Hwahae removes makeup incredibly well👍 Personally, I think Hwahae makeup removes better than Vanillakko. It's also gentle and applies smoothly, and I've never had any breakouts or skin irritation from using it.
Cons
However, the reason I'm considering repurchasing it again is... When I use it without makeup, it's incredibly slippery and the balm just keeps sticking to my skin. It removes makeup well, but it doesn't seem to remove sebum very effectively...??? The product is gentle, so I didn't get any breakouts, but when I use this balm without makeup, it leaves a strange, coated feeling on my skin, so I always have to double cleanse with a cleansing foam afterwards! If I don't use a cleansing foam, I have to emulsify it for a long time, and I thought my arms were going to fall off... After using it for a while, I got tired of it, so I only use it when I've worn makeup.

Pros
If you dislike the stuffy oily feel of cleansing balms... I recommend reconsidering it. The spatula was there and the cleansing power was good. There were no breakouts either. However, I have no intention to repurchase.
Cons
The oil content is quite heavy and stuffy. Since it's a cleansing balm, it's oily, but these days there are many products with a sorbet-like feel that don't feel as stuffy, so I've been using up the remaining product with some difficulty... The Yui× Vanilla×× cleansing balm is one I personally like, so I mixed this product 1:1 and the usage experience improved significantly. The fragrance has a plastic-like smell, which is not my preference. The cleansing oil from Witch's Factory is much better!! In fact, cleansing balms tend to get touched with wet hands, so cleansing oils may be more hygienic. When double-cleansing with a cleansing foam, you need to scrub thoroughly with more soap, or the oily feeling won't be removed... Despite these drawbacks, the product was good in terms of addressing blemishes and cleansing power.
Tip
I store cleansing balm in a small spare container to use it. I find the original container unpleasant to use, so I've been using the one in the spare container.

Pros
I used to only use Witch Factory cleansing oil, but when my skin condition worsened, I started getting blemishes, so I decided to purchase the Witch Factory cleansing balm with a more refreshing texture. The texture is much lighter than the oil, but it still cleanses well and emulsifies nicely, leaving a great finish. Unlike the oil, I no longer experience blemishes, so it works very well for my combination skin type. Also, I found the twist-open products from other brands to be inconvenient, but this one has a hinged lid attached to the product, making it much easier to use.
Cons
I've been using it for over half a bottle now, and I haven't found any downsides. The packaging could be a bit prettier though - the yellow color feels a bit tacky.

Pros
This product is truly gentle, and the sebum granules dissolve well. Most importantly, I've been using it without any trouble! I've never been this satisfied using a cleansing balm before. I've been using this for the second jar and have abandoned the other cleansing balm I was using.
Cons
It's a bit thick, so it clumps up a lot before rolling. But it's fine once it melts. And is that a cap inside? It doesn't fit, so I can't put a spoon in, which is a bit disappointing.
Tip
I don't use the cleansing balm on days when I've only lightly applied makeup, but I use it on days when I've done full makeup or when my sebum production is high. Rolling it helps remove the rough sebum granules.

The oil was inconvenient as it kept dripping, but the cleansing balm doesn't flow too much and it's good that you can just take the amount you need. It also agrees well with my skin, and I haven't had any trouble, so I've continued using it regularly!

I've only used cleansing oils before, but the cleansing balm is also comfortable and great! I've used a lot of Witch's Factory products and still use them well, and I've never had any trouble or skin problems. So I bought the cleansing balm with confidence, and first of all, this cleansing balm is so easy to use ☺️ Cleansing oils always flow when you use them, but this one sticks right on and you can cleanse, so I really like it ㅎㅎ It cleanses well and the scent is not too sensitive, but a cozy scent that I liked 🤍
