It's so versatile - great for heels, lips, hands, tops of feet, and knees. You can use it practically everywhere!
ConsIt's a bit challenging to use. I mainly moisturize in winter, but this butter becomes rock-hard in cold weather. It's difficult to scoop out, and you need to melt it before applying, which is quite inconvenient.

It's obviously great for my skin, with excellent hydration. Despite being rich, it works wonders for my combination dehydrated skin without causing any blemishes. In fact, it even helps calm existing ones! My boyfriend uses it for his face, body, and hair too.
ConsIt can be a bit inconvenient to use, as it often solidifies in the container. You need to scoop it out with a spatula or your fingers and warm it up with your body heat before applying. This process takes a bit of time.
TipIf you're not satisfied with the ingredients or effectiveness of other products, try mixing them 1:1 with this. The result rivals high-end cosmetics!

The packaging is simple and elegant. The scent is pleasantly nutty. When applied, it gives a firm, elastic feeling. Despite being rich, it surprisingly absorbs quickly. It suits my sensitive skin without causing any blemishes. After application, my skin feels smooth. It's quite thick, so it's best for fall, winter, and early spring. For those with super sensitive skin like me who insist on quality ingredients, this cream is great. You can mix and match it with other products, even add some oils - it's very versatile. It's perfect for those who are diligent about their skincare routine. The quantity is generous, making it good value for money. After continued use, I can add that it lasts incredibly long. It seems to never run out, no matter how much I use. The value for money is truly remarkable.
ConsAt first, I was confused by this product. I regretted buying it, thinking Now Foods just doesn't work for me. Their jojoba oil was a complete failure too. It was white and solidified, making it impossible to scoop out with my fingers. I tried putting it in warm water as suggested, but that didn't work for me either. It didn't melt quickly, and even when it did, only the edges melted, making it unusable. It would take too long for the entire product to melt. Attempting to use a spatula was difficult too - it created a powdery mess and wouldn't melt properly. I thought it might be due to winter, so I waited. But even in spring and summer, it remained solid. I was baffled. After another season passed, just when I was about to throw it away, I found various suggestions online to melt it with hands or mix it with oils or creams. I suspect my product might be defective. It crumbles into powder like kinako on mochi and doesn't melt easily. Using a spatula to mix it with aloe gel or an emulsion, then rubbing it between my hands multiple times makes it easier to apply, but it's far from easy! It absorbs surprisingly quickly, but my skin soon feels dry again. When I use this alone, it's as if I haven't applied anything. I think it lacks the moisture-retaining properties found in most creams. It only works momentarily, then my skin returns to its natural state. You need to mix it with oil or cream. While I understand it's due to my extremely dry skin and the product's simple ingredients, I'd prefer something easier to use. I love taking care of myself, but I don't want to invest this much time and effort into moisturizing. I might as well just apply oil. I won't repurchase this. It's so inconvenient to apply that I'm tempted to throw away what I have left.
TipAs mentioned above, if you mix it with emulsions, oils, or creams and rub it for a long time, it will (eventually) melt. My hands are as cold as someone with Raynaud's syndrome. Those with naturally warm hands might have an easier time. Diligence is required!

ConsAbsorbs slowly, and becomes too hard when exposed to low temperatures.

In winter, it solidifies, so mixing it with oil works well. The price is so affordable... It's great to mix with body emulsion and apply to dry areas.
ConsIt's a bit inconvenient to use in winter as it hardens. The scent alone is not great... It doesn't suit me, so I don't use it on my face.
TipMixing it with body emulsion and applying to extremely dry areas like the tops of your feet keeps them moisturized for a long time. The product alone can be a bit stiff to use... It works even better when combined with oils or emulsions.

ConsDifficult to use in winter as it solidifies Although it's deeply moisturizing, it leaves a slightly uncomfortable film on your hands after application The enormous size makes it impossible to use up before the expiration date

When applied to heels or elbows, it leaves a nice, glossy sheen. The amount is generous, so it lasts for quite a while.
ConsIt tends to solidify in winter, which makes it a bit inconvenient to use during colder months.

I can feel my skin improving. So grateful!
ConsNot really a downside, but due to its buttery nature, it solidifies in cold places. Just warm it up before use.

You must get this, no doubt about it. I'm currently using it alongside cocoa butter from Now Foods, and comparing the two, shea butter feels more moisturizing. While cocoa butter is hard like a pebble, shea butter is softer. You can even apply it by rolling it on your face (of course, not on completely bare skin - you need to apply oil in the step before). The ingredients aren't chemical-based, the price is wallet-friendly, and I'll be using this for life!
ConsIt solidifies and becomes hard when stored at room temperature. You'll need to melt it before use or apply it after your oil step.
TipIf you mix it with Now Foods jojoba oil and slather it on generously before bed, your skin feels incredibly supple the next morning. It's mind-blowing!

It's just shea butter and nothing else! How is this even possible?
ConsIt's solidified, so you have to scoop it out and melt it before applying. It's such a hassle, it completely drains your energy!
TipI recommend using this on your body rather than your face. Shea butter itself is quite rich, so it might not be suitable for facial use.
