by the slight tingling sensation when I first applied it. ☆ It would be better if detailed usage instructions were included. While it's not a big deal to look it up online, it can be a bit inconvenient.
Tip♡ Since it's different from typical gels, it's important to understand how to use it properly. Detailed explanations are available on their website and YouTube channel. ♡ The fact that it's used in over 500 hospitals, oriental medicine clinics, and aesthetic shops nationwide must be proof of its effectiveness! I believe it could really help those who struggle with persistent blemishes if used consistently.

If you're only using it on specific areas, it could last for months. If you don't have many blemishes, it might even last a year. Consistency and Opacity: It's completely opaque, not semi-transparent, so you can easily see where you've applied it and if it's been washed off properly. The consistency is similar to a regular cream. To be honest, it feels more like a cream than a gel. After about 10 minutes, it hardens like a wash-off mask. Sensitivity: I have extremely sensitive, acne-prone skin. Even eating ramen or not sleeping well can cause breakouts, and strong fragrances or incompatible cosmetics make my skin react badly. This product was quite intense for me. As soon as I applied it, my skin started tingling and itching. I couldn't tell if this was the product working or if it just didn't suit my skin, so I've only used it once so far. Effectiveness: The most important part - the results! Honestly, I didn't notice any dramatic effects. Partly because I only used it once, but also because I found it inconvenient to wash off. Instead, I wiped it off with a toner-soaked cotton pad after 15 minutes. It had hardened and didn't come off easily, requiring some rough rubbing. This might have caused irritation, as I didn't feel any calming effect. In fact, my skin kept tingling during application, so it probably didn't calm down at all. The key takeaway is to wash it off, not wipe it off, and that I didn't see any results. Photo Description: In order: 1. After cleansing and basic skincare, before application 2. Immediately after application 3. After 15 minutes, wiped off 4. The next morning, after cleansing and basic skincare
ConsNot recommended for sensitive skin. It causes a lot of tingling.
TipMake sure to wash it off, don't wipe it!

It felt cooler than expected and dried quickly. After wiping it off, I noticed it had a calming effect, reducing heat in the treated areas. After about 5-6 days, the heat and redness in the applied areas improved. I think it would be even more effective with consistent, long-term use.
ConsI read the instructions, which said to spray mist before and after using the gel. It seemed bothersome, so I just applied it without misting and was shocked by how dry it felt. It's not the type you apply and let absorb, so having to wash or wipe it off is inconvenient. I was really surprised by how drying it was (maybe it's just me?). After application, I experienced a stinging and itchy irritation. Using this gel requires more attention than my usual skincare routine, taking more time and using more materials like cotton swabs and pads for spot treatment (or having to cleanse). It's difficult to use when I'm in a hurry for appointments or work. I could only use it after coming home or on days off, morning and evening, which was disappointing.
TipI have combination dehydrated skin, and the dryness was more severe than I expected. So I applied a hydrating gel cream, wiped only the areas I wanted to treat, and then applied this product.

The color appears slightly yellow, probably due to the sulfur content. Since it contains starch in the ingredients, it's not completely runny. When you spread it, it has a unique feeling of powder mixed with cream. 🍁 Effectiveness: Well... to be honest, I've rarely seen effects from spot treatments. That's why I occasionally use tea tree oil or pharmacy products. Spot treatments from cosmetic brands often don't suit me because they either have too much oil or strong alcohol content.😅 But this product has good ingredients, mainly based on sulfur~ So I had high hopes, but I'm not sure about its effectiveness haha🥲
Cons❗️ Scent: The sulfur smell isn't too strong, but sensitive people might notice it! ❗️ Irritation: Hmm... maybe because it's my first time using a cosmetic product with sulfur? When I applied it as a spot treatment, there was a slight itching and tingling sensation initially!
Tip✔️ There are two ways to use this product~ I recommend applying it only to spot areas as the sulfur content is second on the ingredient list, which could make it potentially irritating! ✔️ Sulfur might not suit everyone, so I think it's a good idea to test it on a different area before using it on blemishes~~

Convenient. *Sulfur content Gives a disinfecting sensation. *Versatile application Can be used as a spot treatment, mixed with cream for all-over application, or as a wash-off mask. One product with multiple uses.
Cons*Expensive *Sulfur scent Reminds me of a discontinued Kiehl's spot treatment. Initially off-putting, but you get used to it. *Tingling sensation *Complex usage instructions I only used it as a spot treatment, but mixing with cream or using as a wash-off mask seems bothersome.
TipWhen used as a spot treatment, a faint sulfur smell may linger after rinsing with water the next morning. Use a cleanser to thoroughly remove.

Cons- Can sting quite a bit when applied to freshly extracted blemishes, which might make those with sensitive skin anxious about potential irritation - Difficult to remove once it dries - Expensive... very expensive - As it dries, it becomes extremely drying and can cause itching

ConsIt stings a bit, and rather than absorbing well, you need to wipe it off with lukewarm water, which was a bit disappointing

It had better calming effects than other soothing masks I've tried, and it seemed to help control excess sebum, which was nice.
ConsFirst of all, it stung so much for me. Maybe because I have super sensitive skin, but it was so painful to apply that I had to wash it off after enduring for about 2 minutes. Also, it doesn't really eliminate sebum, it just feels like it's suppressing it from coming up. The scent isn't particularly pleasant either.
TipI've been using it as a mask by mixing it with any soothing cream I have at home in a 7:3 ratio.
