It absorbs well, has a beautiful color, and contains good ingredients. It's gentle on the skin. The downside is that it doesn't last long and comes off easily. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJan 6, 2022
For those with sensitive/dry skin, especially men, if you're looking for moderate coverage without causing blemishes, this is the product for you. After trying countless BB creams and foundations for men, I've finally found my holy grail. The formula is quite rich, making it challenging for oily skin types to use year-round. The adherence and longevity aren't great, requiring some skill to apply effectively. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 24, 2019
As someone with acne-prone skin, I love how this applies lightly without aggravating my blemishes! I think its most significant advantage is how naturally it blends. I've been using shade 23 for almost three years, and there's absolutely no difference between my neck and face color. People often thought I wasn't wearing any makeup at all... You can definitely pass this off as your bare face! Compared to other cosmetics, its coverage is quite weak. The staying power is also a bit lacking. I recommend using a primer! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinNov 11, 2018
Skin looks radiant with a beautiful Inner Glow. Seems like naturally good skin. Application varies greatly depending on the season and tools used. Not recommended for summer. Avoid using poor-quality puffs or applying with hands. Longevity isn't great, so touch-ups are necessary. I have oily, yellow-toned skin (shade 22) with large pores. No blemishes or acne. After much trial and error, I've finally found the perfect makeup method and want to share it. My skin looks amazing now. 1. Too Cool for School Jean George Long Sunscreen: Works well with all foundations I've tried, not just this BB cream. It helps the foundation adhere better. 2. BB cream + Espoir Skinny Blender: Apply a generous amount of cream on your face with fingers, then use the Skinny Blender to spread it, finishing with a patting motion. While I don't have acne or blemishes, my skin looked unhealthy and my pores were noticeable. Using this method has given me flawless skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 6, 2018
Skin Type: My skin is combination dehydrated, super sensitive, prone to burning sensations, blemishes & acne due to heat sensitivity, and occasionally dry. It's a complex mix with very thin skin that's highly reactive to heat, environmental factors, and my overall condition. In short, I have extremely sensitive skin! Texture & Application: It's incredibly lightweight and fluid - almost like applying a liquid sunscreen. It spreads easily on the skin, and as someone who loves hydrating products, I'm very satisfied. However, this moistness means hair tends to stick to it... I bought it for quick application when going out, but powder is a must! It might be okay if you tie your hair back. Still, touching your face leaves visible marks. The fluid texture gives a beautiful, natural glow right after application. I think mothers would love this - it can make skin look radiant and healthy! Especially great for moms with straight hair that doesn't fly around, or those with perms. Scent: There's virtually no scent, and no added fragrances. This is a big plus! Effectiveness: Despite my extremely sensitive skin, I didn't break out. You know your skin best after using a product for a day, right? Even with my super sensitive skin, it was gentle and non-irritating. I don't expect miracles - no irritation and being generally suitable is ideal for me. Ingredients: The ingredients are the best among all the foundations and BB creams I own. Sidmool's ingredients are trustworthy, aren't they? I have other foundations, but I specifically chose this for its good ingredients when I want to go out looking natural. Color: I was torn between shades 21 and 23, so I got both. I wanted to leave a clear review for others struggling with this choice. In the photo below, 23 is on the left and 21 on the right. I took multiple shots to capture the true colors. - Shade 23: Suits warm, slightly yellow skin tones. I'm a 22 warm tone, but not very yellow. While 23 blended naturally, it didn't brighten my skin as I'd hoped. - Shade 21: I thought it might be too light, but it actually blended naturally while slightly brightening my skin. This shade worked great for me. Check the swatches in the photos below! Sidmool provides samples so you can try before committing, with the option to return if you don't like it. That's impressive, and the samples are generously sized! Suitable Skin Types: Absolutely not for oily skin! The dewy finish can turn greasy over time. Great for dry skin. However, I don't recommend it for those with a lot of dead skin cells - it oddly emphasizes rather than conceals texture issues. Longevity: While the initial glow makes skin look beautiful, it tends to turn oily over time, making it difficult to maintain that pretty skin look throughout the day. Coverage: Although we should overlook some shortcomings due to the great ingredients, it's called a BB+Foundation, yet the coverage is almost non-existent. They shouldn't have named it that... Anyway! I usually cover blemishes with concealer, but with this BB cream, I need to work even harder. It would be perfect for those without acne or blemishes. Pro Tip: Since this product is very moisturizing and applies thinly, use a dense puff without wetting it! Wetting the puff might make it apply too thinly. Also, it probably won't apply well over mineral sunscreen - as mentioned earlier, it tends to emphasize dead skin cells! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 17, 2018
My skin tends to be on the darker side, but this product doesn't leave any white cast and I love the color the most Perhaps because it's natural, the staying power is really poor. I feel like I have to reapply it more than five times a day... It's best to never apply this with your hands, in my experience - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 24, 2018
It felt natural and the ingredients were gentle, making my skin feel comfortable For those with very oily skin, the staying power might be a bit lower - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJul 18, 2017
Mixing the moisturizer with this product creates a natural-looking complexion when trying to achieve a transparent skin. The good ingredients mean you don't have to worry as much about pores when applying sunscreen during daily life. While the longevity isn't that great, using a product that matches your skin tone well doesn't make it look obvious. I've actually experienced fewer skin troubles since using this product. I recommend this as a gift for parents too - I've repurchased it 3 times already. My mom keeps ordering it from me after I gifted it to her once. ♡ It may not work for everyone, but it's been a holy grail for me. As mentioned earlier, the longevity is a bit weak. However, if you simply complete your base with a moisturizing routine and evenly distribute it with a puff, then set it with powder, you can get by with just touch-ups twice a day. The more you use it, the more familiar it becomes. You also develop know-how. Buy it. Actually, I want to keep it all to myself..☆ - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 31, 2017
This SPF 23 is perfect for me with its heavy white cast. It creates a natural look on my skin. The application is also smooth. And even though my skin is very sensitive, I didn't get any breakouts. Those who experience breakouts should be sure to cleanse thoroughly. It's too oily. The mineral sunscreen I used before was also oily, and when I used this together, I felt like I worked all day at a fried food stall ㅠㅠ Since it's so oily, the staying power is also short. The coverage is too sheer, so I've been mixing it with the BB cream I usually use. (It's fine because the BB cream has a grayish tone.) I think those who say their face doesn't produce a single drop of oil and is very dry will really suit this product. Furthermore, those warm-toned individuals using shade 21 will find this SPF 23 with its heavy white cast to be a perfect match! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 21, 2017
It's quite gentle Definitely less irritation and itchiness after removing makeup The ingredients are good, and the redness is reasonably covered The spreadability is too poor It accentuates the skin's texture and crumbles terribly The color is also very yellowish, like someone with jaundice... I have to mix it with a gray-toned one 😭 Apart from the ingredients, the spreadability, longevity, and crumbling are all terrible..
