  This product has a balm-like texture that's thicker and more substantial than a cream! It's perfect for the chilly weather we're having lately, offering abundant hydration that I absolutely love. Sometimes, deeply moisturizing products can leave a heavy residue if not absorbed well, making skin feel stuffy. However, the Aerial's Nap Calming Balm, despite its rich texture, melts into the skin upon contact with body heat, leaving no uncomfortable feeling. After applying it generously before bed, I wake up to incredibly soft and smooth skin - it's amazing! The packaging is also a vibrant blue color that's totally Instagram-worthy and collectible. Even the box is surprisingly beautiful! It's great for soothing and moisturizing, helping to alleviate redness and blemish marks.

  Cons

  If I had to point out one drawback, it would be the metal tube packaging. While it looks stylish and pretty, it can be a bit tricky to use. The sides can easily split open and the tube can get sharply creased. Once it's creased, it's hard to smooth out, so you need to handle it carefully.

  I've been wanting to try this product for a long time, so I had high expectations and used it consistently for two weeks! The texture is balm-like, but it's incredibly hydrating and moisturizing! Even though it's a night care product, I often hesitate to use sticky creams in summer, but this calming balm isn't sticky at all and absorbs lightly even when applied in layers. It's completely fragrance-free, so even those sensitive to scents can use it without any issues! What I found particularly satisfying: While it felt very moisturizing when applied, I thought it might only provide hydration, but when I woke up in the morning, my skin felt incredibly firm. My makeup also applies well, which is great.

  First off, the one-touch tube cap is super convenient, allowing for clean and hygienic use! I was initially hesitant about the 'Calming Balm' name, thinking it might be heavy, but it absorbs quickly and deeply hydrates the skin! After application, it doesn't feel greasy at all, but rather like a moisturizing cream, which I love! The decisive reason why I keep reaching for it now is its definite soothing effect! When I get the occasional blemish, it tends to stand out more on my fair skin. But when I use this Calming Balm as part of my evening routine - cleansing, toning with a pad, and then applying this as a sleeping mask - I wake up to noticeably improved skin!!! Not only does it calm blemishes, but the hydration lasts even after washing my face in the morning!

  It's so gentle... Truly gentle. I applied it after swimming with my 11-year-old... It's gentle... To sum it up, it's a versatile product perfect for dry skin without any strong likes or dislikes! It's still hot, so using it daily might be a bit much, but it's great for those sunny, dry days... There were no blemishes, and it absorbs well when massaged in. At first, I thought, 'Is it heavy?' but once you apply the right amount, it feels velvety smooth! My skin is thin, sensitive, and prone to breakouts when my pores get clogged, so it was suitable to apply only on dry areas. My mom in her 50s said she likes it too... Just as the product description says, it's great for soothing irritated skin and hydrating dry skin! My skin responds well to aloe and cica ingredients, and since all the ingredients are good, I used it with peace of mind. I think I'll use it as a go-to product when traveling to Southeast Asia or sunny places, or when going for water activities!

  It was fine for me, but my mom said the scent was a bit odd right after applying. I guess it's unavoidable since there are no added fragrances, so the natural scents of the ingredients come through. I actually prefer it this way... I've been hesitant to use products with fragrances because they've been too much for me... + (3/20) I don't reach for it often... It's too rich, so except for the dead of winter when my face is cracking, I probably won't use it much... For everyday use, it feels unnecessary. It might be good for sunburns in summer or when your face is chapped in the depths of winter.
