When applied before bed, it leaves your skin feeling as moisturized as if you've done a mask. The hydration power is excellent! During summer, it might feel a bit too rich and heavy, which could be overwhelming for some. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 6, 2022
I've been using this cream for several years now, and it's been really effective for hydration It's a bit on the rich side, so I only applied it in the evenings - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 25, 2020
This product was truly amazing! When I was in Paris, my face felt like it was going to crack due to the hard water. I have acne-prone skin, so I never use anything other than my usual products, but I had no choice but to buy this. It's incredibly gentle and didn't cause any blemishes, so I used up the entire bottle. My makeup also applies beautifully after using it. I don't prefer the thick texture because it's not good for acne-prone skin. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinDec 25, 2020
It's moisturizing and you can definitely feel that it's designed for sensitive skin when you apply it It might be a bit too rich for summer use... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 10, 2020
My skin is sensitive and combination, so it tends to get irritated easily. A friend with the same skin type recommended this, and I tried it. It's gentle and works well without causing any blemishes! It's a bit rich... So during summer, it's best to control the amount and apply it lightly! If this alone doesn't calm your skin, I apply La Roche-Posay Cicaplast! Alternating between the two depending on my skin condition makes blemishes disappear completely! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 28, 2020
1. Consistent use gradually fades old acne scars (6 months to 1 year) 2. Not drying - skin feels hydrated the morning after using in night routine 3. Relatively competitive pricing among French pharmacy cosmetics 1. Gives a sensation of increased oiliness on the face 2. Thick consistency takes time to absorb; if not fully absorbed, may cause pilling with makeup - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinApr 13, 2020
After using it for about a week from April 6-14, 2020, I found it worked incredibly well for me! I have combination skin (dry except for the T-zone), and while I don't usually get acne, I tend to get one large pus-filled blemish before my period. I prefer products that leave my skin feeling moisturized inside but with a matte finish on the surface (I prioritize makeup compatibility). 1. Soothing effect: When my skin became super sensitive after using an incompatible toner, I applied this cream and it had an incredibly calming effect on my face. I was very satisfied with how it made my skin feel comfortable and settled. 2. Oil and moisture balance: Usually, I need to blot oil from my nose and forehead with oil-absorbing sheets about 4 hours after applying makeup. With this cream, I noticed a reduction in oil production compared to before. 3. Overall gentle and straightforward performance: This cream doesn't boast about specific effects, which I think allows it to excel in its primary role as a moisturizer. It balances oil and moisture well, provides good hydration, and most importantly, it works great under makeup. I'll likely continue using the Red Soothing line. The texture feels thick and rich when applying, so I wouldn't recommend it if you have oily skin or dislike heavier creams. After application, it feels a bit sticky like glue, so you need to let it absorb fully for makeup to apply well! Lastly, instead of patting to absorb, try warming your palms by rubbing them together, then press gently onto your skin. This creates the perfect base for makeup application! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 1, 2020
As someone with dry skin, I use this daily except during peak summer. It's gentle and non-irritating, which I love. Highly recommended! The scent isn't great. It's a bit on the thick side, so it doesn't apply as smoothly as I'd like. Those with oily skin might find it too rich! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 31, 2019
It's a bit rich, but the hydration is truly excellent. I highly recommend it! There's not really anything disappointing, but if I had to pick something, it might be a tad too rich for some. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinJul 25, 2019
As someone with sensitive skin prone to dermatitis, I chose this cream from Physiogel's line because it's the only one without pore-clogging ingredients. I've always been stressed because no matter what skincare products I used, my skin texture would become rough or red, and the oil-moisture balance was never right. But this cream truly hydrates deep into the skin. It's a cream that calms and properly moisturizes without a single ingredient that irritates sensitive skin. Even applying a small amount provides deep hydration. I thought the texture would be very thick, but it's surprisingly soft, applies smoothly, and best of all, it's fragrance-free which I love. I've finally found my holy grail product. It might be a bit rich for summer use. In hot and humid seasons, I recommend using a small amount or mixing it with a water-based gel like aloe vera. For those with seborrheic or contact dermatitis, it's crucial to use creams like this Physiogel Calming Relief AI Cream that don't contain pore-clogging ingredients such as dimethicone or other silicones, stearic acid, or shea butter.
