I loved using this generously because of its gentle ingredients and generous amount. It's a bit thin, so I had to reapply. There's also some white cast, which made me hesitant to use too much. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinSep 25, 2022
The ingredients are great. The water-like texture spreads easily when applied. Unfortunately, it leaves a strong white cast. Despite its water-like consistency, it sits on top of the skin like a layer of powder, which is disappointing. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 10, 2022
I'm such a huge fan of Aromatica that I use their products for almost all my body and hair care basics. The good points of this product seem to be its ingredients. Also, the packaging is pretty cute! And there's no pilling, which is nice. Unfortunately, there are more disappointing aspects. First off, the scent... it smells like animal urine. Why does it have such a urine-like odor? I was shocked when I first opened and used it. Then there's the white cast! This isn't brightening, it's just a straight-up white cast. The worst part is that it doesn't wash off easily, even after cleansing twice. Is that good for sun protection? Maybe, but honestly... I bought this for light, no-makeup days, but it's more difficult to remove than actual makeup. It's incredibly stubborn... you need to cleanse multiple times to get it off. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinOct 17, 2021
I appreciate that the ingredients are gentle and free from harmful substances. It's great to use on its own as a brightening moisturizer when you're feeling lazy or don't want to put on makeup. First off, the scent is quite off-putting and lingers on your face after application. The texture is too runny, and when you spread it, there's a powdery feeling that doesn't make it feel like it absorbs well. Those who dislike a white cast might want to avoid this. Also, after a while, you start to feel some deep dryness. Make sure to shake the product vigorously several times before use. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 18, 2021
Well, it's free from harmful ingredients. Aromatica is a brand I quite like. As someone with combination skin, I really dislike oiliness and stickiness, but this product is extremely greasy and tacky. It leaves a white cast, making it difficult to apply evenly, which can result in a patchy appearance. I wouldn't recommend this for those with oily skin or anyone who dislikes a shiny finish. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSep 6, 2021
As someone who generally likes Aromatica products, I decided to try their sun care line. The size is just right, and it absorbs well into the skin. Being vegan gives me extra confidence in the product. The scent is a bit disappointing and takes some getting used to. Also, when applied, it leaves a slight white cast. It makes my face look noticeably paler. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSep 1, 2021
I love how it brightens my bare face. The ingredients are really appealing to me. It tends to settle into pores. The white cast is quite noticeable when applying foundation over it. It significantly emphasizes dead skin cells. If you don't exfoliate well, it really accentuates rough skin texture. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAug 27, 2021
As someone with super sensitive skin, I appreciate that this product doesn't contain any harmful ingredients. It's gentle and doesn't cause any blemishes or irritation, which is fantastic for me. As others have mentioned, the smell is quite unpleasant. It's reminiscent of a mix between urine and sour milk, which is bothersome every time I apply it. I wish it were fragrance-free, aligning with the brand's natural image. For me, it feels a bit heavy on the skin, leaving my face feeling slightly suffocated after application. Also, rather than evening skin tone, it leaves a noticeable white cast - more pronounced than other products I've tried. I find it works better when mixed with a hydrating essence, adding more moisture to the skin.
