Usage experience: The sheet is thin and adheres well to the face. It's packed with essence, so it drips when you take out the sheet. It's best to gently press it before removing. And it's easy to unfold. I switched to this from other sheet masks and didn't experience any blemishes. The chin and philtrum areas are wide, so even though the philtrum part might touch your lips, it's suitable for those with broader features. The fragrance is subtle, so it shouldn't be polarizing. It provides decent hydration, making it suitable even for combination dehydrated skin. After masking and applying a moisturizer, my skin didn't feel tight in the early morning. The next morning, it feels like there's a protective moisture barrier left on the skin. It can feel slightly sticky. When I was about to break out on my chin due to hormonal changes, it prevented the blemishes from getting worse. It would be easier to unfold if they included a plastic sheet between the mask folds. The ingredients aren't great, so those with sensitive skin should avoid it. It's okay for daily use even for combination dehydrated skin types. - Review from The Hwahae Testers - I had written this before, but somehow it disappeared, so I'm writing it again! When I first received it, I was amazed by the beautiful case and packaging! It's been 7 months since I started using it in October! This mask is best suited for fall and winter seasons! Here's my detailed review: Scent - It says it contains lavender essential oil, and it truly has a rich lavender fragrance! The scent isn't artificial or overpowering, but subtle and luxurious, making me feel like I'm getting a massage at a spa. It made the masking experience very enjoyable! Sheet - The texture is soft, and it's saturated with plenty of essence, making it non-irritating to the skin. There's so much essence that it rarely dries out. The size is standard, so it should fit various face shapes well! Hydration - Thanks to the abundant essence, it's very effective for moisturizing! Even though I have dry skin, I noticed that the hydration lasted until the next day after using the mask! I think the slight oiliness helped lock in the moisture, keeping my skin more hydrated! Time - It recommends 10-20 minutes of use, but I found that even 5-10 minutes was sufficient! I usually mask before bed, and I loved that I could achieve deep hydration in such a short time! Oiliness - I felt the oil content was a bit excessive for me! I don't usually use sticky products, but after masking, my skin feels very sticky and slightly suffocating. So rather than using it daily, I tend to use it when my skin is extremely dry or before special occasions. Also, when masking, the essence inevitably gets on my hair, which bothers me when sleeping. Sometimes I wished the mask was smaller! Seasonality - As expected, due to its richness, it's a bit heavy for use outside of fall and winter. When used in humid and hot weather, it seems to cause a warming sensation on the skin, sometimes leading to blemishes the next day! Better for fall and winter than spring and summer! Recommended for use when intense hydration is needed rather than daily use! I'd recommend this to those with dry skin, as it might be too heavy for oily skin types! The reviewer was extremely satisfied, calling it their 'holy grail' mask. It seems like it could be used as a regular go-to mask in your skincare routine. The presence of ingredients like ethanol and PEG is a bit concerning. It might be challenging to use this product long-term.

I usually do a daily mask routine and after cleansing, I use an exfoliating toner followed immediately by this mask pack. While it made my face look shiny and nice, when I touched it, it felt like silicone and pilled terribly. If I had applied multiple products, I might think some ingredients were conflicting, but I only used this mask pack. It's concerning that it leaves a silicone-like film on my face that pills when touched. Even when I try to gently pat it in to absorb, it still pills. This shows it doesn't absorb well at all. The mask is generously soaked in essence, making it perfect for use during the winter months! If you have oily skin or plan to use it in summer, the rich texture might feel a bit heavy. Review from The Hwahae Testers winner: First of all, the best thing about using this product was the amazing scent from the lavender oil! The subtle lavender fragrance made me feel slightly healed when I applied it and lay down. For those with super sensitive skin, I recommend reading the ingredients list more carefully before purchasing! While I didn't experience any blemishes, there are some ingredients that might not be suitable for sensitive skin types, so you should be cautious! Keeping it in the fridge and using it as a mask gives an amazing cooling effect. The scent is fantastic too. It helps reduce morning puffiness and soothes redness well. I apologize for the late response. I didn't realize I had to post the Hwahae Testers review here and only replied via text message. I've already used 7 and have 3 left!

You can even spread the leftover essence for a second application after using the mask. As mentioned above, it's great to use when your skin feels dry due to its moisturizing properties. When I first used it, perhaps because my skin was sensitive at the time, about 5 minutes after applying the mask, my face started to tingle and gradually began to sting. I immediately removed it and tried to let the essence absorb, but absorption was rather slow. The stinging subsided, and there were no blemishes or other symptoms. It seems more suitable for those with dry skin. For those sensitive to aromatic oils, I recommend carefully checking the ingredients before use.

There's plenty of product inside, so you can even use it on your neck or legs. It's rich in both oil and moisture, but I personally felt it was more on the oily side. As I have combination skin, the only downside for me was that it felt a bit oily. Other than that, I was satisfied. Everyone knows to keep it in the fridge, right? Since there's a lot of product inside, it's great to use the leftovers on your arms, legs, neck, and back.
