There is no irritation. After washing my face and having my pores opened, when I scratched with my hands, it was too irritating, so I bought this product, and the dead skin is now being removed smoothly and gently.
Cons
The pad is stuck to the peeling part, making it difficult to remove it gently. The 3-step pad is not evenly moistened and is dry in some areas.

I used to use the Ilsoo Kopak, but I heard that the Mediheal one is also good, so I tried it. I followed the instructions and used it as directed, and I was generally satisfied with how it removed the sebum and blackheads from my nose.
Cons
There are no particular downsides, but I would recommend stocking up on pore cleansing products when they are on sale, as they can be quite expensive.

Pros
My skin is dry, sensitive, and dehydrated with an oily skin type :) As someone who is passionate about managing my dead skin and oil, I came across Hwahae and decided to purchase one of the most affordable and well-reviewed products, which I've been using ever since! I've been alternating between Hwahae and Coupang, buying from whichever site has the lowest price at the time. Despite my extremely sensitive skin, this product did not cause any redness or dryness, even though it's meant to remove excess oil. Instead, it gently lifted the oil without irritation, making it very easy for me to manage my oil production :) The included plastic extractor has also been incredibly useful! Using a separate extractor can be quite irritating and difficult to manage, but having this thoughtful addition has been so convenient.
Cons
in the past, the extruders were individually packaged, but recently the products have been bundled together and placed in a ziplock bag. personally, when considering hygiene, the original packaging seemed better to me.
Tip
After finishing a warm shower, simply wipe the moisture from your nose and immediately apply a nose pack. This can help to more easily loosen the sebum. Also, instead of removing the entire nose pack at once, peel it off in halves and press down to prevent the opposite nostril from drying out. ☺️

Pros
The spatula set came with 2 spatulas, and the store also provided an additional set as a gift when I purchased it, which I have been using well. (The spatula in the second photo is the one I already had.) It was not overly irritating and worked very well in removing stubborn sebum. Being able to use a soothing pack at the end left my skin feeling smooth and much more moisturized!
Cons
There were not many disappointing aspects. I will try to purchase it again when it goes on sale.

The product was great as it was divided into steps - pore cleansing, sebum removal, and soothing the cleansed areas. This gentle approach to sebum removal was very helpful. Especially for the sebum on the nose, forcibly squeezing it can often lead to enlarged pores, but this product melts and removes the sebum, so I didn't have to worry about widening my pores.
Cons
The only downside I can think of is that the price is a bit high.

Pros
I've tried the popular pore strip before, as well as the one that melts blackheads. Compared to the melting one, this pack felt a little less moisturizing. It does a great job of lifting out sebum, and the spatula is really nice!!! After using it, my whole face feels cleaner and my makeup applies better. It doesn't completely remove all blackheads, but it gets rid of most of the sebum and shallower blackheads.
Cons
The only downside is that there are 4 packs but only 2 spatulas, so you have to wash and disinfect the spatula to reuse it.
