The cooling sensation is nice...? Even if it didn't work for me, at least the ingredients are good...? Oh, I usually love Sidmool products, but this shampoo really didn't agree with me. Not knowing I had a dry scalp, I bought this one for oily scalps. The tea tree might not have suited me because my scalp became dry and itchy. I ended up scratching until I bled. I didn't realize it was the shampoo at first, but when I stopped using it and the itching went away, I figured out the cause. I strongly advise against this for those with dry scalps. The scent isn't great either, but I can tolerate it since it's a natural brand. The price is high, and I'd be willing to pay if it worked for my scalp, but unfortunately, it just doesn't suit me. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinNov 16, 2018
There were no positive aspects. It was a big mistake to assume it would be good based on internet recommendations and its natural + tea tree ingredients. I have seborrheic dermatitis and an oily scalp. I bought this shampoo earlier this year or late last year after reading on Director Pi's blog that it's good for oily scalps. But my scalp completely flared up in just 3 days. Not only was it itchy, but I also had blemishes that oozed and bled, causing pain. I had to stop using it. After using it only 3 times, I switched to a different shampoo and my scalp calmed down a bit. Months later, I saw Director Pi post about shampoos again, mentioning that it might not suit sensitive scalps... If you have super sensitive skin, please don't use this. The fragrance wasn't great either. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 8, 2018
It smells nice and it's affordable. Haha, that's about all I can say... If you have dry skin, don't use this... My face completely broke out - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 7, 2018
It feels refreshing! The scent is cool and the overall experience is invigorating. While it's not as intensely cooling as some specialized cooling shampoos, it gives you that refreshing sensation similar to dipping your head in cold water on a hot summer day. The cool, squeaky-clean feeling leaves you with a sense of satisfaction, as if all the oils have been thoroughly washed away. This product made me realize that tea tree doesn't agree with my skin. I had experienced a tingling sensation before when using cleansing wipes from another brand, but I was too young then to understand it was due to tea tree sensitivity. Using this product confirmed it for me. I ended up with small bumps where the product touched my hairline, which caused me quite a bit of trouble for a while. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 13, 2018
I have seborrheic dermatitis, so my scalp is in really bad shape. I usually have to use a cooling shampoo that deeply cleanses my scalp, and I'm limited to just 1-2 specific shampoos to keep the itching at bay. The downside is that they're so harsh, my hair ends up feeling like dog fur. So I was on the hunt for a shampoo that wasn't too harsh but still left my scalp feeling fresh. That's when I tried this one, and I can definitely say it's improved my hair texture. It feels a bit stiff while washing, but once it's rinsed out, there's a noticeable difference. Maybe it's because I've been using such harsh shampoos all this time, but I really felt like, 'Ah, so this is what a shampoo without harmful ingredients is like.' I think this would be amazing for people with normal scalps - it should leave your hair feeling clean and improve its texture. That's why I ended up giving it to my mom. The reason I gave it to my mom is because it couldn't handle my scalp issues. Looks like I'm out of luck when it comes to gentle, ingredient-conscious shampoos in this lifetime. What's wrong with my scalp? It feels fine right after washing, but the itching comes back pretty quickly. So... I couldn't keep using it. Can someone please recommend a good shampoo for me? It feels a bit stiff when you're washing your hair, but once you dry it, it becomes soft. So don't worry when you're lathering up. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 12, 2018
At first, I felt my scalp getting cleaner and was pleased to see a noticeable decrease in hair fall. Despite being a natural shampoo, it didn't leave my hair feeling particularly stiff. However, after about a month of use, I noticed an increasing amount of dandruff flakes on my scalp. It's probably due to dryness. Moreover, if I skip shampooing for just one day, my scalp odor becomes unbearable. I can personally experience the unpleasant smell of my own scalp. Surprisingly, my hair still doesn't fall out much. It's important to note that with natural shampoos, double cleansing is essential due to their milder cleansing effectiveness. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJan 26, 2018
Personally, I loved the squeaky clean feeling after rinsing For me, Sidmool products either work really well or not at all. This one falls into the latter category. After using it, I suddenly developed dandruff that I never had before. The squeaky clean feeling might be due to excessive sebum removal, and with the cold winds and dry weather lately, my dandruff has gotten worse - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 28, 2017
The mild formulation and good ingredients made it a great product. I didn't have dandruff before, but I started getting dandruff. I'm not sure exactly what caused it, but I think my scalp type doesn't agree with the natural oils. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinDec 27, 2017
1. The ingredients are good 2. Ingredients 3. Ingredients..... My hair becomes stiff and itchy soon after washing, and there seems to be something on my scalp. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinDec 21, 2017
The shampoo itself has a mild scent and produces a lot of lather with just a small amount. I bought it based on a YouTuber's recommendation, as they said it's good for seborrheic and sensitive scalp, but it only made it worse.
