It's characterized by a moisturizing, thin, and natural application! I'm not sure if it's because of this, but I do get some blemishes. It wipes off easily though. If you have a solid skincare base, it stays put beautifully with minimal breakdown. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 17, 2022
It applies smoothly without feeling thick, providing decent coverage for scars and redness. Being moisturizing, it leaves a subtle glow after patting, which is perfect for my large pores. I'm really satisfied with how it makes my skin look. This product made me fall in love with dewy cushion compacts after only using matte powders. As someone who prefers to tone down my makeup to match my neck, I found the shade 23 to be natural and flattering. As I have super sensitive skin, using this product alone caused blemishes and worsened my redness, ultimately forcing me to discontinue use. I thought I had found my holy grail cushion compact, but it's such a disappointment... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJun 27, 2020
It provides decent coverage and adheres well to the skin if you don't apply it too thick. I use shade 23, which matches my complexion nicely without looking unnatural. It's become my go-to for everyday use. About a week after I started using this, blemishes began to appear. It felt nice when applying, but I'm not sure if it's the direct cause. I'm planning to switch to a different foundation to see if that makes a difference. If you apply too much, it can look cakey and dull your complexion. It's best to use small amounts and build up in layers for a more natural finish. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 15, 2020
As a foundation cushion, it definitely provides excellent coverage I bought it because it was supposed to be gentle, but my skin always hurts and I get blemishes when I wear it... Not impressed - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 2, 2019
Effectively conceals redness Natural brightening effect Stays in place well after application Really lasts all day long - it's great! Doesn't cake up even on oily skin PEG ingredients don't agree with my skin, causing blemishes Slight breakouts on the chin Strangely, pimples appeared near my nose They keep growing, but subside when I stop using it Most oil is around the nose, seems like it's clogging pores there Applying multiple thin layers works best for a smooth, pretty finish without caking - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 1, 2019
The absorbs well and the black case looks sleek and clean. Despite being a cushion, it quickly became greasy and the breakdown wasn't pretty, probably due to my oily skin. I spent a good amount on this and applied it diligently, but small blemishes started to appear. I wondered if it could be because of the cushion, and sure enough, it was. I used it for about 4 days, thinking it couldn't be the cushion, but when it suddenly got much worse, I had to stop using it. I had a similar experience with Shu Uemura cushion before, and now with NARS too... It breaks my heart that I can't use something I paid so much for. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAug 5, 2019
I love how it gives a semi-matte finish and the color is just perfect Unfortunately, I started experiencing quite a few blemishes after I began using it - Hwahae UserDry SkinJun 22, 2019
I love how firm and elastic it feels! The shade 23 matched my skin tone perfectly, and the coverage is excellent. Oh no... After using this, I got a lot of tiny bumps on my face. I think the ingredients didn't agree with my skin. I'd strongly recommend checking the ingredient list carefully before trying it. I'm not really sure about this one... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 2, 2019
It's moisturizing with great coverage. It does a good job of concealing redness, which I have a bit of. The staying power is good, and it doesn't break down much. Unless the ingredients don't agree with you, you'll likely be very satisfied with this product. I feel a bit of deep dryness. The real issue is the tiny bumps... I'd rather have one or two pimples pop up. Even though I have sensitive skin, I've never had such a severe breakout of tiny bumps from using a cushion. What's worse is that I normally don't get any bumps at all, but this caused havoc. Also, the Finland shade itself doesn't really brighten your complexion. If it weren't for the bumps, I would have kept using it because I liked it otherwise. But every time I use it after my skin has calmed down, it causes problems again. Since it can cause some deep dryness, make sure to build a solid skincare routine before using this product. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 8, 2019
As someone with darker skin, I appreciate that this product's tone matches well for daily use without making me look overly pale. I love that it gives a slight glow, which is perfect for my dry skin, and it makes my face look luminous. (Update) When I first used it in winter, my skin was super sensitive. Now that summer's here and my skin's improved, I tried it again. Maybe it's the weather, but this time I had no issues at all! It's not too shiny or drying, just a clean finish that I've enjoyed using all summer. I have extremely sensitive adult atopic skin - so much so that people around me worry. Every time I used the NARS cushion, my skin would get itchy and red, so I had to stop using it. It might be due to the ingredients that Difa warned sensitive skin types about on YouTube. While it may vary for different people, I'd advise those with severe skin sensitivity like mine to avoid this product. I gave it to my sister who has mild atopic dermatitis, but she said the application and coverage were poor. This product might be suitable for those with dry skin who don't have sensitivity issues.
