I started using this because I heard the ingredients were good, and I'm pleased to say it feels refreshing when applied and has excellent cleansing effectiveness. If you use a generous amount, it also produces a nice lather. As someone who only uses shampoo without conditioner, my hair feels quite dry and rough after washing with this product. It would work great if paired with a conditioner that has quality ingredients. - Hwahae UserOily SkinApr 14, 2018
It lathers up nicely and the tea tree scent is so refreshing. After rinsing, my hair feels soft and smooth to the touch. However, while washing, my hair feels quite tangled and stiff. Also, it seems to run out rather quickly. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 7, 2018
I have thick hair and an oily scalp. Even with my abundant hair, I've noticed significant hair loss over the past few years, which is why I bought this. It leaves my scalp feeling refreshed. However, it feels a bit stiff and doesn't seem to rinse out easily. While it leaves my scalp feeling clean, it seems to lack moisturizing effects for the scalp. I always make sure to use a conditioner or treatment with it. Family members with short or thin hair say they can skip the conditioner. This product might be better suited for summer use rather than winter. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 7, 2018
My scalp was in such an itchy state that I even visited a dermatologist. Medications only provided temporary relief without fully curing the issue, leading to scratching, dandruff, and a weakened scalp. Most commercial shampoos felt too harsh with their surfactants, stripping away even the necessary oils and leaving my hair dry. That's why I chose this product after searching for gentler options. After a month of use, I can definitely see results. Hair loss has decreased, and after washing, my scalp feels truly refreshed with significantly reduced itching. I can feel my scalp getting healthier. UPDATE after 4 months of use: While there's no irritation, my scalp condition hasn't improved much. I wouldn't recommend this for seborrheic dermatitis. Post-wash, my scalp feels cool and my hair seems stronger (with noticeably less hair fall), but it doesn't address the itching and dead skin cells effectively. Its cleansing power for flakes is weak, leaving white flakes even after washing (requiring combing to remove them). What used to be minor dandruff has now turned into white patches on my scalp... I'll need to find a different shampoo. 1. Price: Expensive for the quantity (though I think it's good value compared to other natural shampoos). 2. Texture: Really thick when applying to hair (but soft after rinsing). I follow the two-step shampooing process as described on the website: 1. For the first cleanse, I use one pump to gently massage my scalp, focusing on removing dirt. This produces the least lather but one pump is sufficient. No need to massage the entire scalp thoroughly. 2. For the second wash, I divide my hair into three sections (crown, sides, back). I use 1.5-2 pumps total. - After one pump, I lather it in my hands then gently massage the crown and sides. With a half pump, I massage the back from bottom to top. Finally, I lightly massage the hair with the foam. 3. RINSING IS CRUCIAL! - Rinsing is more important than washing! Inadequate rinsing can lead to quick build-up. Whether you wash with your head down or standing up, always finish by collecting water in a basin and rinsing thoroughly, focusing on the back and crown. This process also helps calm the hair. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMar 16, 2017
There were no itching or skin issues when using it, and the lather was reasonably good. The smell is repulsive. It has a typical tea tree scent.. It also feels sticky when using it, and even after drying, it remains sticky. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMar 14, 2017
I definitely feel like my scalp is getting healthier. The skin issues on my back and chest have also noticeably decreased. My hair used to get greasy quickly, but after using this shampoo, I only need to wash it about every other day and it doesn't feel weighed down anymore. The faint tea tree scent is refreshing when I'm washing my hair. After washing my hair, it tends to get tangled. When my hair is damaged, it clumps together to an unbelievable degree, and even after cutting off the damaged parts, it still feels a bit stiff and slightly matted. However, if I apply a hair essence or oil to the ends before drying and gently brush through it, it's not a problem. I would recommend the combination of the tea tree biotin shampoo, hair essence, and Tangle Teezer. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 26, 2017
When I wash my hair, it feels refreshing, and when I used other shampoos, my hair would get oily by the afternoon, which was really unpleasant. But after using the Sidmool Tea Tree Shampoo, my hair stayed completely soft and fluffy the next day, and my hairstyle became more calm.^^ Compared to the shampoos sold at the mart, the price-to-volume ratio is lower, and the lather is less (though it wasn't too inconvenient for me). When washing my hair, it feels a bit sticky. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 10, 2017
There's nothing except for the absence of harmful ingredients, unfortunately 😭 It's too thick and greasy when washing. In the end, I couldn't use it all and had to leave some behind 😢 - Hwahae UserDry SkinJan 7, 2017
The ingredients are very good Natural shampoos don't lather well, but this one lathers well The formula is thin, so it feels like it rinses off easily The shampoo is thick and my hair gets tangled, making it really uncomfortable to massage my scalp Even after shampooing, my hair feels stiff This shampoo is suitable for oily scalp - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJan 4, 2017
I used about a full bottle. I have an oily scalp, but I don't get greasy when using this. My hair also seems a bit fuller. I have a stockpile of this product that I use regularly. At first, I thought it was a bit too thick. But after using it for a while, I got used to it and my hair condition improved. I don't use a separate conditioner. If this is too thick for you, you can use a different shampoo and just apply this one to your crown area. That way, you can get the softness and control the oiliness in that specific part.
