Oh wow! Highly recommended for those with dry skin! First off, the best thing is how moisturizing it is. I usually get earthquakes on my face with even slightly matte products, but not with this! No flaky dead skin cells and no blemishes - it's fantastic. It's so gentle that you can sleep with it on without any issues. With such great ingredients, it's perfect for my recently sensitized skin. (Of course, I still use sunscreen, so I never skip cleansing) It's a bit disappointing that it doesn't include UV protection. Sure, I'd still use sunscreen in summer even if it did, but for other seasons, it would be nice to have an all-in-one option when I want to use just one product I mix this with my basic Dalba sunscreen. I always think about blending them in a cushion container, but never get around to it. Instead, I just squeeze out some sunscreen and some cica cream on the back of my hand, then apply it with an air puff. It takes just 2-3 minutes! I've been applying it this way consistently. (The result is like wearing a tinted moisturizer on bare skin) - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMay 4, 2024
Ingredients: Absolutely top-notch! It doesn't cause any blemishes. I wonder if there's any base makeup product out there that can match this one. * It's far superior to Sidmool's Minjunggi EFI Foundation. While the Minjunggi EFI caused small bumps on my skin, this one doesn't at all. Coverage and color payoff: Just think of it as a regular foundation. The color is beautiful and gives a radiant finish. It's definitely on par with Olive Young's cushions and foundations. In the first photo, the left is shade 21 and the right is shade 23. For those with shade 23 skin, both work well. I use shade 21 when I want a brighter look, and shade 23 when I want to appear more healthy. Skin finish: On the spectrum of matte to dewy, it leans towards 'dewy'. So if you have blemish-prone skin, you might want to set it with powder. (Check the second photo without powder for reference) Overall: Just buy it... I'm planning to stick with this for life. There's nothing to complain about.. The price, color payoff, and staying power are all phenomenal By the way, they're currently running a buy-one-get-one-free deal on their website - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 3, 2020
The ingredients are fantastic! That's probably why it doesn't cause blemishes and allows for a natural-looking skin finish. It tends to break down easily. Though if there's a silver lining, at least it fades gracefully. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinApr 26, 2020
My skin is super sensitive and usually breaks out with even the most highly-rated foundations, but this one doesn't cause any blemishes. It actually makes my skin feel comfortable. Shade 21 has too much of a reddish undertone, while shade 23 is a bit dark. The color range is somewhat disappointing. I have dry skin, so I mix in a drop of facial oil when I use this. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 23, 2020
It absorbs makeup well and doesn't cause any blemishes on sensitive skin like mine. I really like it. I've just run out, so why is it out of stock and not available for purchase? - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinOct 25, 2018
My skin is so sensitive that it reacts even to silicone oils, making it impossible for me to use foundation, BB, or CC creams. I needed something for evening out my skin tone, even if it meant risking blemishes... That's when I discovered the Hwahae app and was introduced to Sidmool. I've been using the included sample for a week now, and I'm thrilled that it hasn't caused any blemishes, so I've happily started using the full-size product. While it doesn't give a radiant effect, it naturally evens out my complexion, which I really like. It doesn't have sun protection, so you need to apply sunscreen separately. I use The Minimum from Innisfree underneath this product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 22, 2018
I have redness that often makes my makeup look patchy, but this product's hydrating formula helps it blend better than others. When I apply the right amount of mineral sunscreen and then layer this in shade 23, its slightly yellow base covers the redness and gives me a beautiful brightened complexion. As someone with super sensitive skin prone to blemishes when wearing makeup, I'm amazed that this hasn't caused any breakouts. I've been using it for over a year now! If you apply your skincare products too generously, especially in summer, even the slightest touch of your hair can leave marks on your face. When you use the cushion puff to apply it, it adheres to your skin perfectly - it's a match made in heaven! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 31, 2017
This SPF 23 is perfect for me with its heavy white cast. It creates a natural look on my skin. The application is also smooth. And even though my skin is very sensitive, I didn't get any breakouts. Those who experience breakouts should be sure to cleanse thoroughly. It's too oily. The mineral sunscreen I used before was also oily, and when I used this together, I felt like I worked all day at a fried food stall ㅠㅠ Since it's so oily, the staying power is also short. The coverage is too sheer, so I've been mixing it with the BB cream I usually use. (It's fine because the BB cream has a grayish tone.) I think those who say their face doesn't produce a single drop of oil and is very dry will really suit this product. Furthermore, those warm-toned individuals using shade 21 will find this SPF 23 with its heavy white cast to be a perfect match! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 31, 2016
This is really, really good. Those with sensitive skin should definitely use it. There are no blemishes at all, and I've tried many, but none are as gentle as this one. The glow makes the skin look healthy. Don't expect much in terms of lasting power or coverage... But after some time, it doesn't seem to leave an oily residue on the face, and just gives a natural glow. The color is a bit ambiguous ㅜㅠ Use it with the 23rd shade and mix in some sunscreen... I have extremely fair skin, and when I mix it with sunscreen (ratio of 2 parts BB cream to 1 part sunscreen), it looks natural and good ㅎㅎ Those with severe flakiness should mix it with an oil before using - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 26, 2016
The price is so affordable, the ingredients are so good, and the volume is so generous - this is such a wonderfully kind product!ㅠㅜㅜㅠㅜㅜ Compared to other BB creams, it's more moisturizing and doesn't make my skin feel stuffy. I also get fewer breakouts! The color looks natural and pretty. It's too moisturizing, so it wipes off easily if I just touch it. That's why I apply a slightly matte base powder or a little powder on top of this! It's great to mix this with a non-greasy sunscreen - it makes it less moisturizing while still keeping it nice and hydrating!
