Lately, this cream has been gaining popularity as a top Cica product, alongside Zeroid, and is often recommended by dermatologists. I found it effectively calms the skin, thanks to its panthenol and madecassoside content, which quickly soothes sensitive or reddened skin. Physiogel's unique Biomimic Technology is said to strengthen the skin barrier and maintain hydration for longer. I loved how it kept my dry skin moisturized for an extended period. It's completed allergy and dermatological tests, making it safe for sensitive skin. Being fragrance-free, it's also suitable for those with scent sensitivities. Among all the Cica creams I've tried, this is the only non-comedogenic one I felt comfortable using on my T-zone. The biggest advantage is that it doesn't cause blemishes! Despite its creamy texture, it absorbs well without feeling sticky, leaving a clean finish. It's quite expensive. Although it works best for me, the price-to-volume ratio makes it burdensome for consistent use. For extremely dry skin, using this alone might not provide enough hydration, so you may need to use an additional moisturizer or try the blue Physiogel, which might be more suitable. The complete lack of fragrance, while a plus for some, can make it feel a bit like applying ointment, which could be seen as both a pro and a con. Applying this cream to slightly damp skin improves its absorption and enhances its moisturizing effects. On days when your skin is extremely sensitive or dry, try applying a thick layer as a sleeping mask. You'll wake up to noticeably calmer skin! For very dry days, start with the AI cream as a base, then layer on an oil or richer cream to boost hydration. Using it before long periods outdoors in winter can create a protective barrier, helping prevent your cheeks from turning red in the cold. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 17, 2022
It's moisturizing and even though my skin is super sensitive, it doesn't cause blemishes. Should I say it's too rich? If you don't like products that feel oily, avoid this one! After applying the emulsion, I put green tea oil blotting papers from D*iso on my face before bed. It helps get rid of blemishes and acne! I'm actually doing this right now as I write this review. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 2, 2022
When applied before bed, it leaves your skin feeling as moisturized as if you've done a mask. The hydration power is excellent! During summer, it might feel a bit too rich and heavy, which could be overwhelming for some. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 7, 2022
It's moisturizing and has a nice, firm texture. I love how smoothly it applies! I wouldn't recommend this for those with deep dryness. This is just my personal opinion. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAug 1, 2021
It feels moisturizing and seems gentle on sensitive skin. It's not too rich in oils. After trying it, my skin felt a bit itchy. Those with super sensitive skin should be cautious. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMay 11, 2021
It's wonderfully moisturizing and gentle on the skin. I absolutely love it! There's nothing to dislike about it. It's just perfect! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 22, 2021
I have combination acne-prone skin with excess oil in my T-zone and nose area! First off, the pros: it's incredibly moisturizing and the hydration power is truly impressive! I think this would be an excellent product for those with dry skin! Since I have oily skin, I personally found it a bit heavy...? If anything, it seemed to double the oiliness, which unfortunately led to more blemishes for me...ㅜㅜㅜ Also, considering the amount you get, the price is quite steep... I don't think I'll be repurchasing this. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 19, 2021
I recommend this for those who want something that feels lighter than the blue Physiogel, yet more hydrating and richer than a gel cream! It's a bit too oily for daytime use. It might be better as a night care product until summer arrives! - Hwahae UserDry SkinApr 12, 2021
It absorbs well and feels moisturizing without being sticky, which I really like. It has a bit of a rich texture, so those with very dry skin might experience some itching. It pairs nicely with a watery toner, creating a great combination for my skin. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMar 25, 2021
It's great because it's moisturizing and doesn't cause any blemishes. The gentle formula is a big plus. The scent isn't pleasant. Though it's supposed to be unscented, it smells like wet grass. The absorption isn't as smooth as I'd like. You need to mix it with oil to achieve satisfactory absorption.
