I've been using it for nearly 2 months, and it seems like I'll be able to use it for a long time since the amount is substantial. The Hwahae makeup remover cleanses well, as expected. When I cleanse my pores intensively, I can feel the sebum dissolving. After cleansing, there is no tightness, which I liked.
Cons
Overall, I am very satisfied with the usage, but the contents sometimes get stuck between the small ridges in the built-in spatula, so I have to remove them with my fingernails to use it. However, the user experience is exceptionally good, so I tolerate it and continue using it.

The cleansing power is good!!! It can remove even heavy makeup, and it's great for daily use without any burden. The whitehead issue was surprisingly very helpful!!! Until now, cleansing balms that were good for blackheads were just so-so for whiteheads, but the one from Witch's Factory has been showing really great effects, and I haven't been using it for long!!!! If you dislike the stuffy oily feel of cleansing balms... I recommend reconsidering it. The spatula was there and the cleansing power was good. There were no breakouts either. However, I have no intention to repurchase.

The oil content is quite heavy and stuffy. Since it's a cleansing balm, it's oily, but these days there are many products with a sorbet-like feel that don't feel as stuffy, so I've been using up the remaining product with some difficulty...
