  1. Unbeatable at removing sebum In the long battle against blackheads since middle school, this is truly "the best product." It visibly dissolves and extracts sebum effectively. The gel-type pack in Step 1 may look simple, but it really softens the sebum deep in the pores. 2. The spatula is surprisingly practical Its dual-sided design with wide and narrow ends is extremely useful for blackhead extraction. It's convenient to use as it fits the contours of the nose well. 3. Step 3 astringent pack is also excellent With a subtle fragrance, it noticeably calms the pores in the final stage, leaving the nose feeling moisturized. → It's great that it leaves the skin feeling refined without much redness even after extraction. 4. Well-structured usage sequence The 3-step system clearly divides each function, making it easy and effective for beginners to use.

  It seems to be quite effective at removing blackheads. The first step dissolves sebum, and while the second step of scraping with the spatula can be a bit harsh on the nose, the results are worth it. The next day, you'll notice significantly fewer blackheads.

  The sebum doesn't seem to come up easily, so there's quite a bit of irritation from the spatula. Additionally, the third step pore-minimizing serum is causing blemishes for me.

  Pros

  I have really bad blackheads on my nose, and I've tried so many products, but this is truly my number one favorite! It removes so many blackheads. My nose becomes completely smooth and clean. I use it once a week, and I absolutely recommend it! You must buy this!

  I just wish there was one more in the package.

  Tip

  It works amazingly well with Illsoe's Deep Clean Master, which really scrapes out sebum. Using that instead of the included spatula is a game-changer - it removes every bit of sebum like nothing else! It's only 7,000 won, so everyone should get it!

  I've been using the Mediheal nose pack for about two months. After the first month, I noticed my blackheads and pores seemed less noticeable. By the second month, there was a visible reduction in blackheads. Plus, storing it in the fridge gave it an automatic cooling effect, and I experienced no tingling or irritation after use. It's so gentle that even those with super sensitive skin should be able to use it easily. Another great point is that you only need to use it once a week, so you don't have to spend too much time on blackhead management.

  There don't seem to be any real drawbacks, but if I had to pick one, it might be that those with severe blackheads will need to use it consistently to see results. Other than that, I can't think of any negatives.

  After using this product, I could feel my nose becoming smoother, making it excellent for blackhead removal. I'm definitely considering repurchasing. However, about a month after removing the blackheads, I noticed they returned to their original state. So, I think it would be beneficial to do some additional care after blackhead removal.

  This is a staple in my skincare routine. It's more effective at removing whiteheads than blackheads. When I apply makeup the day after using this, I'm thrilled to see that the whiteheads on my nose have vanished! I absolutely love it. This is the only nose pack I use now.

  I switched from another nose pack to Mediheal after hearing good things about it. Following the instructions and timing precisely, I was pleasantly surprised to see how effectively it removed sebum and blackheads from my nose. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the results.

  There's not really anything to complain about. However, since nose packs can be pricey, I'd recommend stocking up during sales for the best value.

  When using the spatula, don't scrape too hard. Treat your skin gently, as if you're handling a baby. Apply just a light touch to lift off the pack, and you'll see the yellowish sebum come out nicely. For stubborn areas, use the narrow end of the spatula to apply targeted pressure, almost like extracting. Afterwards, make sure to replenish your skin with plenty of hydration!
