I have a summer cool light skin tone with a deep undertone, falling into the 19 shade range. A personal color expert YouTuber, Yui-re, recommended light undertone shadows, which happen to be the BBIA Born to Be series in shades 7, 8, and 9. So, I decided to buy them all! ★Shade 6 Born Innocent★ This peachy apricot-beige color gives an incredibly innocent and delicate look when applied to the eyes. Since I have a deep undertone leaning towards light, I use this color daily and it looks absolutely beautiful! The color applies very softly, so you need to layer it multiple times for a more intense look. However, this also means it looks very natural. BBIA doesn't have a palette case for their single shadows, so I was wondering how to store them. Then I remembered I had a Fillimilli 5-piece brush set case at home, and the shadows fit perfectly! Even better, it can also hold two BBIA Slim Gel Pencils, which is fantastic! If you're looking for a case for your BBIA shadows and also need a good value 5-piece brush set in the $10-20 range, I highly recommend the Fillimilli brush set! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAug 28, 2020
I've finished one container and now I'm on my second. The color looks delicate and true to its name - pure and innocent. It has a slight apricot tint, so I also use it as a blush. It reminds me of those milky eyeshadows from Etude House. You can use it versatilely - as a base, as a blush, in various ways. The excess powder fallout is a bit severe. Other than that, I can't think of any other downsides. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAug 17, 2020
As someone who uses the Light 21 shade with a deep undertone, I had high expectations for this famous daily contouring eyeshadow, and it didn't disappoint! The color is delicate and beautiful. The photos show the difference between one application and multiple applications under regular fluorescent lighting. Since it's such a light tone, if your skin gets a bit tanned or darker, the color payoff might not be as noticeable, unfortunately. It works great as a base shadow or as a daily contouring eyeshadow! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 29, 2019
Since I don't typically wear heavy makeup, I usually just apply this and draw my eyeliner. I'm so satisfied because even with just this product alone, it gives my eyes a soft and delicate look. It works hard to create that subtle charm! There are no downsides! I'm definitely planning to repurchase! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMay 21, 2019
It's perfect as a base for eye makeup, with just the right shade to apply on the eyelids. The color is beautiful - a subtle beige with a delicate pink undertone that gives a soft, feminine look. There's a bit of excess powder fallout, and the case feels a bit flimsy, which is somewhat disappointing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 24, 2019
The color is delicately soft, giving off a lovely spring vibe. I usually keep my makeup simple for work - just base, eyebrows, and lips. But adding this eyeshadow seems to give me a more sophisticated look. That's just my personal feeling though! Even with my warm-toned complexion, it works well as a blush on my cheekbones. I'm planning to use it more boldly when the weather gets warmer. There's a bit of excess powder, but if you apply some primer on your eyelids before use, it reduces fallout and improves staying power. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 6, 2019
The color is delicate and soft, perfect for everyday use. Just applying this one product can give you a fresh, radiant look. I think I'll be using it frequently. There's a bit of excess powder, but the color is so pretty that I'm willing to overlook it. I definitely recommend it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 5, 2019
The color is absolutely gorgeous - it's pure and delicate. I use it as a base, under my eyes, and even as a blush. There's some excess powder fallout, and even though I didn't use it roughly, it cracked and broke on its own. It's a bit scary to carry around in my makeup bag because of that. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSep 14, 2018
A delicate apricot color It's a pure and innocent eyeshadow, just like its name suggests! Due to its fine texture, there's a slight excess of powder when applying. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 14, 2018
A truly pure and delicate shade. It's a pink with a subtle orange tint. Beautiful on its own, but even prettier when applied thinly as a base. The affordable price makes it great for students. Highly recommended for warm complexions. The packaging is flimsy and there's some excess powder. Brushing it off helps mitigate the issue.
