It's characterized by a moisturizing, thin, and natural application! I'm not sure if it's because of this, but I do get some blemishes. It wipes off easily though. If you have a solid skincare base, it stays put beautifully with minimal breakdown. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMar 19, 2023
I've been using this for years and love how it stays put and keeps my skin hydrated It can settle into fine lines around the eyes, but it's easily fixed with touch-ups With a solid skincare base, it doesn't break down throughout the day - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 17, 2022
It applies smoothly without feeling thick, providing decent coverage for scars and redness. Being moisturizing, it leaves a subtle glow after patting, which is perfect for my large pores. I'm really satisfied with how it makes my skin look. This product made me fall in love with dewy cushion compacts after only using matte powders. As someone who prefers to tone down my makeup to match my neck, I found the shade 23 to be natural and flattering. As I have super sensitive skin, using this product alone caused blemishes and worsened my redness, ultimately forcing me to discontinue use. I thought I had found my holy grail cushion compact, but it's such a disappointment... - Hwahae UserDry SkinJan 26, 2022
It has great coverage, feels moisturizing, and leaves a soft, matte finish It's expensive and the quantity is small. The shade is slightly lighter than expected - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 17, 2021
A cushion I've used about 4 refills of... It's the kind that makes you come back after trying others. It's moisturizing with high coverage, and the shade perfectly matches 21-22 skin tones. It's great for all seasons except summer. Considering the price, it's a cushion that makes you repurchase. The amount is too little... The ingredients aren't the best... And the price is unavoidably high for what it is... - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 29, 2021
First off, I loved the natural look of shade 21. With the weather cooling down, I decided to buy this as I heard it's moisturizing yet still offers decent coverage. It's rare to see base products with ratings over 4 stars, so I figured there must be a good reason for its high score. Wait, what? I bought this cushion despite the high price because of its good ratings, promising hydration, and coverage. But is it normal for NARS refills to have such yellow oil? I was shocked at first, and then again by how it looked on my skin. My skin isn't particularly blemish-prone or porous, but this made my texture and pores stand out. Even with a thin layer, why does it look so messy? I've never had such poor application with other cushions. The case got dirty after just one day of use. It doesn't seem worth the 63,000 won price tag. I can't recommend this. The case and refill are sold separately. The case costs 23,000 won and the refill is 40,000 won. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 16, 2021
I prefer a dewy finish over matte, so this cushion was perfect for me! It seems to enhance the appearance of those who already have good skin, making them look even better. If you're expecting high coverage, you might be disappointed. They have a primer in this line, and using it together with the cushion made a huge difference. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 21, 2021
I have oily, sensitive, acne-prone skin with large pores, but this product is so amazing that I'm definitely planning to repurchase. I initially bought it duty-free, but even when I purchased it blindly, it turned out to be a successful product. As someone with oily skin, it's my first time trying a moisturizing formula, and it's absolutely fantastic. It's not greasy, just hydrating, so it doesn't cause blemishes. Surprisingly, it's even less likely to cause acne than other cosmetics due to its moisturizing properties. I was shocked to realize that even oily skin can benefit from hydrating products. It worked well in summer too, though I still diligently apply powder due to my oily skin. It's just incredible - easy to pat on quickly, and looks beautiful even when applied hastily. I'll definitely repurchase. This review is after finishing an entire bottle! It's expensive, but worth the price, so that's okay. Can't think of any other downsides. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 17, 2021
Coverage: It conceals moderately, though larger blemishes may still show through. Adherence: It absorbs quickly and doesn't separate from the skin. Application: It's hydrating and lightweight, making it ideal for dry skin types. It may not perform well when your skin is in poor condition. There can be some pilling if applied too thickly. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 25, 2021
It's so hydrating! Among all the compacts I've tried recently, this one feels the lightest and freshest. While the Kyun Mi-ri? compact is also moisturizing, Nars applies much more smoothly and feels more refreshing on the skin. If you're looking for high coverage, you can't expect it to be super hydrating. Still, I'd say it's decent enough for everyday use. Apply it in thin, multiple layers. The way it settles into the skin looks beautiful.
