The ingredients are all good, and it's a lightweight, water-based formula that's suitable for all skin types without being sticky, so it's likely to be universally liked. Usually, when you think of a soothing gel texture, you imagine a transparent formula, but this product has an opaque texture similar to an emulsion, just slightly thinner. You can layer it multiple times without any pilling. The finish feels light like a serum or ampoule, with a high moisture content that provides an immediate cooling effect upon application. It absorbs quickly, leaving only a minimal moisturizing layer. There are no pore-clogging ingredients, making it suitable for blemish-prone skin, and it's great for calming and cooling, helping to reduce redness and heat in the skin. When applied multiple times on the body, there was a slight itching sensation. On the face, there was no irritation with the first layer, but from the second application onwards, I felt some itching and a slight tingling. While the ingredients list itself doesn't seem problematic, it appears there might be something that doesn't agree with my skin personally. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 21, 2021
The texture is a soothing gel, but surprisingly it was white instead of transparent as I expected! I usually apply a soothing gel right after cleansing, so I did the same with this product. It doesn't absorb as quickly as other soothing gels. After absorption, it leaves a fresh yet moisturized feeling. There's a slight oily film that gives a hydrated finish. I applied it three times (deliberately using only this product without any others). It seems great for use after morning cleansing. The lid is difficult to open - you need to use a lot of force! Also, it's a bit inconvenient as it leaks a little every time you use it. After applying this product about three times, my face became flushed, itchy, and turned extremely red after a while. I'm not sure what the problem is... Maybe because my skin is too dry? It seems to contradict the product's purpose of reducing heat sensation. I think it works best when applied lightly after cleansing in the morning.
