It lathers better and has better cleansing effectiveness compared to the natural shampoo I used before At first, it seemed fine and I thought I might stick with this shampoo. However, as I used it longer, my scalp condition deteriorated. I'm not sure if the tea tree ingredient didn't agree with me, but I experienced severe dead skin cells buildup and my scalp became itchy, making it difficult to continue using Please note that the tea tree scent is quite strong - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJul 10, 2021
I started using this because I heard the ingredients were good, and I'm pleased to say it feels refreshing when applied and has excellent cleansing effectiveness. If you use a generous amount, it also produces a nice lather. As someone who only uses shampoo without conditioner, my hair feels quite dry and rough after washing with this product. It would work great if paired with a conditioner that has quality ingredients. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJun 4, 2020
It really helped improve my oily scalp. For a natural shampoo, it lathers up surprisingly well. Usually, you need to wash twice to feel like you've cleaned your hair properly. It leaves hair feeling a bit stiff, so using a hair essence alongside it works best. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 27, 2019
Texture - Compared to regular shampoos, it has a runny, mucus-like consistency. Cleansing effectiveness - Despite its gentle ingredients, it boasts cleansing power on par with regular shampoos. Lather - Requires a bit more pumping than regular shampoos to create rich foam. Though slightly pricey for its volume, it's a product worth using for its quality ingredients. Despite containing tea tree, it doesn't have an overwhelming refreshing sensation, making it comfortable to use even after 6 bottles. After using over 6 bottles, I haven't experienced any blemishes! However, the new packaging seems to leak shampoo around the pump mechanism after use. Aside from this minor issue, I'm satisfied and currently opening my 7th bottle! Instead of pumping three or four times because you don't see much foam at first, try pumping once to remove oil, then pump again for a second wash. This method seems to create more lather. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMay 18, 2019
It lathers up nicely and seems to suit my scalp well. I'm pleased that it contains biotin. While the cleansing effectiveness is a bit lacking due to its rich consistency, the quality ingredients make up for it to an acceptable degree. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinMay 9, 2019
While I don't have hair loss issues, I used to struggle with hair shedding, dead skin cells, and my straight hair would get incredibly greasy after just a few touches. I'd often go out with oily hair, but now the smell is pleasant, and hair shedding has decreased significantly. My hair doesn't fall out as much, and new hair is growing well. The product is gentle, and I was worried it might not lather much, but just two pumps create plenty of foam. The abundant lather means it cleanses effectively. With its large size, I've fallen in love with Sidmool and now use their products for both my body and face. The scent fades quickly, and my husband says my scalp still has an odor... If you wet your hair thoroughly and use about three pumps to massage, it feels refreshing, cleanses well, and rinses out easily. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 11, 2019
After using regular shampoos that come in holiday gift sets, I noticed my hair was falling out at an alarming rate due to stress. I was really worried, so I switched to this tea tree shampoo. Since then, my hair loss has significantly decreased. Some people say it doesn't lather well, but I find it foams up nicely. I only apply it to my scalp, which might be why I get a good lather. I use about half a pump each time. I've finished one bottle and reordered. Although it's pricier than other shampoos for the amount you get, I've seen such improvement with this tea tree biotin shampoo that I plan to stick with it for the next few months. Unfortunately, it doesn't control oily hair very well. This is a big drawback for me. As someone with oily scalp, if I wash my hair in the morning, it starts to get greasy again by evening. It's supposed to be fragrance-free, but every time I use it, I smell something like petroleum. I'm not sure if it's just my nose, but despite being labeled as unscented, the smell is quite unpleasant. I don't have any special tips. Just make sure to rinse it out thoroughly! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 31, 2019
The usage is neat and the ingredients are good! A natural shampoo with rich lather This shampoo is always kept in the shower with the aloe body wash. The tea tree ingredient refreshes the scalp, and the biotin ingredient adds volume. Natural shampoos usually don't lather well, making the experience unpleasant, but this shampoo produces a very rich lather, making it comfortable to use. I've seen effects on scalp itchiness, scalp pimples, and hair loss. The price is a bit high compared to the volume. It's better to buy in a bundle and get a group discount. Since it's a natural shampoo, there's a tendency to use it more generously compared to regular shampoos. As a result, I have to purchase it more often, which can be a bit burdensome at times. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinJan 14, 2019
The ingredients are great, and it seems to cleanse well. It also lathers up nicely. I have an itchy, dry scalp. After using this, it feels even itchier and drier. I'm a fan of Sidmool, but all their shampoos have been disappointing for me. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 7, 2018
I bought it because I heard the ingredients were gentle. For a product with mild ingredients, it lathers well and performs decently. I'm not sure if it's particularly effective for scalp dead skin cells. It doesn't give that refreshing, 'ahh' feeling.
