Hwahae works well. There were no particular troubles or issues. It is easy to use without any problems.

Hwahae removes makeup incredibly well👍 Personally, I think Hwahae makeup removes better than Vanillakko. It's also gentle and applies smoothly, and I've never had any breakouts or skin irritation from using it.
Cons
However, the reason I'm considering repurchasing it again is... When I use it without makeup, it's incredibly slippery and the balm just keeps sticking to my skin. It removes makeup well, but it doesn't seem to remove sebum very effectively...??? The product is gentle, so I didn't get any breakouts, but when I use this balm without makeup, it leaves a strange, coated feeling on my skin, so I always have to double cleanse with a cleansing foam afterwards! If I don't use a cleansing foam, I have to emulsify it for a long time, and I thought my arms were going to fall off... After using it for a while, I got tired of it, so I only use it when I've worn makeup.

There are absolutely no good points. While there are many reviews praising its cleansing power, I'm curious if it's the same product.
Cons
The smell is like an 8-year-old lip balm. The product was purchased less than a month after production. It's so unpleasant that I can't use it. It has the odor of an old cosmetic product. The emulsification is not working at all. It's just an oily mess. Since the emulsification doesn't work, even after using the cleansing foam 2-3 times, there's still oil residue left, making it feel slippery. (The same happens when using Senka.) In summary, I've once again realized that Witch's Factory cleansing products just don't work for me.
Tip
Not buying is the best tip! Night-time cleansing seems to still be the best among Hwahae Trial Reviewers.

Pros
The formula melts so smoothly, making it incredibly soft. It completely removes waterproof makeup, and you don't need a second cleansing. I only use this in the fall to remove my makeup - it takes everything off so well. The emulsification works great, so it really removes all the makeup. There's no greasy or dry feeling left behind, so even those with dry skin will be able to use it well. It feels like using a mild acidic cleanser. It melts away, removes makeup excellently, and most importantly, the price is not too high considering the amount.
Cons
The unique scent is a bit unpleasant, kind of like a factory smell. It would be great if there was a spoon holder on the back of the case - having to just put the spoon inside is a bit inconvenient. As someone who likes cleansing balms that have a slightly less slippery finish, this one feels a bit too smooth for my liking.
Tip
If you emulsify it about 3 times, you can achieve a perfect cleanse.

I used to use the famous B brand cleansing balm, and this is the second balm product I've tried... The comparison is quite stark... When applied to the face, it has a thick, sticky feeling and doesn't emulsify well with water... No matter how much I rinse with water, my face is left with a greasy, oily sensation... To be honest, I was not satisfied with this product. I used it diligently morning and evening for about half a year, but it didn't help with my blackheads, oily chin, and other issues. 😢 The ads claimed it would draw out all this yellow sebum, but I didn't experience that at all...
