Oh wow! Highly recommended for those with dry skin! First off, the best thing is how moisturizing it is. I usually get earthquakes on my face with even slightly matte products, but not with this! No flaky dead skin cells and no blemishes - it's fantastic. It's so gentle that you can sleep with it on without any issues. With such great ingredients, it's perfect for my recently sensitized skin. (Of course, I still use sunscreen, so I never skip cleansing) It's a bit disappointing that it doesn't include UV protection. Sure, I'd still use sunscreen in summer even if it did, but for other seasons, it would be nice to have an all-in-one option when I want to use just one product I mix this with my basic Dalba sunscreen. I always think about blending them in a cushion container, but never get around to it. Instead, I just squeeze out some sunscreen and some cica cream on the back of my hand, then apply it with an air puff. It takes just 2-3 minutes! I've been applying it this way consistently. (The result is like wearing a tinted moisturizer on bare skin) - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 1, 2021
Skin type: I have oily skin that gets quite shiny as time passes. I don't have severe blemishes, just a few small ones. There's a bit of redness around my nose, and my pores are quite large, especially on my nose. 1. Ingredients: Despite having oily skin, it doesn't feel heavy or suffocating. I think it's because it doesn't contain pore-clogging ingredients. 2. Texture and feel: It's slightly runny and hydrating. As mentioned, it doesn't feel heavy. Since I have oily skin, it does get a bit shiny over time, but the overall skin appearance is smooth and gives a dewy glow. It doesn't emphasize dead skin cells unless they're severe, and there's minimal pore-clogging. In areas with deep wrinkles (like around the eyes), it can settle a bit if not properly moisturized, but it's much better with good hydration. 3. Coverage: I was unsure about the coverage as opinions vary, but I found it surprisingly good. It covered most of my blemishes (though I don't have severe ones) and mostly covered my redness, leaving only a slight hint. It concealed most of my pores except for two or three very large, deep ones. 4. Adherence: I'll mention this in the 'bad' section. 5. Color: For a #23 shade, it's slightly bright and gives a radiant look. It's a tad pink or grayish, which doesn't perfectly match my yellowish undertone, but it's subtle enough that I can use it comfortably. 1. Adherence: The adherence wasn't great. This might be due to my oily skin. When oil comes through, the overall look is still okay, but it can occasionally look a bit patchy. When applying, even with lots of patting (though I'm not great with a puff), it leaves more puff marks compared to other products. It also transfers to masks very easily. 2. The color doesn't match me perfectly (though it's still usable). 3. The need to apply a separate sunscreen. Make sure to moisturize well before applying, especially in areas with wrinkles. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 20, 2021
Please don't change the ingredients. This is truly the best! I have super sensitive skin, so I easily get blemishes if I'm not careful. But this product is absolutely amazing. While its staying power and darkening effect might be unavoidable, the moisturizing finish and the fact that it doesn't cause any blemishes make it unbeatable. I mix it with IOPE, and it's fantastic. The packaging isn't great, it feels like it might leak a bit. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied. When mixed with IOPE, it's a perfect match. Please, whatever you do, don't discontinue this product. I can't do my makeup without it! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 27, 2019
The ingredients are absolutely fantastic. It leaves my skin feeling hydrated and gives a subtle glow that I love. The coverage is minimal, so you'll need to use a separate concealer. There's also a slight medicinal scent to it. I've found that mixing it with foundation in a 1:1 ratio works wonders - you get better coverage and it's really nice. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 18, 2019
First off, I have blemish-prone skin! While my T-zone gets super oily as the day goes on, my cheeks are dry, so matte makeup is a no-go for me. That's why I decided to try this product, hoping for a moisturizing BB cream even if it might get a bit oily later. It's as hydrating as promised and comes off easily, so while the coverage isn't top-notch, I'm satisfied since I prefer a natural look! What I loved most is that it doesn't cake up on poorly maintained skin as much as other products do. And the color is absolutely perfect - other #23 shades in Korea are usually too light for my taste, but this one is the most natural-looking #23 I've ever used! As expected with its good ingredients, it doesn't really adhere to the skin and tends to transfer easily. These days, with all the fine dust, I often wear a mask, and when I take it off, you can see where the product has rubbed off on the mask... To reduce transfer, I've tried applying a primer (from Labno) before the BB cream, and finishing with a powder (Innisfree No Sebum Moisture Powder). This helped a bit with the transfer issue! However, even this routine felt a bit drying for me in winter, so sometimes I just used the primer with this BB cream and blotted oil throughout the day as needed. Also, I heard this product works well with the Skinfood Wedge Puff, so I tried using them together and I really liked the result! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 15, 2019
I wanted to use a BB cream with good ingredients, but the grayish tone didn't suit me, so I chose this product with a yellowish tint! I love fermented ingredients, and it doesn't contain centella extract, which doesn't agree with my skin. For me, there's nothing quite like it. It's moisturizing, and for a product with such gentle ingredients, the coverage is satisfactory. I have fair skin, and when mixed with a mineral sunscreen, it's perfect for a natural makeup look! If you have blemish-prone skin, it's best not to wear makeup! Any base product that covers your skin for long periods can cause blemishes to appear. With this product as well, when I didn't cleanse for an extended time, blemishes surfaced. I'd like to recommend this to those who prefer a yellow-based tone! When mixed with a mineral sunscreen, you can create a base that matches your complexion. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinMay 30, 2018
I'm on my fourth bottle now. It provides perfect coverage. Even with my dry and sensitive skin, it covers facial redness and applies smoothly with a hydrating feel. In summer, it seems to separate from the cream, causing a watery substance to come out... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 22, 2018
I have redness that often makes my makeup look patchy, but this product's hydrating formula helps it blend better than others. When I apply the right amount of mineral sunscreen and then layer this in shade 23, its slightly yellow base covers the redness and gives me a beautiful brightened complexion. As someone with super sensitive skin prone to blemishes when wearing makeup, I'm amazed that this hasn't caused any breakouts. I've been using it for over a year now! If you apply your skincare products too generously, especially in summer, even the slightest touch of your hair can leave marks on your face. When you use the cushion puff to apply it, it adheres to your skin perfectly - it's a match made in heaven! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 1, 2018
I trusted the product due to its great ingredients and applied it confidently. The texture was also nicely moisturizing. The coverage is severely lacking. I have an uneven skin tone and prominent dark circles, so I wanted to even out my complexion, but it seemed to create patchy areas instead. I ended up having to layer foundation on top to make it work. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 6, 2017
Just the right, natural color. Moisturizing and natural! Perfect ingredients with great application too!>< I have a bright skin tone with a yellowish undertone! So it was really hard for me to find the right foundation... I wanted to find the perfect color match for my skin, but that was so difficult. I really dislike it when my face and neck look different after putting on makeup. That color correction thing? No no no no ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅜ Since I have a yellow undertone, many people use a pink-based foundation, but that just makes my face look unnaturally bright. I wanted to avoid that. So I've been searching hard for a product that can make my face look naturally pretty, with a yellowish glow like my natural skin tone. I've been using some high-end foundations for years, like Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation, Make Up For Ever Face & Body... They're great, but as a student, I wanted to find something more affordable that I could apply freely without worrying about the cost. If you have a yellowish skin tone like most Koreans, I don't think you'd feel any mismatch between your face and neck even if you apply this on your chin. I want to emphasize again that I have a bright skin tone! But the reason it looks so natural is not the brightness, but the perfect color match. Yellow. But if it's too identical to the skin tone, it just looks natural without any glow... So I apply the Hera Mist Cushion #13 on the central part of my face!! This has a very natural color while brightening the center of my face beautifully. The lack of sun protection function!? But I diligently apply sunscreen, and the Hera Mist Cushion #13 I use on the central part of my face provides sun protection, so it's okay! Both the mist cushion and this product are super moisturizing! But I'm oily-skinned, you see! I really hate a dry makeup look, but since I'm oily-skinned, to prevent getting greasy, I diligently apply the Sidmool mineral sunscreen!!!! It's dense and moderately matte, so it helps hold my makeup well. The sunscreen is matte, but since my skincare and makeup are moisturizing, it's not a problem:) After applying sunscreen, I use an air puff or a wedge puff to apply the BB cream. And on the central part of my face, I apply the mist cushion!
