Its slightly acidic formula allows for cleansing without drying out the skin. It feels a bit slippery, making it hard to tell if it's cleansing effectively, and it doesn't lather as much as expected. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAug 14, 2021
My skin tends to produce excess oil, leading to frequent whiteheads every couple of days. This product has significantly reduced their occurrence. Previously, I'd feel hard sebum plugs while cleansing, which was quite stressful. But since using this, my skin feels smooth without any noticeable bumps. The cleansing effectiveness is also impressive. The only slight drawback is the somewhat slippery feeling after rinsing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSep 5, 2020
I couldn't find any positives as it caused acne breakouts when I used it. It feels slippery and doesn't cleanse effectively. The amount seems insufficient. It even causes inflammatory acne. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 20, 2020
This is an excellent cleanser for morning use. I loved the cooling effect it provides! As someone with acne-prone skin, I've always found tea tree products to have a soothing effect. While skin types vary, if tea tree works well for you, I'd recommend this even for blemish-prone skin! The downside is that you can't expect strong cleansing effectiveness. Also, even after rinsing, it feels like there's still a slippery lather, so I didn't find myself reaching for it very often. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 16, 2020
It's perfect for sensitive skin prone to blemishes. When I developed contact dermatitis and was searching for a gentle cleanser, I remembered using Sidmool as a gratis sample before, so I quickly purchased it. It's not irritating at all, even on contact dermatitis, and now my skin has healed. Though it wasn't solely because of this product (I also used prescription ointments and medications), it's definitely a non-irritating cleanser. The scent is herbal? I'm not sure if it's tea tree, but I like the natural fragrance. As it's for second cleansing, I'm currently using it only in the mornings. It's too slippery. Those who prefer a squeaky clean feeling might not like it. The slippery texture makes me rinse multiple times, which can be a bit irritating. It doesn't lather much - I wish it foamed up a bit more. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAtopy SkinFeb 4, 2020
The scent is clean and it's gentle on the skin when applied to the face, without causing irritation It's a low-lather type cleanser. There's a slightly slippery feeling when rinsing off, so I had to rinse multiple times - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 10, 2019
You can really tell how gentle the ingredients are when you use it. I'd recommend it if you're looking for something mild. If you're not a fan of that slippery feeling after cleansing, you might want to skip this one! It's not exactly a secret tip, but I've been using it as a second cleanser after my initial cleanse! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 17, 2019
It's very gentle and quickly calms blemishes when they appear. You can even use it for morning cleansing without any irritation. After use, I noticed a significant reduction in deep dryness even after patting my face dry, which was great. If you're switching from a foam cleanser, you might find this slippery at first and feel like it's not cleaning as thoroughly. For a more effective cleanse, you may want to use a cleansing tool to work up a lather. I ended up using two foam nets stacked together because one alone didn't seem to produce enough lather. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 9, 2019
Texture: This was my first time using a low pH cleanser, and I absolutely loved the cooling sensation when it touched my skin! It gave me that 'my skin's about to be so clean' feeling. Cleansing effectiveness: This could be seen as both a pro and a con, but the slippery texture made it difficult to rinse off. The residue left behind caused some serious blemishes for me. Irritation: While the initial cooling sensation was nice, it stung quite badly when it touched areas with existing blemishes. Scent: Rather than smelling like green tea, the product I received had a musty odor that made me wonder if there was an issue. However, since I don't prioritize fragrance, it wasn't a big deal for me. If you have super sensitive skin like me, you might experience some tingling or irritation. I'd recommend trying a sample first or being cautious when purchasing. I ended up having to visit a dermatologist and went through quite an ordeal. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinNov 19, 2018
I've been using this for years now! I discovered this natural skincare line by chance and I'm using all their products, including the skin emulsion. The first thing I noticed is that it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight, so it seems like it helps retain moisture better. My whole family is using it now. We're all very satisfied! It does feel a bit slippery, but it's not really inconvenient to use.
