  Pros

  Application: Compared to other nose packs, I felt this one adhered better to the shape of my nose, especially around the nostrils. Results: As shown in the attached photo, it removed a significant amount of sebum, which was quite satisfying. (This was effective even when used immediately after cleansing.) (Note: Results may vary; my mother didn't experience as much sebum removal.) After peeling off the pack, you can remove any remaining sebum by gently pressing and scraping. (This may differ for each individual.)

  As I don't have sensitive skin, I didn't experience any blemishes after use.

  This product is absolutely fantastic! I'm especially impressed with the first sheet. It adheres perfectly to the nose, effectively drawing out sebum. Instead of using the provided cotton swab (which I accidentally pressed too hard last time), I gently used a blackhead remover tool. The result was amazing - it removed a ton of sebum and left my nose incredibly smooth.

  Cons

  The only downside is the price. I wish they sold the first sebum-softening sheet separately.

The bio-cellulose sheet adheres perfectly and stays moist throughout, effectively softening sebum. Step 2: The spatula is Mediheal's proprietary design, made from hygienic material for multiple uses. Its wide surface area is great for removing sebum across the T-zone, while the narrow end is perfect for targeting specific areas. Step 3: Conveniently combines pore tightening and skin soothing in one step. The gel-like ampoule feels cool and hydrating as soon as you apply the sheet. After removing, pat in any remaining product for a non-sticky, refreshing finish. I'm satisfied with the noticeable results after just one use. Especially appreciated the vegan formula for a gentle experience.

  Pros

  I use this once a week. Currently, my skin is acting up due to excess sebum production. I was worried about using a nose pack with my skin in this state, but I had no issues. My nose was so oily that it felt bumpy to the touch, but after step 1, the sebum was noticeably softened! The sheet adheres perfectly to my nose without any lifting. For step 2, I gently scrape with the wider side of the spatula, and use the narrow side for any stubborn spots. After applying the refrigerated step 3 pack and a small amount of barrier cream or pore cream, you can achieve a smooth nose! To be honest, it doesn't completely remove everything in one use, so consistent application is key. I'd recommend using it twice a month.

  It's a bit pricey, and there are many similar products out there. I'd buy it on sale, but if it's not discounted, I might opt for a different product.

  Tip

  When the first step starts to dry slightly, I re-wet it with the remaining essence and leave it on for longer than 15 minutes! This seems to soften the sebum even more effectively. I clean and store the spatula carefully - it's also great for extracting blemishes!

  <Step 1> The first step adhered well to my nose, creating a good seal. The liquid didn't drip, which made for a pleasant application. There was no heating sensation, so it wasn't irritating, and I didn't experience any tingling or itching during use. <Step 2> The spatula had a smooth finish, so there was no scratchy or painful feeling. It glided on smoothly. With just a gentle press, it effectively removed blackheads, resulting in less irritation. <Step 3> Like the first step, the liquid didn't run and adhered well to my nose, making it comfortable to use.

  Cons

  There weren't really any downsides. If I had to mention something, it would be that while steps 1 and 3 come with 4 pieces each, step 2 only has 2 spatulas.

  I found it works well to cut the step 1 and 3 patches in half and use them on the sides of my nose too!

  Skin type: combination dehydrated skin My T-zone tends to be quite oily, so I have quite a few blackheads. I usually manage with cleansing oil and use a nose pack once every two weeks. Unlike products that only sell the liquid, this 3-step set with sebum softening pack, cotton swabs, and pore-tightening pack is very convenient. The sebum softening sheet is thin and adheres well. It's less irritating compared to other nose pack products. There was no redness on my nose at all when using it. The included cotton swabs are sturdy, so you can wash and reuse them. (2 cotton swabs are included with 5 sets of nose packs.) It's convenient because the sebum softens and can be removed easily, almost like wiping it off. It's also satisfying and addictive. Makeup applies well on the sides of the nose.

  Cons

  The liquid seems to dry a bit quickly, so you need to remove the sebum promptly after taking off the nose pack. While I appreciated the low irritation, the amount of sebum extracted was less compared to other products.

  Tip

  Placing a wrap over the nose pack helps the sebum soften even better. Using a cream that can fill in pores after using the nose pack prevents sebum from building up quickly. Keeping the 3-step nose pack in the refrigerator before use gives a nice cooling effect!

When you apply and remove the pack, you can feel the blackheads melting away gently, eliminating the need for harsh scrubbing or squeezing. It also contains hydrating ingredients, so your skin doesn't feel dry after use but stays moisturized. I was satisfied with how it left my skin soft and clean even after removing blackheads.

  If I had to point out a downside, it's that you need to use it consistently to see results. Using it once won't perfectly remove all blackheads. Especially for deeply embedded blemishes, you might need to use it several times before noticing improvement. Also, I found the adhesion slightly lacking during application. It didn't stick perfectly to the nose, sometimes lifting a bit in places. So you might need to pay extra attention when applying it.

  Tip

  It's beneficial to open your pores with a steamed towel before use. When your pores are open, the nose pack can dissolve and remove blackheads much more effectively. After use, be sure to close your pores with cold water or toner to help prevent new blackheads from forming. Lastly, consistent use is crucial!   The product dissolves sebum, making it significantly less irritating compared to old-school pore strips! You can even see the sebum being dissolved with the naked eye. The first step patch is made of cellulose material, so it adheres tightly and seems to stick well to any nose shape. It's convenient for removing sebum even from the butterfly zone. Using it once a week definitely improves makeup application and overall skin condition.

  While I didn't feel any irritation when wearing the first step patch, the final step patch caused a slight irritation on my skin...!! If you have super sensitive skin, you might want to skip the last step patch and finish with your usual skincare routine instead.

  Adhesion! Mediheal's mask products have excellent adhesion! When using other products, I sometimes had issues with the mask lifting around my nose, but Mediheal sticks perfectly - I love it! Ingredients! A competitor's famous nose pack contains 20 potentially concerning ingredients, while another brand's product has simple ingredients but comes with a hefty price tag. Mediheal, on the other hand, offers a variety of beneficial ingredients at a reasonable price! I was pleased to see Reishi mushroom extract listed as one of the top ingredients! Spatulas! It comes with two reusable spatulas! They're packaged in a ziplock bag instead of single-use packaging, allowing for long-term hygienic storage. It feels like they really considered the consumer's needs, which I appreciate! Overall, it seems thoughtfully designed and could be helpful not just for blackhead removal but also for acne extraction! Lastly, this isn't exactly a pro or con, but I was surprised to find that despite being for blackhead removal, the product focuses more on soothing and hydrating the skin rather than exfoliating or controlling sebum when I checked the purpose-specific ingredients.

  1. I wish the liquid solution was sold separately. 2. Spatulas While not exactly a drawback, the spatulas are great for first-time buyers, but I wonder if repeat customers keep getting new spatulas with every purchase.
