This gel is perfect for hot summer days. I prefer its lightweight and clean feel compared to heavy creams. Before using it, I thought it would be a clear gel, but when I opened it - surprise! It's more like a white emulsion. This makes it easy to apply generously without feeling heavy. Plus, it's not sticky at all. I bought this for my teenager's blemishes, but I tried it myself with my dry skin. At first, I thought it was a bit thin when applying, but it absorbs quickly and the hydration lasts long. My teen, who has oily skin with lots of blemishes, also tried it and said it seems to calm down inflamed blemishes. It looks like the whole family can use this. The amount is generous, and I'd like to repurchase it for myself. The price is a bit high. We'll need to use it sparingly when applying. In summer, you could probably get away with just applying this. One area for improvement would be the packaging - I think a pump dispenser would be more hygienic than the current tube design. Lastly, since it's such a versatile cooling product that can be used for various purposes like heat relief, it would be great to see a larger size option available. When applying, it feels like a mix of half cream and half aloe. It's less drying than regular aloe products. The hydration is not terrible, but it has a slightly oily feel. This alone isn't enough moisture (it's lighter than hand cream). The scent is a bit plasticky with hints of coconut. It's quite runny, as you can see in the photo (I applied it after showering and it seems to attract dust easily). Opening and closing the container is difficult, especially opening it. When tilted downward, the product comes out on its own, making it hard to control the amount (like a new ketchup bottle). The price is too high. I recommend using this on the body rather than the face.

I have to be really careful about what I put on my face because I'm prone to blemishes if I use the wrong products. But I absolutely love the ingredients in this one! I expected the soothing gel to be transparent, but it's actually white. It's definitely very hydrating and you can feel the cooling effect. The absorption is great too, which I really appreciate. For someone like me who doesn't have dry skin, it feels light and refreshing without being heavy. If I had to point out one downside... it's quite expensive. The price is a bit wicked. Also, I think those with dry skin might need to layer it with something else. Unlike popular aloe gels that can make pores feel tight and dry after a while, this product provides a light hydration without those drawbacks. It's great to use before morning makeup and even on reddened skin from the cold. While suitable for all seasons, it might not be enough on its own for winter dryness. Depending on your final moisturizer, you can achieve either a dewy or semi-matte finish. Being fragrance-free, it doesn't cause any headaches. I'm 100% going to repurchase! When applied generously to both baby and adult skin reddened from winter dryness, the moisture doesn't evaporate quickly, and you can see the redness gradually improving. While the volume isn't small, the price for this soothing gel makes you think twice before purchasing... When used before cream during makeup application, it provides hydration without stickiness.
