The complexion match is spot-on, and it applies smoothly even with a light touch! It offers great coverage without feeling heavy, so since this came out, I haven't even looked at other cushions! I didn't really find any downsides, but... those with severe blemishes who need thick coverage might find the coverage doesn't meet their expectations. Also, it might not suit those with dull or darker skin tones. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 8, 2022
Adheres well to the skin Applies in a thin layer Minimal transfer onto masks Natural-looking color The puff has a pointed tip, making it easy to apply around the nose area Coverage could be better The scent might be polarizing - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinOct 12, 2021
I highly praise its adherence! With just a thin application, you can achieve medium-high coverage, longevity, and excellent skin adhesion. The Pure 21 shade is beautiful too. Those with shades 13-17 will find it natural, while it'll brighten up shade 21 skin. Since I apply it very thinly, allowing my skin to slightly show through, the exact shade wasn't crucial for me (though I do have a light 21 tone). Right after application, it feels slightly moisturizing and becomes powdery as it dries. It barely transfers to masks, so I used Rom&nd exclusively throughout spring and summer. However, I'm unsure about winter. As someone with dry skin, it's a semi-matte finish that makes me wonder if it can withstand the dry winter. If I don't find a better alternative, I'll likely continue using this product. For summer, I'll probably go with the 21 Natural shade as I tan a bit. First off, you can't buy it offline. I wanted to at least see the shades, but they only had the Zero Cushion in stores. There are no refills available either. Even though it's relatively affordable, it feels wasteful to keep buying the full product and case, just accumulating trash. Also, if you habitually pat it on vigorously with the included puff or a regular cushion puff, it only looks pretty right after application. Afterwards, it seriously breaks down and settles into lines. If you want to use a cushion puff, apply a small amount thinly by spreading it, then press it in to adhere. If using a brush, first apply a very thin layer all over, then build up in specific areas. I have skin that leans dry, but if I use a creamy base and apply this product with a Piccasso 130 or Fillimilli brush, it can work miracles even on skin that others claim is too thick or dry for this product. My cheeks and chin are extremely dry and always feel a bit rough, but I've received compliments on how good my skin looks! My holy grail combination for sensitive, dry skin is: Make:prem Safe Me Cream - Botanic Zinc Sun Emulsion - Rom&nd Clear Cushion. I don't use heavy skin or essence products. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSep 28, 2021
This product has excellent coverage even though it's not a matte cushion! With proper amount control, you can apply it thinly, and it doesn't cake up much even when layered. The puff works well with it, and the case is so pretty... it's sparkly! I focus on skin appearance, adherence, dryness, and potential blemishes when buying base products. While I still get some blemishes due to my sensitive skin, the skin appearance is truly, truly beautiful! It gives a subtle, not excessive glow that makes your skin look naturally radiant! Dry skin types... you must try this! It tends to cause more blemishes compared to other products. The color has a slightly grayish tone. I wouldn't recommend it for oily skin types! Also not recommended for very dry skin... it's not that hydrating of a product. Make sure to prep your base thoroughly! It will help achieve an even more beautiful glow. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinAug 18, 2021
To be honest, I bought this product not just because I needed a cushion, but mainly because the packaging was so beautiful that I fell in love at first sight and purchased it in a trance...! When it arrived, I was thrilled to see that it was indeed as gorgeous as I'd hoped! The sparkling, shimmering case truly stole my heart. First off, as someone with cool-toned light skin, I absolutely loved how it applies thinly and lightly without feeling heavy. After application, it gives a natural glow that makes your skin look luxurious - perhaps reminiscent of the silk used in traditional Korean hanbok, which seems to be the concept. I feel like this could work well for both dry and oily skin types. However, those with oily skin might need to be careful as the glow could potentially look a bit too shiny if not applied carefully. I was also impressed by its staying power - when wearing a mask, it didn't transfer, which suggests excellent coverage. I didn't have any complaints about the product itself! However, I think it would be great if they could offer lighter shades like 17 or 18 as well. Personally, I found that applying it with a brush rather than the cushion puff resulted in a lighter, less heavy application. So I used a brush to apply and then gently patted with the cushion puff to finish! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinAug 14, 2021
It seemed to suit my skin well and applied thinly, giving a beautiful appearance. There was a slight oiliness and it felt a bit heavy on the skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJun 4, 2021
I love how it creates a natural yet radiant complexion. When applied thinly, it gives a sheer, luminous finish. Plus, it doesn't transfer onto masks easily. Personally, I'm so satisfied with this product that I can't find any downsides. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMay 6, 2021
Oh! I think I'll be sticking with this cushion for a while. I have blackheads and am rich in dead skin cells, and although this formula isn't particularly moisturizing, I love how it doesn't emphasize my flaky skin or excess oil. While I need good coverage, I hate thick application, but this applies thinly while providing adequate coverage. The finish is on the matte side. It doesn't transfer much to masks, and the staying power seems average. The darkening is acceptable, and since the ingredients are gentle, it doesn't tend to cause blemishes. It seems they don't sell refills separately? The downside is having to buy the full product each time. I don't think I use a lot, but it feels like it runs out quickly. It might be too dry for those with dry skin. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinApr 14, 2021
It applies thinly and evenly! I absolutely loved the foundation's pinkish hue. The staying power was a bit disappointing. There was some flaking even when I wasn't wearing a mask. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMar 10, 2021
I'll keep it brief since it's long, and use casual speech. The adherence and thinness are what I value most. It's super thin. I don't need perfect coverage, but I hate when makeup is visible from 10m away. I was using Espoir Taping Cushion but found it too thick, so I was looking for a new one. I tested this at Olive Young and loved it so much I bought it. As expected, it applies thinly which I really like. The coverage is naturally lower due to its thinness. It's not particularly sticky based on swatching on my hand, but not dry and flaky either. I'll update after applying it to my face. Even the lightest shade, Pure 21, isn't very bright - it's less bright than Espoir Taping Ivory. The case is pretty too. The color isn't particularly bright by my standards. I'm not sure if it's because it applies so thinly that it looks like my skin, but I wish it was just a tiny bit brighter. I bought this at Olive Young during a recent promotion. With the new product discount and other offers combined, I got it for almost half price. It's worth keeping an eye out for good deals.
