It's a deep, dark chili paste red shade. Apply a lighter color as a base, then dab Smoked Rose only on the inner part of your lips for a beautiful gradient effect. When wearing this shade alone, instead of applying it heavily, gently pat and blend it for a softer, more flattering look. Since it's a matte lipstick, make sure your lips are well-exfoliated and moisturized before application. You can achieve a lighter application by gently dabbing it only on the inner part of your lips. - ne**********Combination SkinRecommendedJan 21, 2023
I love this so much! When I don't want to apply anything too red on my lips, I just lightly dab this on. It prevents my lips from looking bare while giving them a healthy flush. It's not an overly natural 'bare-faced' look either. It's just beautiful in a subtle way. I can't really think of any downsides. If I had to nitpick, it's a bit matte, but that's expected given its name. I'm only writing this much to reach the 20-character minimum. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 3, 2022
It absorbs really well, and even though I tend to have a lot of dead skin cells, I love that it doesn't emphasize them too much! I'm not sure about its staying power... The longevity is a bit disappointing. I find myself using it a lot especially in autumn! It's perfect for fall makeup looks. - ps*******Dry SkinInner DrynessRednessDead Skin CellsOct 22, 2022
The color is absolutely stunning! It's quite intense, but still very wearable. However, it comes off too easily. It keeps transferring onto my mask, which is a bit disappointing. For a gorgeous look, apply it as a base and then layer your lipstick on top. - ha********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedSep 3, 2022
True to its name, it has a strong smoky vibe, but when applied lightly with a gradient technique, it gives off a toned-down chili pepper look. If your complexion works well with chili tones, this is a lip color worth having. It's surprisingly versatile - you can use it as a base for other subtle tints or lipsticks, or apply it to the inner lips for a pop of color. It turned out to be a lipstick I reached for quite often. After wearing it for a while, if you rub your lips, the product comes off in a way that resembles dead skin cells. It also severely emphasizes flaky skin, making it difficult to wear on days when your lips aren't in the best condition. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 15, 2022
My lips naturally have a pinkish hue, so it's usually challenging to find lip products that don't clash. This one, however, works well for me. The color is quite intense, so I tend to apply it by gently tapping and blending it out. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 4, 2022
The color payoff is truly beautiful and matches the shade in the tube. It's great for long-lasting wear! The application is smooth too! I usually have a lot of dead skin cells, so I only use tint-type products, but this one works really well for me! The price point is a bit high, making it difficult to justify buying multiple shades. - 63****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 4, 2022
The color is absolutely gorgeous!! It's unique and beautifully brightens warm-toned complexions! Nothing bad to say! It's exactly the color I wanted, so I'll keep using it! I'm really happy with it. Try layering it with the same brand's tint. It creates an even more beautiful color payoff. - ys*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 24, 2022
This lip product is perfect just for its color payoff, which makes up for any other shortcomings. So far, it's my favorite among MLBB point lip colors. I use it often, yet it doesn't wear down quickly (though this might be because I don't apply a full lip). The packaging is also super pretty, and I'm on my third tube including the renewed version - that says it all! The biggest drawback is that it creates dead skin cells on lips that didn't even have any before. If you apply it without lip balm, you can tell how much dead skin there is right from the start. Even though I prefer matte finishes, this product is so drying that I often apply lip balm. If you don't touch it up, you'll see an extreme amount of flaking later on. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 25, 2022
The color is absolutely gorgeous! It gets more intense with each layer. Seems to be a perfect match for warm skin tones. It tends to clump a bit when applied. You need to spread it carefully. Also, it can create a noticeable line around the lips.
