1. The sebum doesn't soften as much as expected. I used it after removing makeup, and since warm water typically opens up pores when cleansing, I thought blackheads would come out easily. But when I used the sebum softener, I didn't see a dramatic emergence of sebum. It just felt like I had applied a regular nose pack. I assumed it must have softened somewhat since it's called a softener.

2. The included plastic swab is too painful to use. I'm not sure if I'm using it incorrectly, but I didn't feel like it was effectively removing anything. A regular cotton swab at home is much gentler and works better. Please improve this, product team!

3. The third step nose pack seems unnecessary. It's likely included for pore tightening, but it doesn't seem to make much difference. The package contains 4 sets, but overall, I'm unsure of its effectiveness on blackheads.

The sebum-softening nose pad in step 1 was a bit disappointing. It was too thick and slightly stiff, and it didn't seem to have enough of the serum to keep it moist. It kept falling off instead of staying put on my nose, which made it difficult to effectively soften the sebum.
