It leaves my skin feeling clean, which is great for oily skin. I use it during the summer. Although it's inconvenient to buy from overseas, I repurchase it because of its good ingredients.

The refreshing feeling is nice. As someone with seborrheic dermatitis, I noticed a reduction in scalp blemishes after use. It's a tricky shampoo to use. You need to thoroughly wet your hair before shampooing and work up a lather, otherwise it doesn't foam well and you miss out on that invigorating sensation. It agreed well with my scalp without causing any irritation. It seems to be beneficial for the scalp. It makes my hair very stiff. Using a conditioner is absolutely necessary!

On the plus side: 1. It's got some serious cleansing power. 2. There's a nice cooling effect that feels refreshing. 3. It's stingy with the suds - you'll find yourself pumping away just to work up a lather. 4. While it cleans well, something's off because my scalp became a snowglobe of flakes. Dark shirts and sweaters? Forget about it - dead skin cells everywhere. 5. Left my hair feeling like straw. If you use this, a good conditioner is non-negotiable.
