Pros
The cleansing power is good!!! It can remove even heavy makeup, and it's great for daily use without any burden. The whitehead issue was surprisingly very helpful!!! Until now, cleansing balms that were good for blackheads were just so-so for whiteheads, but the one from Witch's Factory has been showing really great effects, and I haven't been using it for long!!!! There is some tightness, as expected from a cleansing balm, but it's relatively mild, so I really liked it!!! I want to continue using it consistently going forward. Overall, it seems to be a good cleansing product!!! If you're troubled by whiteheads, be sure to try it 😆❤️ I've seen great effects.

I've tried all kinds of cosmetics that claim to have a bad scent, but I've never been so sensitive to the smell before... Ugh, this cleansing balm is really... too much. The smell is just so terrible. I was rubbing it on my nose to melt the sebum, and the smell was just... so bad that I almost washed it off right away.

There are absolutely no good points. While there are many reviews praising its cleansing power, I'm curious if it's the same product.

The smell is like an 8-year-old lip balm. The product was purchased less than a month after production. It's so unpleasant that I can't use it. It has the odor of an old cosmetic product. The emulsification is not working at all. It's just an oily mess. Since the emulsification doesn't work, even after using the cleansing foam 2-3 times, there's still oil residue left, making it feel slippery. (The same happens when using Senka.) In summary, I've once again realized that Witch's Factory cleansing products just don't work for me.
Tip
Not buying is the best tip! Night-time cleansing seems to still be the best among Hwahae Trial Reviewers.

Pros
The cleansing power is quite good. When you rub and scrub with mascara and mascara fixative, it does come off well. As a characteristic of the cleansing balm, the fact that it removes everything in one go is great!
Cons

Pros
I tend to use the Witch's Factory cleansing line well, so I was curious and bought it. As expected, it has good cleansing power, doesn't irritate the eyes, and emulsifies well, so I mainly take it with me and use it when I travel.
Cons
First of all, the smell is too unpleasant, so I have to hold my breath when cleansing and the oil seems more effective at sebum removal than the cleansing balm.

Pros
The oil comes out well. Since I tend to apply makeup thickly, the cleansing seems to be thorough as well. When it's on sale at Olive Young, I can buy it cheaper than other cleansing balms, which is great.
Cons
I don't know why they designed the lid like this. It would have been better if they made it so you can twist it open or if the top lid alone could be used. I started using it when it was first released, and after finishing one container, I bought a second one. When it was first released, the product had no scent at all, so it was easy to use. But the new product I purchased has an overpowering artificial fragrance that makes it really unpleasant to use... The first container had no issues aside from the lid, and the product performance was good, but the added fragrance makes me unsure if I'll repurchase it. It's really uncomfortable to use. I'm pretty sure it didn't have any fragrance originally, so I don't know why they added it... Even after cleansing, the lingering fragrance on my face and hands is bothersome.

Wow, the smell is really exaggerated. It has an artificial fragrance that is way too strong. I'm not sure if this is the discontinued product I used before or the reformulated version, but the smell is just too much. It's like being in a construction site. After reviewing all the reviews, it seems this is the discontinued version. The reformulated version apparently added fragrance. The discontinued one was made without any allergens or synthetic fragrances, just natural scents, so that's probably why the smell is so overpowering now. Even if they reformulate it with added fragrance, I don't think I'll use it anymore.
