My current cream is from Make**, which is great for combination dehydrated skin in summer, but not quite enough for transitional seasons. I just mixed in a single drop of this oil. Skin type: I have combination dehydrated skin, but I'm not super sensitive. Absorption: It absorbs surprisingly well! The combination with my cream worked great. No greasiness, just the perfect oil and moisture balance. Hydration: Even when I'm out and about, the hydration lasts, and I don't experience any deep dryness. I still need to test it in the office with the heating on, but we haven't started using that yet. I'll update on how it compares to other oils after using it more. It seems to provide better hydration than jojoba oil.
ConsThe downside is the scent. If you can't get past it, you might not be able to use this. However, the fragrance does dissipate quickly. Since it absorbs well, those with very dry skin should adjust the amount they use.

Absorbs well -When applied alone: Similar absorption to other brand oils Glides on smoothly -When mixed with other toners, emulsions, or essences: Blends seamlessly, maintaining the original product's texture 2. Absorption rate -Initially forms a thin oil layer But within 2-3 minutes, it's fully absorbed, leaving only a hydrated feel -Absorbs well even on dry body parts (I have very dry skin with scaly patches on my legs) 3. Hydration and longevity -Even with just toner and Red Pine oil, skin stays moisturized without needing essence or cream Now I understand why it's an all-in-one product
ConsScent -As mentioned in the product description, it takes some time to get used to -The fragrance doesn't linger long, so no need to worry about it during outdoor activities
TipI mostly use it as a protective layer before applying matte makeup, or mix it with toner before bed Just remember, don't overdo it - 3-4 drops is plenty!

Not heavy at all, and I didn't experience any discomfort while using it. 2) Texture It has a texture that's somewhere between water and oil. When you drop it on the back of your hand, it flows smoothly. 3) Scent It's a mix of pine and earthy, woody scents. The fragrance is quite strong, so I was surprised at first. It took about two days to get used to it. It's not bad, but not particularly pleasant either. It's a natural scent. Might be nice to smell when you want to calm your mind. 4) Color In the bottle, it looks light green, but when you drop it, it appears more yellow. 5) Product Effectiveness I mixed about 3 drops with my essence. After using it for about a week, I noticed the biggest improvement in my skin texture. Usually, as winter approaches, my skin becomes dry and flaky, but it's been fine lately. Good stuff! 6) Convenience/Cost-effectiveness Being a dropper product, it's hygienic and you can use just the amount you need, which is great. Since I typically use only 2-3 drops at a time, I think this bottle will last for a very long time. 7) Good Ingredients I always check cosmetic ingredients using the Hwahae app before buying, and this product is made with natural pine extract, so it's not artificial. It also doesn't contain any of the 20 caution ingredients, which is reassuring. 8) Application Maybe because the texture is both oil-like and water-like, it doesn't leave a greasy or oily finish, but rather a fresh one. It's not burdensome at all. @@@@Review after 2 weeks of use@@@@ Wow! I can't quite put it into words, but my skin feels like it's become healthier overall. I can feel that my skin barrier has become much stronger. Since last year, my skin barrier had thinned, making my skin look dry and flaky. Even the slightest frown would create wrinkles all over. To exaggerate a bit, it's like my skin has gone back to how it was in my mid-20s (Haha, maybe it's just my imagination, but I can definitely feel the difference myself...) In this kind of weather, applying toner, essence + this product, and one emulsion keeps my skin feeling great all day long. I use a total of 6 drops a day, morning and night, and with this level of effectiveness, I'd buy it even at full price. One bottle should last about half a year. I've truly discovered my first holy grail product... thanks to the Hwahae Testers. Thank you ❤️
ConsI was shocked by the price. Wow... It's quite expensive, unfortunately. I suppose the quality matches the price, though. The scent might be polarizing. I don't dislike the pine scent, but it's so strong that it feels a bit overwhelming. While it doesn't last as long as perfume, I find myself mentally preparing before applying it.
TipDon't use it on its own. Mix two or three drops with your regular skincare products before applying. It might be particularly beneficial when your skin looks tired or lacks vitality.

It absorbs well. Among oils, I think its absorption is top-notch! #Hydration I mix it with my cream as the last step of my skincare routine, and it definitely creates a moisturizing barrier effect. It doesn't feel like there's a film on my face or feel suffocating, but rather it feels like it's protecting the skin's moisture from evaporating. Even when I apply it at night, my skin doesn't feel tight the next morning. #User Experience I've tried mixing it with both cream and emulsion, and it blends well with both products. It applies smoothly, making for a pleasant user experience. I think you'll see better hydration results if you mix it with products that suit your skin well. #Blemishes Usually, when I apply products that are too oily or highly nourishing, I break out, but I haven't experienced any blemishes with this. If you use a small amount as directed - one or two drops mixed in - it improves dryness without causing redness. (One time I used several drops, which was a bit much, and I felt some warmth on my face after a while. If you have sensitive skin, make sure to stick to the recommended amount.) #Packaging (Dropper) The dropper is smooth, and it's easy to control the amount, dispensing one drop at a time without difficulty. I think this might be the best oil product I've used so far. If you prep your skin to be moist in the previous steps and finish with this product mixed with cream, you can achieve that glowing, honey-like skin! I'm using it with satisfaction!
Cons#Scent As I usually use unscented products, I found this a bit strong for me. When I first opened it, I thought 'Oh, nice pine scent' from the packaging box, but the fragrance is quite strong. It's not artificial fragrance, so... And the scent doesn't last long, so it wasn't unbearable. #Amount Control is Essential Probably because it's highly concentrated, it can be irritating if you use too much. I accidentally used a few extra drops once, and I felt some warmth rising, so I realized it's not a completely gentle product. Make sure to stick to the specified amount!
