I was perplexed. As another season passed, I was about to just throw it away when I searched online and found various methods, such as melting it with your hands and mixing it with oil or cream. I'm not sure if my particular product is defective. It crumbles and falls apart like mochi with soybean powder, and it doesn't melt well. This is really great, you definitely have to buy it haha I'm using it along with Now Foods cocoa butter, and when I compared the two, the shea butter is a bit more moisturizing, while the cocoa butter is hard like a rock. But the shea butter is softer than that. You can even roll it on your bare face (of course you can't use it completely bare, you'll need to apply an oil first). The ingredients are not chemical, plus it's affordable, and I'll be using it forever~
Cons
It hardens up when stored at room temperature, so you'll need to melt it or use it as the next step after an oil
Tip
