  - Effectively removed all makeup from the back of my hand - Zero stinging or irritation when removing makeup - No redness or itching after cleansing - No dryness after rinsing with water only - Great for morning cleansing when used with a foaming dispenser - creates rich lather : I love a gentle foam cleanse in the morning to remove overnight oil and dust. This produces abundant foam and doesn't irritate my face at all when cleansing, so I'm very satisfied! Texture : Watery liquid formula. Leaves skin feeling fresh and light after cleansing Cleansing effectiveness : I didn't test it on mascara, but for someone who prefers using a separate eye makeup remover for stubborn mascaras to avoid harsh rubbing, I was satisfied with how well it removed other makeup. No residue left behind

  - This is a review from The Hwahae Testers :) - Skin type: Combination (T-zone: oily / Other areas: dry) #Gentle I've tried many cleansing waters, but this product is truly top-tier with almost no irritation, which I'm really satisfied with! Other cleansing waters were too stinging and irritating every time I used them, so I was hesitant to reach for them. But with this product, I can pat it on with a cotton pad and wipe without any irritation, making it really nice to use without worry. I absolutely love it...♡ #Hydrating I used to only use cleansing water for removing eye and lip makeup because it made my skin too tight and dry when removing face makeup. However, with this product, I don't feel any tightness or dryness even when removing face makeup, so I keep using it for that too! I was really satisfied with how gentle and hydrating it is, and these two factors alone made me want to repurchase it! #Scent The scent is very, very subtle. It almost feels unscented, but there's a slight soap-like fragrance that isn't off-putting at all! #Cleansing effectiveness It removes makeup cleanly and effectively. Every time I cleanse my face, I'm surprised by how much dirt comes off... (though this could be due to fine dust in the air...) I trust it more than other cleansing waters for removing face makeup! However, it doesn't completely remove or leaves traces of heavier waterproof makeup or mascara (which is a bit disappointing...) Quick review: Although the cleansing power is slightly disappointing for heavy makeup, I intend to repurchase and stick with it due to its gentleness and hydrating properties!!!

  #Eye irritation When removing eye makeup, I usually soak a cotton pad and place it on my eyes to dissolve the makeup before wiping. Maybe because the product is so hydrating... it keeps getting into my eyes and it really stings a lot. It hurts so much that I end up using something else for my eyes... #Price to volume ratio The price to volume ratio is a bit disappointing. I'm not sure if it's because I use it generously for removing face makeup, but I went through it really quickly... So it feels a bit expensive for what you get.. I'll have to stock up during sales.

  This is a review from The Hwahae Testers! I have sensitive, dry, and blemish-prone skin. 1. Application - I used it by saturating a cotton pad with the cleansing water! Thanks to its low pH and good ingredients, there was no tingling sensation! 2. Blemishes - Despite having sensitive and blemish-prone skin, I didn't experience any breakouts after using it! 3. Cleansing effectiveness - It removed base makeup, eyebrow products, and eyeshadow well! It can't handle waterproof mascara or eyeliner though... Still, it removes face makeup so well that for everyday use, this cleansing water and a foam cleanser should be enough for a thorough cleanse! 4. The volume is generous, and the ingredients are great

  First off, my skin type is sensitive and combination. My T-zone gets slightly oily while the rest is dry. Being sensitive, even a small amount of harsh ingredients can make my skin sting or itch, with reactions showing up the next day. ✔️Gentle ingredients Even when soaking a cotton pad and using it to remove makeup, there's no stinging at all. I can hold it over my eyes for a long time and it feels just like using water-soaked cotton - absolutely no irritation! ✔️No skin tightness On non-summer days, my skin tends to be very dry, and usually after using cleansing water, I feel a bit of tightness and dryness. But with this product, I didn't experience that at all. ✔️Good cleansing power (except for fixing mascara) Except for cushion makeup around the eyes, it removes everything else easily with just a light touch of the cotton pad. ✔️Large quantity The bottle is big, so it seems like it will last a long time.

  ✔️Doesn't remove mascara well I've been using Aritaum fixer instead of mascara lately, and even after holding the pad for a while, it doesn't remove the fixer from my lashes well. I thought my lashes were going to come off!

  ⭐️For those who use waterproof or strong fixing mascaras, I recommend using Dr.G Low pH Cleansing Water for the skin and Illiyoon Lip & Eye Remover for eye makeup! Both products have gentle ingredients, so I highly recommend using them together!

  My skin is super sensitive, and I usually feel a tingling sensation when skincare products are even slightly strong. However, Dr.G's Low pH Cleansing Water is so gentle that I could remove my makeup without any irritation. I have combination dehydrated skin, so products lacking hydration often leave me feeling too dry, but this one didn't leave my skin feeling parched after cleansing. To sum up, I highly recommend this for those with super sensitive skin and deep dryness. For someone like me with such sensitive skin, it's really challenging to find non-irritating products (I have to buy and test them myself to see if they suit me), even when others rave about them. What I love most about this product is that it's non-irritating, provides sufficient hydration, and cleanses effectively! The generous amount means I can stock up and use it to my heart's content. The most recommendable aspect is definitely its non-irritating formula!

  I haven't found any downsides yet. If I had to mention something that's both a pro and a con, it might be that the bottle is quite large..?

  As mentioned on the product description sticker, if you soak a cotton pad with the cleansing water and place it on your skin, it absorbs the makeup, even removing foundation just by sitting there. It keeps your skin moisturized too! I used to rub with cotton pads to remove makeup, so I was amazed that this one works by simply placing it on the skin. Of course, I did wipe once more afterwards, but still!

  This is my first time using a cleansing water instead of cleansing oil! I got to try this low pH cleansing water through a giveaway event, and wow... First off, I noticed the Braille on the box for visually impaired individuals, which is thoughtful. The volume is generous too. Being a water-based product, it might cause tingling for those with sensitive skin, but it's incredibly gentle and effective at removing makeup. It doesn't sting my eyes at all, which is fantastic! It removes makeup so impressively well. This isn't just because I won it in the event - it's my honest opinion that this might be one of the best cleansing products I've ever used. Dr.G is absolutely amazing!

  Drawbacks...? If I really have to think of one, maybe it's that the large volume makes it a bit challenging to dispense the product?

  As someone with blemish-prone skin, I've been on the hunt for a gentle yet effective cleansing water since oil cleansers aren't recommended for my skin type. I was lucky enough to be selected as one of The Hwahae Testers, so here's my review! First and foremost, the most crucial factor: did it cause any blemishes? Absolutely none! It's incredibly gentle. Even though using cotton pads can be irritating in itself, I always try to cleanse as lightly as possible. I experienced no tingling or eye irritation whatsoever. Despite its gentleness, it still cleansed effectively. For eye makeup, I use waterproof mascara anyway, so that comes off easily with water. I also love that it's practically fragrance-free. I'll definitely be repurchasing!

  1. Gentle and mild (recommended for sensitive and dry skin) I usually don't wear much makeup, just sunscreen, but I always use cleansing water before washing my face. Perhaps because it's slightly acidic, I didn't experience any increased redness or tingling sensation at all. It's gentle and has good ingredients. 2. Moisturizing Wearing makeup daily can be harsh on the skin, but so can the friction from cleansing! Those with thin or dry skin often feel tightness just from washing! This product maintains moisture even after wiping. I have dry lips prone to flaking, but when I use this product to remove lip makeup, I can feel my lips becoming soothed and hydrated. 3. Large size At about 500ml, it's a large bottle that should last about 6 months~!!

  For those who wear heavy makeup, it might not completely remove eyeliner or mascara. It's not sufficient on its own for thorough cleansing.

  Tip

  1. Soak a cotton pad, leave it on for 30 seconds, then wipe. This helps remove makeup more effectively and prolongs the moisturizing effect. 2. Since it's a large bottle, you can decant some into a smaller container (under 100ml) for travel use, or share it with others!
