1. The sebum doesn't soften as much as expected. I used it after removing makeup, and since warm water typically opens up pores when cleansing, I thought blackheads would come out easily. But when I used the sebum softener, I didn't see a dramatic emergence of sebum. It just felt like I had applied a regular nose pack. I assumed it must have softened somewhat since it's called a softener.

2. The included plastic swab is too painful to use. I'm not sure if I'm using it incorrectly, but I didn't feel like it was effectively removing anything. A regular cotton swab at home is much gentler and works better. Please improve this, product team!

3. The third step nose pack seems unnecessary. It's likely included for pore tightening, but it doesn't seem to make much difference. The package contains 4 sets, but overall, I'm unsure of its effectiveness on blackheads.

One advantage is that unlike many peel-off nose packs, this product softens and removes sebum, which I find quite beneficial.

For better soothing effects, I recommend refrigerating the Step 3 mask before use!

During Step 2, I found the sebum removal with the spatula a bit harsh on my skin. After scraping off all the sebum, my nose became itchy. While this is somewhat unavoidable with spatula-based nose packs, it was still disappointing. Also, when scraping, if the liquid left on the skin from Step 1 dries, it's hard to tell if you're removing sebum or just the dried liquid.

It wasn't very effective for deeply embedded sebum or blackheads. While great for general sebum removal, it didn't quite address my blackhead concerns.

The price is quite high compared to other nose packs, making it difficult to use regularly.

I've tried many famous nose packs without much success, but this one really worked wonders for sebum removal! 

Step 1 uses a gel sheet that doesn't adhere perfectly to the nose, but it softens the sebum incredibly well. It was my favorite part of the whole process.

For Step 2, use the included spatula gently. Even with light scraping, the sebum comes out easily!

Step 3 is a nose-shaped sheet mask that soothes your skin after the extraction. Amazingly, it calmed the itchiness I felt after removing the sebum in Step 2.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product. After using it, I noticed visibly reduced sebum, and my nose felt incredibly smooth to the touch.
