It's definitely less greasy and feels fresher and lighter than cleansing oil! I often only wear sunscreen, and this seems to cleanse sunscreen thoroughly and effectively! The jar-type container is a bit inconvenient in terms of hygiene and usage - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinMar 31, 2025
As someone with dry skin, I love moisturizing and hydrating products. This one is great because it applies smoothly without causing any blemishes. While it's a bit inconvenient to use a spoon to apply the product, I appreciate that it's a more hygienic approach. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinNov 11, 2024
I really liked how it cleansed thoroughly without any irritation. The jar packaging seems difficult to keep clean, so I switched to a different cleanser. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSep 19, 2024
Love the sleek packaging. As a fan of Hygge brands, I trusted this one! It looked quite thick and rich, but it spreads and absorbs smoothly. The scent is pleasantly subtle, and the cleansing effectiveness seems great! I have oily skin, so I use it 2-3 times a week instead of daily. A second cleanse with a foam cleanser is a must! The spatula is inconvenient, so I end up not using it. This makes me a bit concerned about hygiene. Also, the price is a tad high. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 19, 2024
I typically used cleansing foams in summer, but even though the weather is still warm, my skin has started to feel a bit dry as we transition into fall. So, I've been on the lookout for a cleansing balm to switch things up. Actually, I've been watching dermatologists on YouTube, and they say balm-type cleansers are the least irritating. Since I have super sensitive skin, I'm always meticulous about ingredients. That's why this product caught my eye, and I applied to be one of The Hwahae Testers. I was initially worried that balms might be too heavy for combination or oily skin types, just like oil cleansers. However, I was pleasantly surprised. After gently massaging it in and rinsing, my skin feels clean without any residue. Cleansing foams left my eyes feeling dry and tight, even though I used them in summer because of the heat. I'm really happy with this product - the ingredients are gentle, and it doesn't irritate my skin at all. Plus, it's so convenient that it can remove eye makeup in one go. It cleanses effectively, making me very satisfied overall. I suppose the downside of balm-type cleansers is that you need to use a spatula, which can be a bit of a hassle. You also need to be mindful of hygiene. I guess it would be difficult for balm-type cleansers to come in a tube format, wouldn't it? I don't have any additional comments. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSep 18, 2024
As someone who tends to wear heavy eye makeup, I often struggle with removing it completely, even with cleansing oils. However, this product worked wonders! It effectively removed my makeup, which was a pleasant surprise. A friend of mine with super sensitive skin also tried it and mentioned that it didn't cause any irritation, which is great! The product comes in a small size and isn't in a tube format, which makes it a bit tricky to call it completely hygienic. If you're used to non-tube packaging, you might find it okay, but it's something to consider. For the best results, start by focusing on the areas with the heaviest makeup, gently massaging the product in circular motions. Then gradually work your way to areas with lighter makeup. This method ensures a thorough cleanse and leaves your skin feeling fresh! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSep 14, 2024
When my skin suddenly became super sensitive, I decided to switch to a gentler cleanser. I bought this cleansing balm and foam set. Personally, I prefer gel-type cleansers and wasn't particularly satisfied with that popular Ba*** product. However, this one is much milder. It's amazing to see how it melts away makeup without irritation. As expected, the downside of balm-type cleansers is that you need to scoop it out with your hands or a spatula, which makes me worry about hygiene. It also runs out faster than I thought. You'll likely use up more than two balms for every one foam cleanser. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 3, 2024
It cleanses gently and effectively. After rinsing, my skin doesn't feel overly squeaky clean or slippery, leaving a great post-use sensation. Since it's a product you scoop out, you need to be mindful of hygiene during storage and use. Its balm texture makes it great for spot cleansing areas like the nose or elbows too. - Hwahae UserOily SkinJun 1, 2024
I was quite impressed with this product! To be honest, I'm not usually a fan of cleansing balms because they can be a hassle... But I used this when my skin was going through a rough patch, and it significantly improved my blemishes and made my skin look clearer. I absolutely love the foam cleanser from the same line, so I did a double cleanse - first with this balm, then followed up with the foam cleanser. It really helped reduce my blackheads and excess sebum! It can be a bit of a hassle... and being in a jar makes me worry about hygiene, but... the product itself is good. The foam cleanser from the same line is really fantastic, so try using them together! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 28, 2024
It's gentle and removes makeup well! As I have sensitive skin, I use products that are mild yet effective. The tricky part? Keeping the spatula clean... haha
