Pros
My pores are releasing sebum so cleanly that it's almost as if I didn't have this much sebum in my nose. I'm not applying and peeling it off the nose, so there's less irritation, and the effect is so good that it's visible to the eye!

The product adheres well to the shape of my nose, especially around the nostrils, compared to other nose packs. After use, a large amount of sebum was extracted, as shown in the attached photo, which was refreshing. (Even after cleansing, the sebum was easily extracted) (It may vary by individual, as my mother did not have much sebum extracted) The extracted sebum can be removed by gently pressing and scraping the remaining sebum. I used to have quite a few blackheads, which was a constant concern for me. But this product helps to loosen the sebum, so I don't have to worry as much about enlarged pores, and it doesn't cause any irritation, which is great.
Cons
The blackhead removal tool initially came with 4 pieces, but it has been changed to 2 pieces, so it is a bit inconvenient to have to clean it again after use, but there is nothing else wrong with it.

I used to use the Ilsoo Kopak, but I heard that the Mediheal one is also good, so I tried it. I followed the instructions and used it as directed, and I was generally satisfied with how it removed the sebum and blackheads from my nose.
Cons
