Probably after purchasing it around 2 years ago, I finally got around to using it. - Cleansing power and non-dripping properties from the formulation characteristics. - The package has a middle cap that can be closed tightly even if you force it shut. - It feels less sticky on the eyes.
Cons
The expiration date hasn't passed, but it seems to have been neglected for too long, as the rancid oil smell was really unbearable. It's to the point where I'm not sure how to use this. The residue is quite significant. A second cleansing, whether with a cleansing water or cleansing cloth, seems absolutely necessary. I purchased the yellow cleansing oil as my top pick, but I don't feel that the water-soluble properties are that great. The persistent residue continues. The smell seems to be irritating my eyes.

I love the same line cleansing oil, but it was inconvenient because it kept running down, so I tried the cleansing balm and it's great! I think the biggest advantage is that it doesn't run down and cleanses thoroughly and gently without irritation, just like the cleansing oil.
Cons
I think the oil type was more effective for removing blackheads or whiteheads, though it might just be my imagination. And I feel like I use up the balm faster than the oil.

Since it's summer, I bought it to manage blackheads and remove makeup. Somehow I ended up using 2 bottles. It's quite decent. It doesn't flow down like cleansing oil, so it's easy to use. The fragrance used to be bad, but it's better after the renewal.

Pros
I usually just use sunscreen, so I thought I'd try a cleansing balm type as well. It's nice that it doesn't just flow out like oil. The built-in spatula is also nice, as it allows me to use it cleanly. When it touches my skin, it melts away quickly, so I don't need to rub it in too hard. On days when my skin feels too dry, I sometimes just use this product for cleansing without double cleansing, and it leaves my skin feeling moisturized without causing any breakouts.
Cons
There are times when it melts too quickly when emulsifying, so there's not much need to rub it in. But I don't really see that as a major problem.
Tip
Paying a bit more attention to the area around my nose seems to help with blackhead reduction, but it takes a few days of consistent use to see the effects.
