I'm writing this review a day late because I was sick yesterday. I already had two of these in different shades at home, but I won another one, so now I have three in total! For a stick foundation, it applies quite smoothly. The shade is about a 21. The packaging is truly stunning and blingy. It's perfect for showing off to friends when we meet up, like 'Hey, check out this cool makeup I have!'
ConsThe amount of product is really small. It costs 26,000 won, but it's tiny and feels like it'll run out quickly. There is some darkening (though it's less than some others. The last shade turns a bit ashy yellow when it darkens). When using it as a dewy base, it can't be mixed with other products, so you have to use it alone. It tends to cling to dead skin cells. I'm not sure if it's making my blemishes worse or not.

Portability & Design: I was shocked by how small it was when I received it! It's about the size of most tints or lipsticks, so I'd give it full marks for portability. The design is also noteworthy - the heart shape is beautifully etched, making it look cute and lovely at first glance. Ingredients: While my skin isn't extremely sensitive, it can be a bit reactive, so I was concerned about blemishes. However, there were no harmful ingredients, and I experienced no skin issues after use. Color: I usually use shade 21, and after much deliberation between shades 1 and 2, I'm glad I chose 2! I prefer a more natural 21 over a bright one, so I really liked the color. If you want a natural 21 or a radiant 23, shade 2 would be perfect. Application: This was my first time using a stick foundation, and it applied more smoothly than I expected - it felt like discovering a whole new world! The application is truly top-notch. Skin Appearance: While it feels moisturizing when applied, it becomes more matte over time. As blemishes and skin texture become more visible, I highly recommend finishing with a concealer. However, if you have a solid skincare base, it can provide a decent skin appearance.
ConsDarkening & Breakdown: There's some darkening, and when it breaks down, it doesn't look pretty at all. Without a solid base, your skin can look terrible... When it breaks down, it emphasizes dead skin cells and causes dryness, making your skin feel tight. This aspect was really disappointing. Price: Considering the price, it's really not worth it. The original price is 26,000 won, but the amount you get is tiny. Given the issues with skin appearance and breakdown, I think some might regret purchasing it at this price point. Coverage: Despite being a foundation, the coverage isn't that great. If you have a lot of blemishes or areas you want to conceal, you might not be satisfied with this foundation alone. You'll definitely need to finish with a concealer. Amount: As I've mentioned before, I think this foundation's biggest drawback is its price and amount. The quantity is about the same as an M*C lipstick. If you use foundation daily, you might finish it within two weeks. The amount is really disappointing for this product. Application Tool: Applying it with your hands is a disaster... It pills, doesn't look good, and I really don't recommend it. Using a puff is much better.
TipMake sure to have a really solid skincare base before applying. Controlling the amount is crucial - apply just a little at a time. Since the coverage isn't great and you'll need to finish with concealer anyway, it's better to apply thin layers for a good skin appearance. If it's not enough, you can always add more, but applying too much at once can be disastrous... And when applying, never use your hands! You must use a firm puff to spread it evenly.

It's super cute. It would be perfect for traveling!! About the size of a lip balm. - Blemishes: While I can generally use most foundations without issues, I had absolutely no blemishes or reactions with this one! - Color: My skin tone is close to 21, maybe around 22. I was worried 1 might be too light, so I got 2, and the color was just right!!
Cons- Dryness: This was my first time trying a stick foundation, and it was drier than I expected. If you don't prep your skin well, it flakes off immediately. - Coverage: I have some acne scars, so I prefer something with decent coverage. Maybe because of the dryness, it didn't cover blemishes as well as I'd hoped. I thought the matte formula would provide good coverage, but it was a bit disappointing. My friend also mentioned it accentuated texture, and it slightly emphasizes pores too. It might not be suitable for those concerned about skin texture. - Design: While it's cute, like other stick products such as lip balms, it tends to get a bit messy around the edges.
TipWith the weather being dry and cold lately, matte formulas might not be the best fit. It's a good idea to focus on a more thorough skincare routine than usual!

I used to love the discontinued Benefit stick foundation - it was so convenient! I was about to buy a different product but decided to use up my existing foundations first. Then, to my surprise, I was chosen for The Hwahae Testers for the first time! I'm so thrilled! I wanted something light for after swimming or the gym, and this is perfect for carrying around due to its small size. The color brightens naturally, which I love. It's about half a shade lighter than my skin tone (shade 21), which suits me well. I have oily skin that lacks hydration, but when I apply this over an oily base, it goes on beautifully without emphasizing dead skin cells. The coverage is great! It doesn't accentuate my large pores or uneven texture.
ConsIt's really small, honestly. It's literally purse-sized - you could easily mistake it for a mini version. However, since the stick touches your skin directly, using it up quickly might actually be a good thing. My skin is extremely dehydrated, so applying it directly can emphasize flakiness, but that might just be my skin's issue. I'm planning to get a facial peel soon.
TipYou need to apply plenty of skincare and base products before using this. It might seem obvious, but for those hoping to use the stick foundation alone for a quick application, you should definitely consider using a base product first.

I love that this foundation works for both warm and cool tones. My skin is quite fair, so I usually go for the lightest shade 21, but even shade 2 in this stick foundation isn't too dark! Surprisingly, this stick foundation didn't cause any blemishes, which often happen when I switch cosmetics. That's a testament to how gentle it is, right? It does a great job covering the redness around my nose and the flushing I get in cold weather. Despite its good coverage, it doesn't feel heavy or sticky. Instead, it leaves a lightweight, matte finish.
ConsWhen you try to blend it after applying, it doesn't spread well and tends to clump and separate. It also emphasizes dead skin cells! Not recommended for dry skin - you need to apply a solid skincare base first. It's creamier than most stick foundations, which causes the product to get squished inside the tube when you apply it directly to your skin. The application isn't smooth, which is disappointing. Maybe the matte finish affects its smoothness? Also, not worth it for the price! The amount you get is very small compared to the cost. The actual product height is only about two finger-widths long.
TipTry applying the stick foundation with a cushion puff, patting it onto your skin. This prevents clumping! Make sure to apply a thorough skincare base first.

But this one is different: 1. Best ingredients I've seen in a foundation My blemishes have significantly decreased, and I haven't experienced the contact dermatitis that other foundations cause. This alone makes me incredibly satisfied! 2. Convenient travel-size for on-the-go My skin is so sensitive that I can't even use cushion compacts (I haven't found one with perfect ingredients yet, and if I do, they have no coverage or only come in light shades). So I'm happy to carry this instead for touch-ups. 3. Rare combination of good ingredients and coverage I prioritize coverage, so I won't buy a product if it has great ingredients but no coverage. This stick foundation offers good coverage!
Cons1. Emphasizes dead skin cells and makes skin look dry When you have a lot of dead skin cells, this product really highlights them... I think it's because of the matte finish, and I understand that ingredients for a smooth appearance aren't always the best. If you don't already have smooth, good skin, you might not be satisfied with how this looks. 2. Can be tricky to apply Since it's a stick foundation, it's important to spread the concentrated product evenly. Swiping directly on your face and patting can lead to patchiness. It's best to use a cushion puff to pick up and blend the product. 3. Small amount for a high price It runs out quickly considering the price...
TipAs mentioned above, the best way to apply evenly is to dab the product onto a cushion puff, then use that puff to apply it to your face.
