Lately, this cream has been gaining popularity as a top Cica product, alongside Zeroid, and is often recommended by dermatologists. I found it effectively calms the skin, thanks to its panthenol and madecassoside content, which quickly soothes sensitive or reddened skin. Physiogel's unique Biomimic Technology is said to strengthen the skin barrier and maintain hydration for longer. I loved how it kept my dry skin moisturized for an extended period. It's completed allergy and dermatological tests, making it safe for sensitive skin. Being fragrance-free, it's also suitable for those with scent sensitivities. Among all the Cica creams I've tried, this is the only non-comedogenic one I felt comfortable using on my T-zone. The biggest advantage is that it doesn't cause blemishes! Despite its creamy texture, it absorbs well without feeling sticky, leaving a clean finish. It's quite expensive. Although it works best for me, the price-to-volume ratio makes it burdensome for consistent use. For extremely dry skin, using this alone might not provide enough hydration, so you may need to use an additional moisturizer or try the blue Physiogel, which might be more suitable. The complete lack of fragrance, while a plus for some, can make it feel a bit like applying ointment, which could be seen as both a pro and a con. Applying this cream to slightly damp skin improves its absorption and enhances its moisturizing effects. On days when your skin is extremely sensitive or dry, try applying a thick layer as a sleeping mask. You'll wake up to noticeably calmer skin! For very dry days, start with the AI cream as a base, then layer on an oil or richer cream to boost hydration. Using it before long periods outdoors in winter can create a protective barrier, helping prevent your cheeks from turning red in the cold. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMar 25, 2021
It's great because it's moisturizing and doesn't cause any blemishes. The gentle formula is a big plus. The scent isn't pleasant. Though it's supposed to be unscented, it smells like wet grass. The absorption isn't as smooth as I'd like. You need to mix it with oil to achieve satisfactory absorption. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinDec 23, 2020
It absorbs well and suits my child with atopic dermatitis without causing any blemishes The scent isn't particularly pleasant when applying. However, it's not a long-lasting fragrance, so it's tolerable after application. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinNov 21, 2020
It's incredibly moisturizing without being dry, which is absolutely fantastic While it's great that there's no scent, it initially feels like it's sitting on top of the skin and not absorbing well. However, it gets better soon - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 11, 2020
I've finally found it! This is the perfect moisturizer for my sensitive skin. In my 20s, I had a lot of adult acne, and after consistently using Stiev-A cream, my skin became super sensitive. I've tried every gentle skincare product from Korean brands like Physiogel, Cetaphil, and even those sold at Olive Young. By my standards, they all failed. This is the first time I've thought, 'This is it!' It's an imported product, so this isn't any kind of promotion. I've been using it for a few months and experienced it firsthand. For sensitive skin, this is the one! The scent is really not great. When you apply it, there's an unpleasant smell that's no joke... I guess I'll have to put up with it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinOct 25, 2020
I've found my holy grail cream! As someone with combination skin, I've always struggled with blemishes, but this product is truly amazing. The lack of fragrance might be a downside for men using it, but doesn't that just mean it's made with purer ingredients? - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinSep 14, 2020
It's moisturizing, soft, and hydrating. It applies smoothly and leaves the skin feeling supple and well-hydrated. The lack of fragrance makes application a bit monotonous. I ended up using too much without realizing how precious it was, slathering it on carelessly. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 11, 2020
It feels less sticky and lighter than the blue version, which is great. Perfect for those with sensitive skin. It might not suit oily skin types. Also, those who dislike milky scents probably won't enjoy this. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 17, 2020
My skin's redness has gradually improved. I absolutely love it! It's fantastic! Everything about it is great, except for the scent which reminds me of wood glue. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMay 12, 2020
When I first started using it, a couple of blemishes appeared, but once my skin adapted, it provided decent hydration and I used it without any issues! In the past, when I borrowed my friend's blue Physiogel, I thought it was just too heavy and not suitable for me. But when I desperately needed moisture, I bought this and tried it - it's better than I expected! I'm planning to come back to this after my recent disappointment with the blue version. Well, the scent isn't particularly great, but it's much better than products loaded with fragrances! So, I don't really have any complaints.
