  There's not much to say... I suppose the packaging is neat and tidy, that's about it.

  It doesn't cleanse thoroughly and leaves residue on the skin. Even after emulsifying, rolling, and rinsing, my skin feels slippery. I'm not sure if this is how it's supposed to be... Other brands' cleansing balms didn't do this.

  There is a lot of redness on my forehead, but when I use this, it subsides immediately.

  Cons

  Cleansing effectiveness The cleansing power is great! It removes most makeup and is perfect for daily use without any hassle. Whiteheads Surprisingly, it's been incredibly helpful for whiteheads! While other cleansing balms that were good for blackheads were just so-so for whiteheads, this Witch Factory cleansing balm has shown remarkable results in a short time! Deep dryness Of course, being a cleansing balm, there's some deep dryness, but it's relatively minimal, which I really appreciate! I'd love to keep using it consistently. Overall It seems great for cleansing! If you're struggling with whiteheads, definitely give this a try. It's truly effective!

  Scent I've tried pretty much every skincare product known for having an unpleasant scent, but I've never been this sensitive to fragrance before. Oh no... This cleansing balm is really... too much. The scent is absolutely awful. When I'm massaging it on my nose to dissolve sebum, the smell is so bad that I almost washed it off immediately because of it. Emulsification It doesn't emulsify well. It doesn't seem to dissolve sebum, and overall, it's not great for blackhead or sebum care. Even after washing and extracting blackheads, it feels much less effective compared to other brands' cleansing balms. Blackhead management I bought it because reviews said it was good for blackheads, but... it's really not effective at all. Keep this in mind! Overall While it's good for makeup removal, it's difficult to manage sebum. However, it's surprisingly effective for whiteheads. It's quite an interesting product...

  Pros

  The balm-type formula is easy to scoop out and feels soft when applying. I liked that the container is lightweight.

  Cons

  Since the lid isn't double-layered, when I keep it on the sink, water seeps in and pools on the surface even when the lid is closed. It's best to store it on a vanity or in a dry area. Its cleansing effectiveness is somewhat lower than oil-based products when used alone. It's better to use this after using a separate eye makeup remover, mainly for skin cleansing. Also, when rolling it on, small clumps don't dissolve well and tend to roll around, which slightly diminishes the user experience. There's a lot of residue after cleansing, so a second cleanse is essential.

  I recommend using it in a dry space.

  If I had to stretch for a positive, I guess the fact that it doesn't have a screw-on lid is somewhat convenient.

  Cons

  The overwhelming oily smell makes it unbearable to use. I tried to push through and use it anyway, but there's nothing good about it - the texture, how it feels on the skin, or its cleansing effectiveness. Even after double cleansing, it feels like my skin isn't properly clean. To top it off, I got blemishes near my nose. Overall, it was a disappointing experience in every way.

  Pros

  I finally tried it after buying it at launch and letting it sit for about 2 years. The cleansing effectiveness that comes from its unique texture, and it doesn't drip. The packaging allows you to forcefully close the lid even with the middle cover on. It seems to get into the eyes less.

  Cons

  Though it hadn't expired, perhaps due to neglect, the rancid oil smell was no joke. It was so bad I wondered how I could use it. Leaves a lot of residue. You definitely need to follow up with a second cleanse or exfoliating toner. I bought it believing yellow cleansing oils were the best, but it doesn't feel particularly water-soluble. The residue keeps lingering. The smell makes my eyes sting.

  Tip

  I'll use it since I bought it, but I probably won't repurchase.

  As someone with adult acne and numerous pustular papules, I didn't notice any improvement in these areas after using this product. It leaves quite a bit of residue after the first cleanse, necessitating a double cleanse. Perhaps because of this, I didn't see much skin improvement
