The refreshing feeling is nice. As someone with seborrheic dermatitis, I noticed a reduction in scalp blemishes after use. It's a tricky shampoo to use. You need to thoroughly wet your hair before shampooing and work up a lather, otherwise it doesn't foam well and you miss out on that invigorating sensation. Make sure to wet your hair thoroughly before using the shampoo. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 17, 2016
First, I liked the refreshing scent. After using this and then trying a regular shampoo from the supermarket, I immediately got pimples on my scalp. So I've been repurchasing and using it repeatedly~ My hair feels stiff~ But the good thing is that there's no oily residue after washing. Conditioner is a must~~ - Hwahae UserDry SkinJul 6, 2016
I use it because it doesn't contain any bad ingredients. After using it, I also feel refreshed. Since it doesn't have silicone or harmful substances, I believe it will be more helpful for hair loss. There wasn't really anything bad. If I had to find something, it would be the inconvenience of the packaging? It would have been better if it had a pump instead of a hole, as it tends to pour out a lot. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinJun 16, 2016
I have thick and abundant hair, so if I don't dry it well, my scalp gets itchy and pimple-like things appear. But the Avalon shampoo leaves me feeling refreshed and light after use, so I really like it. I plan to continue using it. The only downside is that it's expensive since it's an imported product... but other than that, there's nothing else I don't like. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinDec 2, 2015
After use, I feel refreshed and my scalp feels cool. The fresh feeling seems good for an oily scalp. My hair becomes dry, so I must use a conditioner, and I need to apply a small amount of oil to prevent static electricity. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 16, 2015
Although it is said to be for dry skin, I used it for my seborrheic dermatitis and it seemed to cleanse my scalp well. It may have been because of the tea tree, but I felt refreshed and invigorated. I think it was a silicone-free shampoo. It contains various sulfates, so it lathers up well. The fragrance is not very strong. I think dandruff started to appear a bit, perhaps because I used other shampoos with it.
