The fragrance-free aspect is also very appealing to me~ I was worried that it would feel greasy and slip around, but over time, it gets fully absorbed and doesn't feel slippery or powdery. However, it doesn't feel dry either! The initial application may feel a bit heavy, but that feeling goes away over time. And it feels incredibly gentle - even when I apply a lot, there's no irritation, and my very sensitive skin (which gets upset even just from changing water) doesn't react or get inflamed, which is great.
ConsThere don't seem to be any real downsides, but if I had to nitpick, the initial application may feel a bit slippery... However, as it gets absorbed over time, that's no longer an issue. If you apply it a bit carelessly, it can leave a white cast, but continuing to gently massage it in resolves that.
TipI recommend applying it generously at night and going to sleep - it won't leave a greasy residue the next day, so feel free to really slather it on!

But the Noticely Calming Balm didn't irritate my skin at all, and I didn't get any breakouts. I think it's a great product for sensitive skin. I have extremely dehydrated oily skin, which is important for me. Surprisingly, the Noticely Calming Balm was effective in addressing my dehydration. I applied it before bed and it kept my skin really moisturized. I loved waking up with a slightly bouncy skin effect after using the product. I think this is a great product for soothing the skin, providing moisture, and being suitable for sensitive skin.
ConsOne downside is that it feels a bit oily...? For oily skin types, it might feel a bit heavy or greasy. If you have an oily skin type, you'll need to consider this. The application isn't incredibly smooth, but it does keep the skin moisturized for a long time after application.
TipOverall, the Noticely Calming Balm may feel a bit greasy for oily skin types, but I still think it's a great product, especially for those with dehydrated skin. I received it as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer, and I'll likely use it again in the future.😃

I was surprised to see the invoice registered under the sticker pack name, but the product arrived with super cute stickers and an instruction card. I liked how they considered making the product easy to use by reducing the branding design and adding a more nautical style. The blue packaging is really pretty. When I opened the inner seal and took a whiff, there was a faint almond scent, almost unscented. The creamy texture made it seem like there might be a noticeable scent, but it was barely perceptible and didn't bother me at all during use. The texture is like a buttery chestnut type. It's a bit slippery and you can feel the oiliness when applying, but it gets absorbed quickly, leaving just the moisturizing effect! The spreadability is excellent, and it's easy to apply a thin, even layer right after applying the cream. After using toner and essence, I just applied the calming balm, and the moisturizing effect lasted for 6-8 hours overnight without needing to add any other products. I'm amazed that such a lightweight formula can provide this level of performance. Especially since I tend to have an oily T-zone and butterfly area, products often feel greasy on me, but I didn't experience that with this one. I feel like this item can solve my skin concerns from the changing seasons to winter. I will repurchase. I'm glad I discovered this great product. It's a real winner!
ConsIt's a bit heavy for summer use. Even oily skin types can use it, but if you apply too thickly, the oiliness can feel like it's sitting on top. Adjusting the application amount seems necessary.
TipUse a water-based toner, essence, and toner pads to control dryness first, then apply this balm in a thin, casual layer. The moisturizing effect is very sufficient, so a light application is enough!

It has an excellent effect in soothing the skin. It quickly calms the skin and alleviates redness, acne, and skin texture. ✔️ Although the texture is quite thick, the application is not bad. Rather than applying it directly to the face, it's better to scoop some onto the palm, warm it up with your fingertips, and then apply it to the face, as it will absorb better this way. ✔️ Normally, after applying a thick soothing cream and waking up the next morning, an excessive oil explosion is common. But with the Calming Balm, the moisture barrier remains, without excessive oiliness.
Cons✔️ Due to the nature of the soothing cream, it is quite thick and doesn't absorb quickly, leaving a lingering feel. Continuous rolling helps it absorb gradually, but the absorption speed is slower compared to other soothing creams. ✔️ Possibly due to the shea butter ingredient, breakouts occurred upon initial use. It's best to start with a small amount and gradually build tolerance. ✔️ There is a rubbery-like fragrance from the soothing cream. The fragrance itself is not strong, but it was disliked by me. ✔️ The price is not very affordable considering the product volume.
Tip✔️ I have a dry skin type, and my routine was (Leegeehaam Vita Propolis 300) - Tosowoong Hyaluronic Acid Serum - COSRX Retinol 0.1 - Kiehl's Moisturizer & Noticely Calming Balm. Adding just the soothing cream to my existing products greatly enhanced the effects of the other products! ✔️ When using only the Calming Balm as the cream step, I felt a lack of moisture, but mixing it 1:1 with the moisturizer worked perfectly. ✔️ For oily skin types, the balm may be too heavy, so it's recommended to mix a small amount into the moisturizer. ✔️ Given its thick and heavy nature, the Calming Balm is best suited for nighttime use.

Unlike other thick, soothing night creams, this one applied smoothly and left my skin feeling soft and moisturized. I could apply a lot without it feeling heavy or greasy.
ConsIt didn't seem to absorb into my skin very well and felt a bit like it was just sitting on top of my face. There wasn't any irritation or breakouts, but the soothing effects weren't very strong either.
TipIt would make for a decent, unobtrusive night cream to use when my skin is feeling dry.

I have combination skin that is prone to dryness, and my skin tends to get red rather than burn when exposed to sunlight for a long time. This summer has been extremely hot with significant temperature fluctuations, so my skin has become quite sensitive. So, I've been using it in the evenings after cleansing, and the calming effect on redness has been remarkable. The fragrance is almost non-existent, so it would be suitable even for those sensitive to scents.
ConsSince it's not a cream formula, it might be a bit much to use it daily, especially in the current season. If you apply more than the recommended amount, it can feel slightly like it's sitting on the surface at first, though it does get absorbed well. I'd recommend using a small amount as the final step in your evening skincare routine.
TipAfter completing your skincare routine, apply a small amount all over your face. If there are specific areas you want to soothe, you can apply a bit more in those spots. This seems to create a synergistic effect for skin regeneration. I feel like I've experienced a noticeable difference before and after using it.

However, the redness is well-controlled. When I apply it in the evening after being stimulated, the redness completely disappears by the next morning!
ConsMaybe because it was nighttime, some small bumps like milia appeared, even though I have oily skin. It wasn't a deeply penetrating feeling, but more of a surface-level one. So later on, it ended up coming off along with the oil.
TipIt's not a dramatic change, but if you use it frequently, the redness seems to decrease. If you have oily skin, a cream might be better than using it at night.

It seems to be a rather heavy lotion-type product. It doesn't get absorbed immediately upon application, but a small amount can cover the entire face. Once it starts absorbing, it feels very dense and supple, and when I wake up the next day, my skin looks a shade brighter.
ConsPersonally, I prefer a faster-absorbing texture, so the initial slick feeling before absorption was a bit disappointing.
TipOnce absorbed, there's hardly any stickiness, and in the morning my skin feels plump with internal moisture, so I think it would work well mixed with a whitening serum.

It's very moisturizing without being overly sticky. As a product with great hydrating properties, it seems more suitable for winter than summer. I'm not sure yet about the calming effects after using it for a few days. The tube packaging is also great - easy to dispense and hygienic to use. The included sticker is cute too!
ConsIt seems a bit oily. You have to be careful not to use too much, or it can feel greasy. While it was moisturizing and good for me, those with oily skin might find it difficult to use in the summer.
TipAfter cleansing, it leaves my skin feeling plump and moisturized without any tightness.
