When applied after evening cleansing and left on overnight, my skin feels moisturized and not dry the next day. It doesn't cause any blemishes either. It doesn't absorb immediately and requires patting the face several times for it to sink in. There's a slight sticky feeling to it. I apply it generously on dry areas and then add another layer. For my heels, I apply an extra amount and wear socks over it, which keeps them from getting dry. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 2, 2021
It's a lightweight, easily spreadable emulsion with a nice texture. I personally prefer that it's fragrance-free. I was initially reassured by the gentle ingredients, and after using it, I can confirm its skin-friendly nature as I experienced no blemishes. With my sensitive combination dehydrated skin, I'm using this as a substitute for my usual emulsion. It's hydrating, but for longer-lasting moisture, reapplication is recommended. This mild product would be especially suitable for those with atopic or extremely dry skin. After a week of use, I can vouch for its gentle formulation as I've had no skin reactions. While there's not much to complain about, the hydration doesn't last very long. It would be great if they came out with a richer cream in this line to complement it. For prolonged hydration after evening cleansing, try layering this product with an oil or serum. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 28, 2021
Even though I have combination dehydrated skin and sensitive skin, this product didn't cause any blemishes. The texture is soft, so it absorbs well. It gets absorbed quickly, and the ingredients are good, making it a lightweight option for daily use without any concerns. Since it's a large size, I think it'll last for a long time! I wasn't sure when to use it in my skincare routine, so I hadn't been using it. But when I applied it before a modeling mask, my skin didn't feel dry, and I felt like the mask was even more effective. It was difficult to control the amount, and since it has a rich feel, it might be a bit heavy for those with oily skin. When I applied this product to my face before using a modeling mask, my skin didn't feel dry at all! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 28, 2021
My skin is super sensitive and I often get blemishes when trying new cosmetics. However, this product was moisturizing and didn't cause any breakouts, which I really appreciated. It absorbs well without feeling sticky, so I frequently applied it to dry areas throughout the day. I can't think of anything particularly disappointing or inconvenient while using this product. I mixed it with oil and applied it frequently to dry areas, which resulted in excellent hydration effects. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 26, 2021
After carefully unwrapping the package, I was delighted by the refreshing mint color that gave off such a crisp vibe. The generous amount was exactly what I was hoping for! My 8-year-old daughter has dry skin and usually uses creams or emulsions with oil, but she absolutely hates anything sticky on her face. As soon as she saw this, she was intrigued by the mint color and asked to try it. She's been using it without any blemishes and doesn't even need reminding - she's a pro! My 7-year-old son says it looks like condensed milk. It's a gel-type product, but I expected it to be clear. Instead, it has a milky, thin emulsion-like texture. It absorbs well, and as soon as you apply it, you feel a cooling effect and get an instant glow. I'm not a fan of stickiness either, but I do love a good glow. It's great to use before makeup - it doesn't pill and feels nice. Without causing any irritation, it seems to have a calming effect, so I'm planning to keep using it. Rather than just at night, I've found it works best as part of my daily routine after morning cleansing. It keeps my skin hydrated and makes for a fresh base for makeup application. I wish they could improve the cap a bit - it's a little stiff to open. Also, because the formula is quite runny, it tends to spill onto the cap quite a lot. While I'm considering repurchasing it even for summer use, the price is a bit steep for me. After my morning cleanse, I apply toner, then this product, letting it absorb. I follow up with a light layer of emulsion or face oil before applying makeup. I've noticed that even when wearing a mask, my skin feels much less stuffy this way. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 25, 2021
Since it's a soothing gel, I expected an aloe gel-like texture, but it's more like a thin emulsion, which makes it easy to apply. It's for face and body, so I used it as a moisturizer on my face. After a hot shower, it seems to have a slight cooling effect. I have sensitive skin, but even after using it for a few days, I didn't get any blemishes or irritation, so it seems like a safe option. There's hardly any scent, so it's not bothersome even when applied before bed. It gives an instant hydration boost, leaving my skin with a nice glow. At first, it felt like it was creating a film on my face, which I didn't like, but it absorbs quickly and leaves the skin feeling soft. Since it's a gel type that absorbs fast, those looking for a richer texture might prefer a different type. Also, the packaging seems a bit inconvenient. I had trouble opening the cap the first time, which was frustrating. I used this after spritzing on a mist, then followed up with Physiogel or oil. Adding oil seems to help maintain hydration for longer. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 25, 2021
For my dry, sensitive skin prone to blemishes, this provides just the right amount of hydration and soothing effects without causing irritation. While it's generally challenging to moisturize dry skin with soothing gels alone, this one is actually suitable for those with dry skin. It doesn't absorb instantly, but it does have a nice texture that absorbs well. It seems to be fragrance-free, likely due to the absence of harsh ingredients. The emulsion-like texture doesn't provide long-lasting hydration for dry skin. It might be more suitable for combination dehydrated skin. Applying a moisturizer after this product helps to lock in the hydration and prolong its effects. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 25, 2021
My skin used to get extremely dry and tight after washing, but since using this, those symptoms have completely disappeared. Best of all, it doesn't cause any blemishes, which I love. It feels cool when applied, and it's great for other dry areas besides the face too. Also, I'm quite sensitive to scents, so I really appreciate that it's almost fragrance-free! If I had to find a flaw, though it might just be my bottle, the lid is a bit difficult to open. It feels wonderfully refreshing when applied cold! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinFeb 24, 2021
I have sensitive, dry skin and I've been using this product for about 3 days now. During this time, probably due to its good ingredients, I've been able to use it without any blemishes. Rather than feeling like a gel as the name suggests, it has more of an emulsion-like texture with a nice balance of oil and moisture. When applied, it gives a slightly warm sensation followed by a cooling effect, making it seem like an excellent product for summer use. While it's a decent product, I wish it had something more to offer. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinFeb 22, 2021
Unlike other soothing gels that are transparent, this has a texture between a cream and gel, making it easy to apply. After absorption, it creates a film-like layer on the face, similar to a primer, slightly improving the skin texture. It's reassuring to use since it doesn't contain any harmful ingredients. After using it for about 3 days, I found it's not quite enough on its own, but when used with jojoba oil, it doesn't cause any dryness or blemishes. While other products have caused breakouts during my pregnancy, this one doesn't. Currently, my skin is extremely dry due to pregnancy, with white dead skin cells forming, and the area around my lips feels red and cracked. After applying this, my face stings and the area under my lips, where dead skin usually appears, becomes very red and irritated. One application doesn't feel hydrating enough, so I applied it three or four times, but it still feels somewhat lacking. It might be too much to use this product alone. The hydration from a single application is insufficient; you need to apply it two or three times. I'll update my review after using it for a few more days.
