It really makes my skin look amazing right after application.
ConsUnfortunately, it oxidizes badly and tends to break down quickly. Definitely can't wear this with a mask on.
TipIt's such a shame about the oxidation. Setting with powder is an absolute must!

At first, I was worried about the slight glow transferring to my mask, but even when wearing a mask and glasses, nothing rubbed off on the nose area. Plus, even as it fades throughout the day, it does so beautifully.
ConsOn areas with blemishes, it can emphasize dead skin cells, and the results seem to vary depending on the situation. It's best to apply this after thoroughly prepping your skin with a good skincare routine.

That's why my review is a bit late. Skin type: T-zone oily, combination dehydrated skin, with freckles and dark spots on cheeks. I usually use shade 22 in summer! In summer, I prefer matte types due to my T-zone. In winter, I lean towards more hydrating cushions. Skin appearance - As expected from Espoir, it gives a subtle glow while making the skin look absolutely beautiful. Even though I didn't sleep well or apply my skincare properly, my skin looked as hydrated and gorgeous as if I'd had a good night's sleep and thorough skincare routine! Coverage - Being a hydrating type, the coverage is somewhat lower. However, the more you layer it thinly, the more beautifully it builds up without feeling heavy. Hydration - As it's a hydrating cushion released for summer, it provides a moisturizing effect but finishes with a slight powdery feel! Color - I usually use darker shades in summer, but the Petal color naturally creates a honey-glow complexion. If shade 21 feels too light for your tanned summer skin, I recommend trying Petal. Design - It's thinner compared to other cushions, making it super convenient to slip into my bag. The pink design is totally my style!
ConsCons: The coverage is somewhat lower. If you dislike the feeling of thick makeup in summer, you might like this, but it won't be enough to cover dark spots and freckles. You'll definitely need to use concealer! As hydrating cushions tend to have lower staying power, I had to complement it with powder and fixer. There was some transfer onto my mask. The makeup doesn't look as pretty when you touch up the areas that come into contact with the mask. It tends to break down a bit messily around the sides of the nose and under the eyes.
TipSince I don't like heavy makeup in summer, I think I'll repurchase this product once I finish it! This is my first Espoir cushion, and I'm really happy with both the puff and the design. I'm writing this review after winning an event through Hwahae!

The staying power is surprisingly long-lasting 3. It really delivers that coveted Inner Glow look 4. While the coverage isn't extraordinary, it's not bad at all
Cons1. It can feel a bit heavy in the current humid weather 2. If you're not careful, it might make your skin look overly oily
TipI apply it very lightly over a brightening moisturizer with SPF. Be careful, as too much can make your face look excessively shiny. You might want to try a shade slightly lighter than your complexion for a nice effect!

This is much more hydrating than Espoir's Pro Tailor Be Silk Cushion :) Perhaps that's why it feels like it instantly cools down my face when applied! While Be Silk has a matte and powdery finish, Be Glow gives a moisturized and glowy feel! I tried it with my mom who has combination skin, and it seemed to suit both of us well - my mom who usually uses Estée Lauder Sand and me who uses Cool Vanilla! It brightened up my mom's complexion, while it matched my skin tone naturally! For me, skin texture and tone improvement are more important than coverage when it comes to cushions and foundations! This cushion has excellent coverage!! I drew eyeliner on my hand and patted it once, and it covered that much! The coverage seems similar to Be Silk! For a beautiful skin texture, apply a thin layer of concealer and lightly touch this on your cheeks, forehead, and chin for a pretty look! (I've included this in the tips as well :))
ConsFirst off, it doesn't seem to absorb well even after patting a lot with the cushion! I was a bit disappointed to see the cushion marks remaining visible. Also, maybe it's because we're wearing masks these days, but the longevity seems a bit lacking! It doesn't look pretty when it breaks down either... So while I'm impressed when I first apply my makeup before leaving home, I feel a bit let down when I return and look in the mirror!
TipLike all cushions, but especially with this product, it looks much prettier if you apply it in thin layers multiple times! If you have oily or combination skin like me, apply a thin base with concealer and then apply this very lightly for a glowy effect to achieve that radiant skin look!

Hydration: It's so moisturizing! My face has a beautiful glow~ I've even been told my face looks radiant haha... Coverage: While it's not extremely high coverage, it does a decent job. It covers all the pores between my nose and cheekbones! Longevity: The staying power isn't extraordinary, but it's decent. However, it breaks down faster in oily areas and some drier spots. It seems to fade most noticeably around the sides of my nose. Other areas last longer if I don't touch them! Color: The color matched my skin perfectly, giving my complexion a natural glow and making my skin look beautiful. ✨ I think it really makes your skin look gorgeous! If you're hoping for your skin to look extra beautiful today, I'd recommend this cushion!
ConsIn my opinion, this cushion requires some skill to use. If you don't control the amount well, it can look cakey... And if you press too hard, it leaves cushion marks... It seems to settle into wrinkles quite a bit, like smile lines or eyelid creases. Also, the application isn't smooth on the eyelids - you can see the particles, if that makes sense... Anyway, there's a bit of that. If you apply it while it's cakey, it looks even more cakey. It feels moisturizing at first, but over time it can feel a bit tight, especially in drier areas - though this might vary from person to person. I find that this cushion doesn't cover well around my nose area. It tends to look cakey and break down easily there... Other areas are fine though. This might differ for everyone.
TipControl the amount carefully! Applying too much can look really unflattering, so it's better to build it up gradually in thin layers.

It felt incredibly lightweight. I was worried about cushions being thick, but like other reviews mentioned, it went on really lightly. As someone with oily skin who couldn't tolerate even a drop of oil, this cushion gives a glow that makes your skin look beautiful. It's not oily, but a true hydrated glow! + The puff seems to play a big role in application. I want to buy extras and stock up... Adherence: It really lives up to its name. It's my first time using an Espoir product, and it adheres to the skin as if it's taped on. I thought it would break down and smudge with a mask, but when I checked, the mask was so clean. The skin adherence meant there was hardly any transfer (I used to use Ing**sting foundation, but this cushion actually transferred less). Coverage: The product is slightly moist as the name suggests, and I heard the Espoir Taping line is famous for good coverage!? But I found it covers pores well and conceals most blemishes (I tend to apply thinly). + This is the only product I've seen that doesn't settle into the sides of the nose. Longevity: As mentioned earlier, it had the best longevity among cushions I've tried! I've only used foundation for about 3 years because cushions always break down unattractively, but this completely changed my mind. Despite being moist, I think it can be beautifully applied on combination dehydrated to oily skin :) Overall: Light and adheres very well / No breakdown / Covers pores ok / No oily shine, yes to hydrated glow / Decent coverage *If you hate breakdown, mask transfer, want light adherence, and want your skin to look moisturized and good -> Recommended!!! It might be too much for extremely oily skin in midsummer, but I think it's good for a wide range from dry to oily skin. I first used this product as a Hwahae Tester and was really satisfied. The Petal color didn't look dark on me as I usually use a light 21 shade, but it was similar to my skin tone, so I bought the Ivory color with my own money..ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ
ConsI didn't experience any blemishes from using it, and it actually felt like my skin could breathe better than with other cosmetics because it's so light. If there's one downside, it's the packaging. The part where the cushion fits? It seems like it could break easily when opening and closing. Also, even though I don't usually like pink, the cushion color was such a luxurious and pretty pink, but it got a lot of scratches when I carried it in my bag and pouch.
TipWhen I need to touch up my makeup after applying foundation (even when I need to use a touch-up pad), just patting with this cushion makes my skin look pretty again! Since it's a lightly applying product, you can layer it several times without it becoming thick, so those who want more coverage can apply 2-3 thin layers for a beautiful finish.

Still, you'll need to use concealer on areas that need extra coverage. The shade 22 matched my skin tone perfectly, and it gave a nice glow that made my skin look smooth. I especially recommend this for touch-ups - it doesn't cake at all, and if you apply it lightly in thin layers, it goes on beautifully!
ConsWhile it doesn't transfer as much as other moisturizing cushions, it's still quite hydrating, so unlike powdery cushions, it does transfer quite a bit when wearing a mask. That's why I always make sure to set it with powder! Setting with powder definitely reduces transfer significantly.

With all the mask-wearing lately, my skin had been acting up, and other cushions I'd tried only made things worse. But this one? Not a single new pimple! It's amazing. The finish is absolutely gorgeous. On the areas without acne, there's even a subtle glow that I absolutely love. I think this cushion gives the most beautiful skin finish out of all the ones I've ever bought. Now, for the most crucial part - staying power. I applied it at 9 AM and came home at 6 PM without any touch-ups. Despite walking around all day, sweating, and even getting caught in a light rain, it didn't budge except a bit around my nose. It's seriously impressive! I can't recommend this product enough. It's my new holy grail! While reviews suggest it's best for dry skin, it managed to control my extremely oily skin. Of course, individual results may vary, but out of all the cushions I've used over the past 4 years, this one takes the crown. I may have received it as a prize, but it's definitely earned its place as my holy grail product!
ConsI don't really have any complaints. However, for those with very oily skin, you might want to set it with a light dusting of powder for even better results.
TipAfter completing your skincare routine and applying makeup base, lightly pat on the cushion. Then, dust on a bit of powder and finish with a setting spray. This method helps prevent the makeup from breaking down throughout the day!

My skin has been dry lately, but I loved how it adhered to my skin without any patchiness. I gave the full-size product to my mother, and even after a long day at work, her makeup didn't break down significantly and still had a nice glow. The coverage effectively concealed my mother's redness, age spots, and freckles. The case is sleek and pretty. It's not overly flashy, and its slim design makes it convenient to carry around.
ConsSince it's quite hydrating, it does transfer onto my phone. You'll need to set it with powder after application.
