There wasn't anything particularly disappointing about this product. If I had to nitpick, the only downside is that its bulky size means I need to decant it into smaller containers for travel.

As someone with dry, redness-prone skin, this cleanser removes makeup well without causing blemishes. While mascara and eyeliner aren't completely removed with the cleansing foam alone, using a cleansing water first followed by the foam seems to have reduced my skin's tendency to break out.

The downside is that it doesn't remove makeup well with just one or two applications, so you need to use quite a bit of product and cotton pads. 
But this is because the ingredients are so gentle, which is actually a good thing.

I think this is the gentlest product that works best for me among cleansing waters. As someone with combination dehydrated and sensitive skin, I've found that cleansing oils and balms can irritate my skin and cause blemishes, while cleansing milks don't cleanse effectively, leaving my face itchy.

However, this Dr.G Cleansing Water doesn't cause any irritation or redness on my skin. I like that it removes makeup cleanly when I layer it a few times.

I appreciate that it doesn't irritate my skin - no tingling, burning, or itching after use, and it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry. As someone who rarely wears heavy makeup, I'm generally satisfied. For morning cleansing or on days when you've only applied sunscreen, this cleansing water alone should suffice without the need for double cleansing.

I applied lipstick and BB cream to my wrist, let them dry a bit, then placed a soaked cotton pad on top. After wiping about 5 times, the BB cream was mostly removed, but the lipstick remained in the skin creases, as shown in the photo. I tried again with this product, but it had limitations, so I finished with another cleanser. The cleansing effectiveness doesn't seem particularly impressive.

The opening size is just right, making it easy to dispense the desired amount onto a cotton pad without spilling. The large volume gives me peace of mind, knowing I can use it generously. It's psychologically comforting to have plenty on hand. The scent is almost non-existent, giving off a harmless vibe, as if only essential ingredients were used. I doubt anyone would dislike the fragrance.
