Pros
I used this product every morning and evening after cleansing. This was the best among the products I received as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer. The texture is a rich and soft cream. I would highlight two main advantages: 1. Moisturizing Power I have extremely dehydrated skin, and no matter how much moisturizing cream I applied and layered, the dryness never seemed to be fully quenched. However, this cream immediately eliminated the dryness, and gave me a balanced hydration feeling! Even though it's a night cream, I ended up using it morning and night because it was so good. 2. Soothing My skin is acne-prone and has a compromised skin barrier. After using this cream and sleeping, the next day my acne did not flare up at all, and the redness completely disappeared. This is such an amazing benefit, and it's why I think I'll stick with this cream. Additionally, this cream layers well under makeup, which is a plus! I'd definitely recommend this to anyone with sensitive skin.

Pros
The product melts smoothly like a butter cream and is easy to spread, without being oily or sticky! As I have a combination skin type with an oily T-zone, I applied my usual moisturizer to the T-zone and thinly applied the calming balm to the drier U-zone. I felt it was good for skin barrier and hydration!
Cons
Since I have a combination skin type, the product contains shea butter and pore-clogging ingredients like palmitic acid, so I couldn't apply it all over my face and only applied a small amount to the drier areas. When pore-clogging ingredients are present, it can cause breakouts... I think the cream type suits me better than the balm type. And the most disappointing thing is the fragrance... The fragrance was really unpleasant to me, with a butter and rubber-like smell, so I couldn't bear to apply it on my face. I only applied a small amount on the outer areas of my face.
