It clears up scalp blemishes. I love how it gets rid of pimples, dandruff, and itchiness. After washing, my hair becomes too stiff. Recently, the formula seems to have changed, making the user experience even worse. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 17, 2017
I was really stressed out because I had so much dead skin, but after ordering this product from overseas, 90% of it disappeared in just 3 days. This shampoo is great for a different kind of dead skin, not dandruff. I wash my hair every day, especially the front part, and dry it with hot air, so a ton of dead skin would build up there. It was painful dead skin that would bleed when I peeled it off. But this shampoo worked so well that I'm going to repurchase it. I was worried that natural shampoos don't lather well, but this one makes a ton of rich, creamy lather with just a small amount! It leaves me feeling refreshed. I occasionally have a burning sensation on my scalp, but I think that was there even before using this shampoo, so I don't think it can completely get rid of that. Ordering from overseas is cheaper, but it's more difficult to purchase than at a drugstore. A conditioner or hair mask is a must. Even a small amount makes a ton of lather. The more you massage it, the more the lather just explodes, so take your time when washing your hair. If your focus is more on removing dead skin than dandruff, I'd recommend this shampoo. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 15, 2016
After shampooing, I felt refreshed and experienced a significant reduction in hair loss! Compared to other shampoos, this one doesn't lather as well, so I had to use a larger amount when I first started using it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 2, 2016
My scalp used to be dull, but after using it, the itchiness has decreased. I didn't repurchase it because people around me said the smell was strange. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAug 29, 2016
I used to suffer from seborrheic dermatitis every season change, but after using this product, it has visibly improved, so I continue to use Avalon exclusively. The fact that it doesn't lather well is the only somewhat drawback, but you get used to it quickly. You can just use it like a regular shampoo. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAug 14, 2016
At some point, my scalp became oily and my scalp troubles worsened But I happened to come across Avalon tea tree shampoo, and it's been a total lifesaver ㅠㅠ No more troubles or itchy scalp I highly recommend it for those with oily scalps! When I first used it, the stiffness and dryness weren't very pleasant But after using it for a while, I got used to it and it's fine now Compared to other shampoos, my hair feels a bit stiff after washing, so I recommend applying a hair essence to the ends - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJul 19, 2016
I have a combination scalp. The oil removal is excellent, so I alternate using this shampoo with a biotin shampoo. It lathers well and rinses off easily. I hardly get any painful pimples anymore. I feel like my scalp has become more sensitive since using this shampoo. The fragrance doesn't seem to be that great. It's best to be cautious with this shampoo for a combination scalp. To get a good lather, make sure to thoroughly wet your hair (for about 30 seconds) before applying the shampoo. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 6, 2016
This Nizoral shampoo has given me a healthy scalp after years of constantly receiving prescriptions for seborrheic dermatitis. The doctor had recommended using it only for a short period of time due to the risk of developing resistance, which made me feel uneasy, but it has truly become a godsend product. It has excellent shine and even though my hair is fine and limp, it now has great resilience. Nowadays, I can wash my hair every other day without it getting excessively greasy. The fragrance... haha, it's fine once you get used to it. With natural shampoos, proper conditioning is always important. I don't usually use conditioners, but instead, I add a drop of glycerin to hair oil when drying my hair. This gives an amazing boost of elasticity, softness, and moisture. I can easily comb through my hair with just my fingers, no brush needed. When mixing, be careful to use only half a drop or a full drop at most - using the pure oil can make your hair feel excessively sticky and greasy. And for those who say the ingredients in this product are not great... haha, sodium laureth sulfate and sodium sulfate are different. Also, unless you have an extremely sensitive scalp, the level of these ingredients in this product should not be an issue. They contain less than 1%. Even though honey, aloe, and cucumber are natural, they can be toxic for some people. As long as you don't have an allergy to any of the ingredients, you don't need to worry about the sensitivity. Most of the 'allergenic' ingredients here are actually derived from natural sources, and the chemical components used are safe. However, if you do have an allergy to any of these, it's still best to avoid the product. Natural ingredients can sometimes cause more allergies than stabilized chemical ingredients. And these days, there are a lot of counterfeits going around, so always be cautious. Using a fake product and then complaining about this great product would be a shame. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 8, 2015
I really love this shampoo! I was suffering a lot from hair loss and sudden dandruff due to work stress, but after switching to this, the amount of hair loss has significantly decreased, and my hair has gained strength and become shiny! The dandruff has also completely gone away. After washing, you shouldn't expect a soft, fluffy effect, but rather a clean, refreshed, and squeaky-clean feeling. Since I have an oily scalp and short hair, this was even better for me. The fragrance is also very refreshing and pleasant. I wish the quantity was a bit more. The downside is that I tend to use it up a bit too quickly! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 5, 2015
My scalp became quite dry and itchy due to frequent hair coloring, but after washing it once with the Mise-en-scène Scalp Shampoo and then thoroughly washing it a second time with this shampoo, the scalp itchiness has almost disappeared. I also like the fragrance and will likely continue using it. When using it as the second shampoo, it lathers up well. My hair is a bit stiff after using it, but it's not a problem since I use a hair essence. At first, the lather is not as abundant. But when using it as the second shampoo, it lathers up well. Those who only wash their hair with it once will likely be disappointed. But when using it as a double shampoo, it was definitely effective in relieving the scalp itchiness.
