The cosmetic is gentle and non-irritating Creates a natural, radiant complexion Becomes oily over time Low staying power, breaks down easily The amount is too small, so you use up the cushion quickly Wish refills were available - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinApr 21, 2022
The coverage looks natural It feels moisturizing Doesn't look messy when it wears off The packaging design is quite disappointing The coverage isn't particularly impressive The amount of product is too small - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMar 18, 2022
I have skin around shade 22, but even shade 23 gave me a natural complexion without looking too dark. I've been using this since winter, and it's great for both the cold, dry winter weather and the transitional spring season we're in now! It's moisturizing without being overly dewy, making it a fantastic cushion for all skin types! I wish the design was a bit cuter... Initially, I imagined an adorable package because of the 'Royal Honey' name, but it's just... okay. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJan 23, 2022
It's moisturizing and lightweight. I usually use shade 21, and this color matched my skin tone almost perfectly, giving a natural look. The coverage is so minimal it can't even conceal a small blemish. It doesn't give that smooth, flawless application feeling. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 2, 2021
It feels moisturizing while naturally brightening my complexion. It gives a nice, subtle glow and luminosity. I wouldn't recommend this to those who dislike a dewy finish. There's a slight issue with it settling into the creases around the nose area. If you apply this after a thorough skincare routine, it'll likely enhance the hydrated appearance of your skin even more. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJan 17, 2021
Skin type: Combination (Cheeks: Dry, T-zone: Oily) Pros: - Hydrating, perfect for winter use - I have a medium skin tone, and shade 2 matches my natural complexion, giving a 'my skin but better' effect - Beautiful yellow-based formula that gives a gorgeous glow and natural-looking finish - The packaging is absolutely adorable Cons: - The coverage isn't particularly high. You'll need to use concealer for additional coverage - In these mask-wearing times, I find myself reaching for matte cushions more often - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSep 23, 2020
Great coverage and hydration! The color isn't too light, giving a natural look. It's perfect for achieving a radiant glow and a slightly brightened appearance. I love using it so much that I'll probably stick to this product for a while. It seems to be unscented, but I think it would be even better if it had a pleasant fragrance. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSep 18, 2020
Skin adhesion & application: Great for a natural skin look. It doesn't clump or separate even when applied in thin layers multiple times, and it adheres well to the skin from the first application. It's a good cushion for light use to subtly adjust skin tone rather than building up multiple layers. Color: I usually use shade 21 rather than 23, but this product has a light beige that's brighter than 21, making 21 the middle shade. Compared to my usual Hera 21, it has a slight yellow undertone, which helps match my face and neck makeup without looking unnatural, as I'm not particularly fair-skinned. Coverage: As it's thin and applies naturally, it's disappointing in terms of covering blemishes or red spots. Trying to build coverage can emphasize pores and dead skin cells, potentially making rough skin more noticeable. Longevity: It's disappointing that blemishes that were adequately covered become visible again after 2.5-3 hours. It seems to have a slightly oily finish, which tends to wear off with sweat. Skin prep: Before applying the cushion, thoroughly moisturize your skin for better adhesion. After application, setting with a makeup fixer might help improve longevity. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 18, 2020
Usually, shade 2 in makeup tends to be darker, but this one matched me perfectly, even giving a slight brightening effect. I typically use shade 21, but shade 2 worked well for me too. True to its name 'Inner Glow Cushion', it really gives a subtle, beautiful glow without being greasy. What I loved most was how gracefully it wore off, making touch-ups look natural and gorgeous - I couldn't stop admiring it in the mirror! (Though I did have to reapply due to mask wear.) It applies evenly without gaps, and the cushion feels sturdy, unlikely to break even with prolonged use. This cushion can easily compete with high-end department store brands! If you apply too much, it can look a bit off-color, similar to a BB cream, but it settles nicely after a while. This is probably due to the Inner Glow feature. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 16, 2020
Skin type: Combination dehydrated skin, leaning towards oily. Prone to blemishes (small bumps), redness, and sensitive (atopic) skin. I love that it covers redness well, giving a natural look that I prefer. It evens out my skin tone nicely. This summer, I've been wearing less makeup, relying mostly on my mask. I think my face got a bit tanned, so when I applied the #21 shade, it seemed too light. After reading other reviews, it seems most people find it on the lighter side. I guess I'm not the only one who got a bit sun-kissed! The puff feels airy and bouncy with visible pores. It has a velvety, smooth texture. Despite being such an essential compact, it doesn't give an overly shiny finish. Instead, it provides a balanced dewy glow, like a subtle honey-like radiance. Inevitably, with frequent mask-wearing, the added humidity can cause the makeup to break down a bit. The coverage isn't strong enough to completely conceal blemish marks. I recommend using half a sheet of facial tissue to gently blot away excess shine. This leaves the skin with a more matte finish and reduces transfer.
