First off, I really appreciated the quality ingredients - that was the best part for me. Even though it has a darker tone, if you apply just the right amount, it actually looks quite natural. It's a bit on the rich side, so it might be too heavy for those with oily skin. Also, I was disappointed by the lack of coverage. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJul 27, 2021
It adheres perfectly to match your complexion and blends naturally. It doesn't clump, and when it fades, it does so beautifully without settling into the creases around the nose or under the eyes. The downside is that it can sometimes look a bit shiny, and the coverage is on the lighter side. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 7, 2020
As someone with dry skin who can't use heavy products, this gives me a dewy glow. I trust it for its great ingredients and hope nothing bad happens to my skin. Zero coverage, doesn't conceal anything at all. I'm about a shade 22, but this looks yellow and way too dark. I'll try shade 21 if I like how it works. Absolutely not for oily skin - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 25, 2019
1. This gentle BB cream helped reduce my blemishes significantly. 2. It gives a nice dewy finish that makes my skin look healthy! 3. It blends naturally with my skin tone. 1. Without touch-ups or powder, the coverage weakens over time and can become slightly oily. 2. The coverage isn't extremely high, so it's recommended for those who prefer a natural makeup look. It's a slightly matte cushion foundation. For longer-lasting wear, gently pat it in during touch-ups throughout the day! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 27, 2019
The ingredients are absolutely fantastic. It leaves my skin feeling hydrated and gives a subtle glow that I love. The coverage is minimal, so you'll need to use a separate concealer. There's also a slight medicinal scent to it. I've found that mixing it with foundation in a 1:1 ratio works wonders - you get better coverage and it's really nice. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 24, 2019
As someone with acne-prone skin, I love how this applies lightly without aggravating my blemishes! I think its most significant advantage is how naturally it blends. I've been using shade 23 for almost three years, and there's absolutely no difference between my neck and face color. People often thought I wasn't wearing any makeup at all... You can definitely pass this off as your bare face! Compared to other cosmetics, its coverage is quite weak. The staying power is also a bit lacking. I recommend using a primer! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 6, 2018
Skin Type: My skin is combination dehydrated, super sensitive, prone to burning sensations, blemishes & acne due to heat sensitivity, and occasionally dry. It's a complex mix with very thin skin that's highly reactive to heat, environmental factors, and my overall condition. In short, I have extremely sensitive skin! Texture & Application: It's incredibly lightweight and fluid - almost like applying a liquid sunscreen. It spreads easily on the skin, and as someone who loves hydrating products, I'm very satisfied. However, this moistness means hair tends to stick to it... I bought it for quick application when going out, but powder is a must! It might be okay if you tie your hair back. Still, touching your face leaves visible marks. The fluid texture gives a beautiful, natural glow right after application. I think mothers would love this - it can make skin look radiant and healthy! Especially great for moms with straight hair that doesn't fly around, or those with perms. Scent: There's virtually no scent, and no added fragrances. This is a big plus! Effectiveness: Despite my extremely sensitive skin, I didn't break out. You know your skin best after using a product for a day, right? Even with my super sensitive skin, it was gentle and non-irritating. I don't expect miracles - no irritation and being generally suitable is ideal for me. Ingredients: The ingredients are the best among all the foundations and BB creams I own. Sidmool's ingredients are trustworthy, aren't they? I have other foundations, but I specifically chose this for its good ingredients when I want to go out looking natural. Color: I was torn between shades 21 and 23, so I got both. I wanted to leave a clear review for others struggling with this choice. In the photo below, 23 is on the left and 21 on the right. I took multiple shots to capture the true colors. - Shade 23: Suits warm, slightly yellow skin tones. I'm a 22 warm tone, but not very yellow. While 23 blended naturally, it didn't brighten my skin as I'd hoped. - Shade 21: I thought it might be too light, but it actually blended naturally while slightly brightening my skin. This shade worked great for me. Check the swatches in the photos below! Sidmool provides samples so you can try before committing, with the option to return if you don't like it. That's impressive, and the samples are generously sized! Suitable Skin Types: Absolutely not for oily skin! The dewy finish can turn greasy over time. Great for dry skin. However, I don't recommend it for those with a lot of dead skin cells - it oddly emphasizes rather than conceals texture issues. Longevity: While the initial glow makes skin look beautiful, it tends to turn oily over time, making it difficult to maintain that pretty skin look throughout the day. Coverage: Although we should overlook some shortcomings due to the great ingredients, it's called a BB+Foundation, yet the coverage is almost non-existent. They shouldn't have named it that... Anyway! I usually cover blemishes with concealer, but with this BB cream, I need to work even harder. It would be perfect for those without acne or blemishes. Pro Tip: Since this product is very moisturizing and applies thinly, use a dense puff without wetting it! Wetting the puff might make it apply too thinly. Also, it probably won't apply well over mineral sunscreen - as mentioned earlier, it tends to emphasize dead skin cells! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinJul 17, 2018
It's gentle. I used it when I had some eczema on my face, and I liked that it didn't cause more flare-ups or spread. While I was disappointed with the lack of coverage, I appreciated being able to use it when my skin wasn't in the best condition. It's quite rich in oils. The coverage is almost non-existent. It's just enough to say 'I've applied something'... - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 1, 2018
I trusted the product due to its great ingredients and applied it confidently. The texture was also nicely moisturizing. The coverage is severely lacking. I have an uneven skin tone and prominent dark circles, so I wanted to even out my complexion, but it seemed to create patchy areas instead. I ended up having to layer foundation on top to make it work. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinJan 25, 2018
When I first saw the ingredients, I thought 'Oh! I must buy this!' I got shade 23, which isn't too light. The application is great! It also washes off easily during cleansing, which makes me happy! It tends to melt when your skin gets oily, and the coverage... Well, I bought it solely for the ingredients, but if you're concerned about coverage, you might want to think twice! I use it with the Dr. Troub concealer for better coverage! And since it washes off well, you can set it with powder and apply blush and eyeshadow to enhance the look!
