The blackhead treatment is very effective and great for removing makeup! They usually say it's not good to use cleansing balms daily, but I didn't feel it was too irritating even when I used it frequently. It melts right off your face!

After watching a video about managing blackheads with a cleansing balm like a nose pack, I tried a cleansing balm for the first time. I applied it to my face, let it warm up a bit, then rolled and emulsified it before rinsing. I was amazed that just one use turned my blackheads into brownheads! I used to use the Witch Factory cleansing oil, but after hearing on YouTube that the balm type is better, I switched to the same line's cleansing balm. For me, the balm was better than the oil! The good thing about using the oil was that it had good cleansing power and was effective in removing blackheads, but the balm has similar functions to the oil while being less irritating, so I was satisfied.
Cons
It runs out quickly...? I tend to use a generous amount, so I think I went through it pretty fast. I wish it came in a larger size.

I bought the famous Witch Factory cleansing oil, but it was even better than the oil! The cleansing is thorough, and it effectively removes blackheads. The scent is also pleasant. Most importantly, the cap-style packaging makes it very convenient as you don't need to twist it open.
